She was great and so patient with all of my questions. I think the frame and matting is beautiful, and it’s hard to tell from the pic but the frame and mat have sparkle in them. Alexa did an amazing job helping me when I went into the store. I had no clue what I was doing and she measured my print, told me the options for the frames, we got a super nice frame picked out and it was below the budget I told her I had for the frame, she cut out a mat for me and the print would have probably looked awesome in it. I had to come into the store on a mission and I actually failed it despite Alexa doing her job and doing it well I had to return the frame. She couldnt take back the mat which is 100 percent understandable because she cut it special for me so I kept it. I didnt have the print with me and still needed a frame and had to go elsewhere that had cheaper frames. I didnt know the size of what I brought in to Alexa and I called her and she told me the size of what it was and everything.I was going to get a frame for someone else with their money, which is why this whole thing was clustered for me but Alexa was SO nice and helpful through the whole experience I will continue to go there and recommend this place to all of the artists I know when they need good frames. I never once felt like she was annoyed with me or frustrated with the whole interaction. 10/10

I have spent a lot (1k+) of money at frame central to frame large prints of my photography. Thus far, Ive supplied three larger prints (30x20) and had Frame Central mount, matte, and frame them. While the framing has looked nice, and was well packaged when I picked it up, Ive had issues with each one.First print: The matte was uneven by about two inches from top to bottom, so the picture was off center in the frame vertically. I didnt notice this for a year, but once I did I could not stop looking. I got attitude when I brought it up along the lines of its been a year and NOW you notice it? Back to the store to get it fixed, free of charge.Second print: Photo not secured to the backing well. Started falling down in the frame after a few months. Back to the store, to get it fixed, free of charge.Third Print: Another photo not secured to the backing well, started falling down. Ive moved out of the neighborhood, and I am just going to take this somewhere else. Ive attached a picture of this one. As you can see, there is one piece of double sided tape holding down the photo per corner. Yikes. When I used to mount photos I would use spray adhesive on the entire back. This mounting job is way too cheap for what you pay.I would give Frame Central one star, but theyve fixed it every time for me, the frames are nice, and their service is usually finished within a week.

Fantastic staff. I walked in one day with close to 20 pieces of mostly movie/tv pop art in varying sizes to be framed. The staff went over my options, I picked a style, then we considered each piece and which might be more dramatic with a matte border, and itemized everything I wanted done.They kept in touch while the pieces were in the shop, and even helped me schedule movers to pick up the finished product.Everything came out great, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’ve already started collecting interesting pieces for another round to brighten up my music production hobby space.

We absolutely love the frames we got printed. The entire experience at frame central was amazing. We thought we would get black frames with white matting because we wanted something simple but ended up with something for better than we would have ever chosen if we were making the decisions by ourselves. Loved the touch of small flair!

I love this framing store. They always take good care of me when we’re figuring out the best framing for my purchased artwork. This wasnt my first time working with Dennis at Frame Central, nor was it the first time I was totally blown away with what we came up with together and what he executed on. Absolutely incredible work and with the nicest people one could hope to do it with.They honestly deserve a gold medal in framing, which seems like an absolutely ridiculous thing to say for me, given that Im not a connoisseur of framing or even of art, but thats how excited I am about whats come out of working with them (and they really do a great job of making the process super inclusive). I never would see myself putting this much value on the frames that go around my art and posters, but Frame Central has absolutely transformed what Ive given them to work with, and hence has transformed my whole living space. Wow, I am so incredibly happy with Frame Central! My partner and I brought in a piece of art we won at an art auction but had no clue how to frame it. We initially tried picking a frame from the samples on their wall but struggled to find anything.Dennis came by to assist us and within a few minutes of unraveling our piece of art, he was able to tell us key elements of the painting that coincided with what we were told at auction. He picked out an initial frame that we liked... but as he asked us about our tastes and where we were planning on placing the art, he picked out more frames, and we liked each one better and better!!Dennis also gave great advice on the backing and the placement on the backing. We ended up choosing his final frame recommendation that combined the best qualities of all of the previous ones he had picked. He really knows his stuff and you can tell by the way he passionately talks about art.I picked up the framed artwork just 2 days ago, and we are absolutely thrilled with it. I got a frame done for one of my paint by number canvas. They made a beautiful frame with all the appropriate fittings inside to protect my canvas they also ironed it out.

