Great experience. Noel and Alex are super helpful. The estimate was comparable with other repair shops, and they charged me a little less than the estimate because the parts were a bit cheaper than estimated. Great experience. I would come back here. And I have never said that about a dealership repair shop. Thanks!

Went in completely skeptical thinking I would be treated like the way I was at CarPros Renton which I thought was a genuine Kia dealership. Was helped by Jason and Bryce and was super impressed. They were professional and quick, they meet my demands and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate when a company can find value in my money and not my skin color and deny me prematurely. I got the service I wanted, the car I needed, stay in my faithful Kia Sorento which my family loves. Highly recommend! Go see Bryce! Go see any of them, they were all amazing. I would buy from them again. The process was very smooth. Bryce and I had spoken on the phone and agreed on a price before I stepped foot on the lot. He was very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. Mary in Finance was able to get me an even better rate than my credit union and I went with them. She was also very good on following up, checking to see if everything was in order and if I had gotten my plates. The team was no fuss, no pressure, and highly professional.

On Aug 15th, I bought a 2022 Kia Carnival. The main sales associates, Bobby and David were great to work with. The sales manager Clint was also great in doing the process. Finance was a breeze. Their product knowledge is second to none. Communication was great and was a perfect balance of keeping me informed of the process and post sales. Anytime you buy a new car it can already be stressful process. Especially, when you have to wonder if your best interest are in play. Bryce, was very helpful and made the buying process as comfortable as it could/should be. If this place continues to build upon their customer service, they’ll change the way car sales are done. Always a great experience at this chuck olson kia service center. The lade who helped me out this morning was probably one of the best customer service experiences i have had in a long time. Hats off to her and will update the review with her name. Brought by kia suv in for a mandatory sw update and added a $35 oil change last minute when i got in. This center is easy to book appointments with online, always on time, super efficient checkin- checkout process, they do a full check each time you come in for free and document the state of tires, brakes, oil etc. highly recommend them for low sales pressure to add on services, very respectful and polite service professionals. Excellent covid precautions in the waiting area and regular sanitization. I am outside the 5 mile radius- else they would have arranged a lyft ride home and back for me. Free wifi helps post reviews while i wait.

This is the only place I take my car. They are always professionally, helpful, and typically finish working on my car more quickly than predicted. They have a great waiting area with free tea and coffee, so I always just wait there while my care is getting worked on.

I have only had great experiences. Today was my annual check up, oil change, tire rotation, etc., and a safety recall fix. I enjoyed the waiting area where I could work while I waited. They told me it would take 60-90 minutes, and at the 70 minute mark, they were coming to find me. Thank you!!

Amazing dealership! If you are looking to lease(or buy for that matter), I highly recommend this place. Nathan at the dealership came up with numbers I did not find anywhere else in the state! Unfortunately, popular as they are we could not find the exact model we were looking for. But, the experience at this place was better than any dealership I went to in my process of finding a car. I recommend this place specially if you are looking for a trade in.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH Shava IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME. I found a car that Ive been searched for few months on the Chuck Olson Kia website. So I called Chuck Olson Kia on 6/24 Thursday and Shava who is one of their sales team employee picked up my call. I told Shava that I was interested in a specific model which posted on the website and Shava said it was available. But I was not available until 6/28 Monday so I asked him if there any possible ways that he could hold a car for me. Fortunately, he said he would be available to hold a car until Monday so I made an appointment with him because he said I would available to look at the car. But when I visited today, Shava was not there because it was his day off but he was planning to come at appointment time. Appointment was at 2:30pm but I didnt want to be out around that time because of the crazy weather today hence I requested to switch the appointment time. So I texted Shava that I would like to be there early today and he was okay about it and he told me that Jason who is another sales team employee would help me out. When I got there Jason told me that the car which Shava supposed to hold for me is already sold by someone. I texted Shava to ask what was going on about the car and he replied as Oh, Im sorry about that. I didnt know they sold that car. I am so sorry. I was really disappointed with how he handles the situation. If he told me when I was making an appointment with him about the car might sell by someone so it is difficult to hold for me then I wouldnt make an appointment with him. However, he said he was able to hold for me and he didnt mention any possibility of selling by someone. If he took more responsibility for what he promises to his customer then this wouldnt happen. When he said he would hold a car for me then he needed to take the responsibility of checking the status of the car. But he didnt take any responsibility and just simply said Im sorry I did not know that. Shava is an irresponsible person with his work and tricking his customer to make an appointment with his lies. I recommend to everyone if you want to save your time to find a car, please Shava is not the right person to work with. One star is way too good for him. I wish I could rate less than one, however google minimum review star rate is one so I had to give one for this company. Thank you for reading my review I wish my review could save your time.

Shaba was friendly and a cool guy so I’ll give them 2 stars for that.. but overall, very weird experience. We chose the Kia Niro that we wanted on a Tuesday but they had to bring it in from another Kia. Ok, fine. I contact on Wednesday and they were like “oh, you actually want it? Ok we will get it”.. I contact on Thursday, no car. I contact on Friday, it will definitely be in today. It didn’t arrive. Went to a different dealership on Saturday and got a better car for cheaper than the Niro and with a better price on my trade in. Much easier. So I don’t recommend this Kia.

