It was great doing business with Reza. You can call at anytime with questions and he answers, no voicemail.I had an entire window crack due to heat from our misplaced grill. He offered to replace the window type as is or I can opt for a sturdier tempered glass. I chose the tempered.His quote was competitive, no hidden fees; he showed up exactly on time, finished within 2 hours, and cleaned up after himself.

First i was happy with their work, but when we needed to replace a part for the shower door - there was no response for several months, my husband called and e-mailed, but... silence. The workmanship and end result were great, he uses good quality material, and took care to make sure the work was done right. Reza did a terrific job on a glass shower door he built and installed for me. He responded right away to me and was able to come and give me a bid the next day. In November 2018 I needed a cracked window replaced for my townhouse. The first company I contacted said they only take jobs that replace 6 or more windows. After calling and sending messages to more than 4 glass shop near Seattle the only glass company who responded quickly was glassma. They responded quickly and asked for some rough measurement. I send those and I got a reasonable quote. I already worked with other glass and mirror shop in my other projects so I knew what should be the price so I think for the glass repair they actually have a good price and they finished my job less than two weeks and with nice and clean job. Definitely Ill use Rezas team for my future glass and mirror project. 5 is really what they are .