Moved recently and 2 framed pieces I had didnt make the move. One had a crack through the glass, the other the frame split in half. I didnt realize Frame Central wascall ahead/by appointment only til I arrived, I called when I arrived and they were able to see me though. They both cut a new piece of glass for the cracked piece, and installed the other in a premade frame. I was out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks!

I just walked in looking for a nice frame for a print.I was looking at the nice selection of custom frame materials but they suggested a stock frame with a wide selection of nice finishes.They said it would be about 4 days but they were able to finish it in one day.Great service, good prices and fast.

I brought in a slightly warped painting from Japan that had a gold trim around the edge. I did not want to cover the beautiful trim of the painting. They framed my painting over a solid background so that it would POP. They also spent a lot of time giving me all of my options and helping me decide which colors I would like. I love my painting and am so glad I went the route of professional framing. It looks great!

I needed a large, high-quality poster framed to decorate my house. The poster was a unique size, and they had the perfect frame (exactly like the one I envisioned) in the store - for a small service fee (appropriately priced!) they additionally framed it for me. I was given an estimate of a week to come pick it up, and I got a call the next day saying it was finished and ready for pickup! The final product looked beautiful.... I was extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service, outstanding work. They worked on an original (36 year old) Nausicaa Valley of the Wind movie poster in near mint condition. They did a perfect preservation job on it using no adhesives and recommending uv blocking plexi over glass to prevent the picture sticking to the glass. My partner, for whom this was a gift, says that the work increased the value of the collectors item from a few hundred dollars to over $1000. We are very grateful for thier care, attention to detail and extraordinary careful handling of this rare collectable.

This was a phenomenal experience! I asked an artist friend to paint a commission as a surprise for my partner. I ended up taking her (stunning) work to Frame Central for a custom job. Chloe was stellar - she worked with me to figure out an appropriately complex/gilt matte and frame that would bring out the painting instead of overwhelming it. She also did a great job keeping my budget in mind. My partner likes shiny things, and he loved the end result! While shiny is less my style, I think it balances wonderfully, and I enjoy looking at it on our wall. I plan on taking another painting to them, and Im sure it will turn out just as well. Im sure they provide a decent frame job, but I dont think Ive ever encountered a less friendly, less helpful staff ever. When I entered, I said hello to the group of employees gathered together behind the counter and was greeted with a look that essentially said you are interrupting our conversation or such. Definitely nothing verbal.I proceeded to look around the shop for a certain sized frame, which I couldnt locate. At no point did anyone offer assistance or really anything. I returned to the counter area with a bit of trepidation. After waiting a couple of minutes for any ssf sign of life from the staff, I decided it was probably better if I just left.Keep in mind, this was a couple of months ago. Perhaps the staff are better now. I wouldnt know, as Ill never stop foot in there again. I have not felt that uncomfortable and clearly not welcome since my Junior high prom...

This place is awesome. I was getting a large poster framed, they helped me find something that was both in my budget and perfect for what I was looking for. They explained what components influenced price and where it was ok to go lower cost and where I really shouldnt. Got a pickup date and they had it done a week earlier and provided instructions for mounting. Definitely going back again.

Great staff. I had an autographed print that I needed to ship. I wasn’t sure if it was better to frame it before or after shipping in order to insure it didn’t get damaged. The person who helped me recommend shipping it first, but help me to package it in such a way to give it maximum protection. This was much cheaper then getting it framed, but was the better option.
