I found the Impreza online in Spokane. Pretty much had every feature I was looking for: automatic, black or nearly, low mileage and black leather seats for a price I could afford . They helped me get my rental car returned and return home from Seattle the same evening in a car I was mostly happy with. When I called with my concerns they listened and helped resolve the issue, just as promised. GOOD eggs, these guys!

Beware!!! I will never buy another vehicle from here again. Bought a f150 from trucks plus and the motor went out in 3 months besides that they didn’t tell me about a accident the truck had, they detailed my f150 as well but left it horrible all greasy and a lot of residue of i don’t know what. When I told them about it they said that the truck already had those stains from the start and just never replied after that. Atleast be professional and own up to your actions. Just be carful when looking for a vehicle it’s a hit or miss.

This was the worst! I bought a vehicle and asked for it to be shipped to me because I live in Alaska. No disclosure of the problems. I was told “it’s a great vehicle-no issues”. I received a dented vehicle with a cracked moon roof ($1600 repair), bald tires ($1400 to replace), front end alignment and hubs bad ($1200 to repair), a broken back latch ($900 to replace), and a broken middle console ($150). I reached out the the salesman only to be ignored. I will never recommend this to anyone unless you want to be lied to and ripped off.

Trucks Plus, specifically Chris, was patient with me as I test drove many cars to get the one that fit all my needs. Andre worked with me to negotiate a good price. I had a small car problem on the way home and Chris was very responsive and worked well with me to fix it. I also had the mechanic Jimmy look at it after I bought it to make sure everything looked good, and he did so for no charge. Would recommend this place! They want to work with you to figure out a solution, and take care of their customers.

I was in talks to buy a car from them late last year. The salesman convinced me to put a deposit down to hold a car until the weekend under the condition that the deposit was refundable. I wasn’t able to make it up that weekend and never heard another word from the salesman after multiple attempts by phone and email. I can understand if they had a no refund policy, as some dealers do, but they made it clear that this was refundable, and I did not sign a contract saying otherwise. Their behavior to completely ignore me is unacceptable and I could not in good faith recommend this dealer.

The dealership as a whole was very responsive to my inquiry about the specific car I was interested in, but Sean’s the one who walked me through the whole process and helped explain each step well. I felt supported. I can’t speak to the experience of what it’s like to look at a few different cars there because I was only interested in the one. Everyone was friendly & I’d recommend going to this small dealership over one of the big ones.

Contacted the dealership though Autotrader regrading a hatchback for our daughter. Heard back right away from Andrey and set up an appointment to go see the car. When we got there, they had the car cleaned and prepped. Car was in good shape for a car of its age. Andrey and the dealerhip were nice to work with. Settled on a price, no hassling or pressure tactics at all. Not your typical used car dealer lot and was a pleasure to do business with.

A friend of mine bought a 1994 Camero, they had her sign a as is paper. The engine lights were on when she bought the car they told her to take them to O’Reilly‘s and have them reset it. The next day About a week after she bought the car it started overheating she found out the head gasket was blown! so she tried to call them and get a hold of them no answer, they totally ignored all calls, she is now stuck with this car with all kinds of problems. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Andrey and Jamie were the 2 that helped me, I came just to test drive a bmw 335xi which they kindly let me and were very quick to do so as well, they answered all my questions and were very upfront and respectful. I told them I would need to think on it which they had no problems with, until on the drive back I realized I couldnt pass it up and got there very close to their closing time on a Saturday mind you, and they were still happy to help me with the purchase and took the time necessary. I recently bought a vehicle from these guys - it was a rare vehicle and at a very good price. I am writing this review to especially call out Todd - one of the sales guys that works there. He is a standup guy and exactly who you want to be dealing with during this process. He is knowledgable, no-pressure and very communicative. The reason i am not giving the business 5 stars is that I didnt appreciate Todds manager trying to slip in an additional $500 accessory fee (which i caught and they promptly removed). Word of advice: even though you may be emotionally charged about getting a car, ALWAYS read each line of the agreement/purchase order.

