I had a very helpful positive experience shopping for eye wear at blink optical on the ground level of the Polyclinic on Madison Ave in Seattle. The key ingredient amongst kindness was complete patience on the part of staff who are there.

Worked with optician Mayuko who was so nice and knowledgeable. This was my 2nd time getting new glasses there. Love my new frames. Highly recommend Blink.

The Team at Blink optical is great to work with. They are knowledge about their field and are open to providing their opinions so you habe the options to decide whats best for you. Brian, Miyako, and the front desk person (sorry, I forgot your name!!!) Are a great team! Super excited to continue working with them as I renew my prescription/frames etc.

Recently, I purchased eyeglasses and contact lenses from Blink. I was assisted by Mayuko. I have worn classes most of my life and purchased them from many outlets. I didnt realize that an expert optician can make such a big difference in the experience. Rather than looking at an endless selection of frames, Mayuko quickly showed me the frames that both met my specifications and would best fit me. Also, because it has been many years since I wore contacts, Mayuko gave me a refresher on wearing and caring for them. Again, her expertise and her patience impressed me. This was an outstanding experience.

I have a difficult prescription, and needed multifocal lenses. Mayuko spent the time with me to make sure I was properly measured, had the most comfortable lens design, and proper adjustment. She also kept me informed along the way on the progress in having my lenses made. I am now seeing much more comfortably, and will be back.

Great experience visiting the eye doctor and getting my prescription updated as well as finding frames and contact lenses training.With picking out my frames Mayuko was very helpful and has a good sense of what style works for your face as well as adjusting the frames as needed.Alicia helped me with training for contact lenses and was very good at providing information as well as putting me at ease.All staff I interacted with the few times I came in the past couple weeks have been professional and attentive.So glad I came here and definitely recommend for all your optical solutions!

I have been coming to this location for glasses adjustments for at least a year, and have always had great experience. While I hadnt purchased my glasses from their shop, theyve always provided the best adjustments, ensuring my frames are comfortable for me before I leave. I havent had luck getting my glasses adjusted to my liking anywhere else, so Im very happy their location is a block away from where I work. These guys are certainly pros!I also heard that they went through some management changes a year or so ago, and the predecessors were horrible. If you are hesitant to go in because of older reviews, I hope this will help you decide to give them a try!

I needed a new nosepad replacement for my glasses, And Alicia at the front desk was wonderful and gave my glasses to Mayako and she repaired them and tightened the screws and fited the for me with adjustments, the feel like new glasses 🕶️Thank you very much for the excellent customer service,Sincerely Lowell Waddill

It is easy to get to and park. The staff is very supportive and helpful. When I have needed an adjustment they always are there to help. There is a good price range of glasses, too. Very professional.

These folks have been unable to provide me a copy of my prescription for almost a week now. As someone with a heavy prescription this is really messing with my life.

Im not sure that this is the place with the largest frame selection, but without doubt it has the best technician. Brian is SUPER patience. I went in being all choosy while my toddler refused to stay put and kept walking all over the store so it took us almost an hour. He also fixed a broken frame of mine. I bought it in Japan and even the optical store inside Uwajamaya said they couldnt fix it. Brian miraculously saved it. Definitely will recommend to all friends and family.

Luke and Alicia were absolutely phenomenal, I came in said I lost the screw to one side of my glasses and they repaired it within 5 minutes. Very kind and thoughtful people that work here.

Been seeing Dr. Saif for a about a year now. She’s professional and takes her time to explain her process and plan. I had not seen optometry in about 25 years and was very nervous to go, happy I made my appt with her and will be returning.

One of my sunglasses lens dropped while walked on the street. I went in to borrow a screw driver. Turned out the staff just fixed it for me professionally and no charge.

Fast, efficient, very happy with new glasses. Can get a little busy you can make an appointment (or just drop by —lobby and cafe right there if someone is ahead of you.)

I called to confirm what time they closed.The person that answered give me the wrong information by time I got there they were already closed and I made sure to confirm with her that is the time they closed.

When I brought my frame in for a repair, I was told they couldnt help me. They then accused me of doing the damage by trying to adjust the frame without heating it up first. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These people took advantage of my 76 year old mother not just a little overcharge, it is ridiculous how bad they are.

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have had to deal with.

They will bill your insurance incorrectly so you get stuck with a huge bill.