I bought a car from these folks and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The car had low miles and it was a single owner with maintenance records going back to the original purchase. Andrey the sales person allowed me to take the car to get an inspection which took the Audi dealership the bulk of the day. The inspection revealed that the car was completely free of issues. It had newer breaks, newer tires, and there were no mechanical defects. I bought the car for a very reasonable price and I would gladly buy another vehicle from this dealership the next time Im shopping.

Recently purchased a vehicle from them and had it shipped to my out of state location. It has now been 6 weeks and still no title. I have called and spoken to sales and management and get told the same thing every time (We don’t know but we will look into it and call you back). Good luck getting a call back or any one at that office that does not have a piss poor attitude. I would highly recommend that you take your business to another location. Highly recommend. Purchased a 2000 Vette online and it was delivered to me exactly as represented. Sean was totally honest with me about the car (good and bad) and provided outstanding customer service.

I came in to look at a specific vehicle after confirming with them that they still had it. When I arrived they said they sold it months before and that it had been reposted by error (plausible, but also a cliche tactic). They said they had three similar vehicles on the lot- only one fit our criteria. The vehicle was a mess- no working AC, engine had rough sound at idle, carpet was shredded in the back, and worst of all, it smelled like cat urine. Based on the condition and mileage I offered a reasonable price based on market value. They told me that they had paid more than what I was offering for it (highly unlikely) and that there was no way to find a vehicle at that price. We bought a similar vehicle in much better condition later that night from a private party for half what theirs was listed for. Two-bit car lot with shady practices, don’t waste your time or money.

Be very careful doing business with this company. They are very nice and friendly to make a deal and after that nothing but a nightmare. Took 2 months to get my plates. i had to call after I realized my temp was expired. Got nothing but the run around and had to wait over the weekend to even Get someone to help me find my plates. In 2 months my truck has broken down 3 times I called to ask if there was any problems I wasnt told about and got nothing but attitude about the whole thing.

Recently, I purchased a Dodge Ram from Trucks Plus. It was not an unpleasant experience. The two gentlemen in the office were professional and efficient. Russell showed me the truck, then let me look it over and take it for a test drive. I paid, papers were signed, and I was on my way. I was told the title would be mailed to me at my home address. 50 miles into the drive home, the check engine light came on. Otherwise, the truck drove very good.Turns out, there is a problem with the emission control of some sort. I have not had it repaired yet.Then, after a few weeks, I removed the fender flares to clean the truck.It was at this time that I discovered both front fenders were rusted through and needed to be replaced. The rear fenders were rusted also, but can be repaired.Since the price had been reduced, and Trucks Plus emphasized the as is clause, it makes me think they knew about the rust.Several weeks after the purchase, I contacted Trucks Plus because I had not yet received the title, and to notify them that I am now aware of the rust problem. I live in Oregon and asked if they might help me track the title. I was told that they could (or would) do nothing.As for the rusted fenders, I was told as is means as is.I understand that, but am a little disappointed.I realize that I am the one who bought the truck, and should be responsible to have it checked thoroughly, before the purchase.I am not angry, but I will be less likely to purchase from Trucks Plus again.I drove about 600 miles (one way) to buy this truck, and I wonder if my trust was misplaced.I will keep the truck, repair what needs, and not have gotten such a good deal, after all.

This place is a joke bought a $30,000+ dollar truck that broke down within 24 hours. Truck needs over $6000 needed in repair cost. These guys lied about the condition of the truck and fail to accept responsibility on top of that they ignore all my calls. Banks now involved as they’ve investigated further and said this isn’t the first situation from this dealership. Called from a different number they answered and hung up once they knew it was me. Bought a car from them and got it checked at a dealership mechanic shop turns out it had a valve seal leak. Ended up costing me $3000 to repair. Don’t buy from them. One month after this the engine blew and they recommend a engine replacement. I stress again DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Yes I did buy a car from you guys it was a 2003 Mach 1 with 70k miles. Engine split a connecting rod in half a couple months after purchase. The abs module was broken and the valve stem seals were leaking oil into the cylinder heads. You guys sold me a faulty vehicle and didn’t care or try to help. Do not buy a car from these people. They are fraudulent.

I bought a 2009 VW Jetta TDI on offer up for $3k and ended up spending $3k in repairs and it was still not enough to keep my car in safe driving condition. I found NW Truck Plus through one of my coworkers and I love my Ford Edge!Covid-19 made it very hard for me to get a car loan for I was unemployed during the shut down. Jamie was able to get me approved and for that I am very thankful. He is great.During the test drive I noticed clicking when I turned the steering wheel but I didn’t think anything of it until the advance trac started to effect my brakes on windy roads and the highway. Today, I learned that noise were axles, joints, and parts coming apart both on the drivers side and passenger side ($805 fix).The vehicle service contract that I signed does not cover any mechanical failure that exist at the time of the retail sale of the contract and the vehicle is not waived if the contract has been purchased within 90 days — I’ve had this car for 2 weeks. I would recommend anyone who doesn’t know much about cars to take the vehicle to a pair of second eyes for a buyers inspection.

Horrible dealership. Would not recommend coming here at all. Would rather ride a bike then get a car from here. Sells horrible cars with multiple problems and the workers don’t do anything about it. The manager and workers only care about money not the customers service. Would give a 0/5 if I could. TRASH!Don’t get me started on the workers. The manager only cares about the money getting to him. Not selling a car to a customer. The workers, I think I would rather have a kindergartner sell a car to me. No knowledge at all.

I did my research & my homework. I knew the make and model of car I wanted. When I found a good price that matched the year and mileage, I spent $40 on a CarFax service report using the VIN number provided on the ad. I’ve bought used cars from a private seller and auction, and there are never guarantees on anything used. I understand that. But knowing this car, it’s history and checking brakes, all lights, oil levels, I determined the tires and wipers needed replacing and I could afford that. The online CarFax I ordered on my phone gave me a story: If someone loved this car or abused it in its past. I expected to do my own homework and so all I really then wanted was a pleasant and professional experience purchasing this car. John and his associate were that. Thanks guys.

I bought the 2014 Scion FR-S Monogram from Trucks Plus and it was definitely by far one of the best purchases ever. They were very patient with me by letting me test drive and they were willing to work with me to get a fair trade-in value for my 2007 Subaru Forester. They were not pushing anything on me and let me decide for myself whether I wanted to make the purchase or not while giving me the best deal they possibly can.The car ran great without any issues whatsoever only up until a couple hours later where as in the middle of driving, the steering wheel suddenly locked itself on me out of nowhere which prevented me from steering resulting in a lot of control. Luckily I didnt get into an accident or anything so right now Im going to try and see what I can do and what Trucks Plus can do for me at this point of time.

I purchased a vehicle from them about 6 months ago the people there where very nice, come to find out the car they sold me needed all new suspension there was a bend in the sub frame and a exhaust leak. To me its looks like they dont really do a wellness check on the vehicle! I would suggest bringing a mechanic with you if youre thinking about purchasing a vehicle from them.

Trucks plus and Edi made sure that I had time to look and test drive a car when I was visiting them right before they closed. I bought a 2015 Subaru Impreza from them and I love it. Better than good cars: good people! I found a car and bought it as-is. I found a host of small problems shortly after, and brought it back to see what could be done. While fixing those, they found a problem with an axle and replaced it, and replaced the rear panel that had a bit of cosmetic damage in addition. I didnt hear about the extras until I went to pick up the car. EXCEPTIONAL customer care!

I bought a BMW 335i xDrive from Tyler at Truck’s Plus and absolutely love it! Everyone at the dealership is nice and helpful, didn’t feel like I was being pressured for a sale at all. There were some administrative troubles that caused my plates to come late and a couple other small things that caused some frustration, but Tyler and Spencer went above and beyond to make it up to me. I’m very happy with my new BMW and how everyone at the dealership has treated me. They are cool people.

Sold my good friend a STI with a knock and a cracked windshield. Check engine light came on day of purchase. Dealer cleared the code before we came. Replacement windshield was promised, been almost 2 weeks and no progress.Be careful of what you buy here.

My partner needed a new truck but the one he got apparently had a clutch leak and the clutch burned out within days and they have done nothing - this was a month ago. They were good about making a deal originally with my partner on the truck but have proven to be difficult to reach for getting a refund. My partner has contacted PayPal about a refund for the truck that was not even in their database.