If you need service for your Kia, go anywhere but this dealership. Friend brought her vehicle here multiple times because a mechanic all but refused to believe she knew what she was talking about because she’s a woman. She gave them a second chance, made an appointment, dropped off her car and keys PRIOR TO THE SHOP EVEN BEING OPEN, and then found at the end of the day they’d totally forgotten about her.This dealer’s service team does not respect its customers, at all.

I was just about finished buying a Kia Telluride at full MSRP. After I completed the credit paperwork including providing my SSN, and I have excellent credit, they “realized” they made a mistake and the price increased $4,500. I had started my purchase process through the Consumer Reports Build & Buy service, where different dealerships compete for your business. After I had selected Chuck Olson, gone through all the paperwork, and provided personal info I would not have provided otherwise, then the price increased at last minute. That’s very shady.

So I already had a bad experience a year ago when they asked me to replace my window wipers while Im doing an oil change (I just replaced my wipers 3 months prior at that same location). After they double checked, they said I didnt need it actually. Yesterday, I went in for 60K service and they got my car in at 1 PM. After 3.5 hours, they called me telling me theyre done with everything. They told me they didnt rotate tires because I need to replace the front tires which is understandable. However, when I get the bill; I realized they charged me 5 hours of labor regardless. Also, not to mention that after you pay over $600 for service; you think youll get a car wash. Thats not the case here. There is no car wash at this location. I drive all the way out to Chuck Olson Kia in Shoreline even though Kia Renton is next to me due to pricing/service in the past. I think Im going back to Renton Kia moving forward since the price is about the same and service isnt like it is in the past.

We were shopping for the mid sized SUV among Subaru, Honda, Hyundai and decided to go with Kia hot new 2021 Tulleride. Michael was very responsive in arranging our multiple test drives. The exact car we wanted is not in stock so we placed the order with Michael and it went smoothly. It has been in high demand so certain dealers would raise MSRP or add mark ups near $3000. A week later during a conversation, Michael notified us the back log might be months more than originally expected 3-4 months range and there is a new car just came in close to what we wanted. Even though it was advertised with markup, after knowing we have an immediate family trip coming up, Michael and Keaton from the Finance department helped us removed the markup. Keaton the finance manager sat down with us with very patient, pleasant and detailed explanation with the extended warranty and our finance options. He is not pushy at all, but very genuinely recommended the extended warranty and explained why it is important for this car. Honestly we have never had to use the extended warranty for our previously purchased car in the past, but all his line of reasoning and our driving habbit and length of plan to keep the car matches well. The rest of the process was very smooth. we were able to get the car detailed, cleaned, additional parts installed and all function educated within hours. There has been difference in pricing of the additional parts purchased from the parts department from the original ordering. This was taken care of immediately. Keaton has been in this dealer ship for 8 years and I could understand a person has to love his job and think from his customers angle to stay in the place. Overall, we are lucky to get the car we wanted with the price we wanted at the time we wanted, but we believe our choice of this dealer and their sales team was the cause of the luck. we will come back anytime soon in the future to this place.

I purchased a 2019 Kia Niro PHEV here. That was a reasonably good experience.Shortly after the purchase, a warning light came on. Turned out to be a minor problem which they handled that well under the warranty.After 6,800 trouble free miles, it was time for an oil change. Making the appointment was smooth and easy, quoted price very reasonable. Upon arrival I was promptly and politely greeted, turned over the keys and had a seat in their spacious, sanitized waiting area. 40 minutes later, the oil was changed, car check over, vacuumed, and ready to go. Very pleased with service here and will return as needed.

My wife took our Kia Sorento in because we received a letter stating that a part in the Sorento could be defective and could catch on fire. They checked it out and did their free many point inspections. And asked to flush a couple of things out. No thank you, my husband takes care of those things. Then your front brakes need replacement, they are at 3mm and the rear is at 6mm. No thank you, my husband takes care of that. So I see on their report that the front brakes do need replacement. Second set of brakes with under 90K on them, maybe. I went out and purchased rotors and pads and went to work. The pads they described as worn out were not worn past the middle of the pads and well over 6mm. But I had them all a part by then and I might as well put the new pads on.

UPDATE:Raising stars on this review since we got a call from Greg who apologized for his team and promised to take care of the issues. I will be happy to rate it higher if they prove our issue was an exception and they can provide a good customer care down the road.----------------Had a reasonably good buying experience, but frustrated with the lack of customer care and any organization. Purchased a certified Kia Sedona SXL in nearly new condition (300 miles). Since the service center was already closed, I was promised to get a follow-up call with an appointment the next day to get the stickers removed and get the prepaid all-weather floor mats installed. My wife has been unsuccessfully calling them for more than a week each time being promised for somebody to follow up. The next week, after a few attempts, I reached to the service department manager who attentively took the details and promised to get back in 30 minutes. I waited until the end of the day, left Rick a voice message and shot an email to Greg (the owner). The next day I got a call back from the sales person that he just received my voice message, and I can pick up the floor mats without an appointment and be out in 30 minutes. We were ignored for about 2 weeks, and my wife with a toddler spent 3 hours instead of the 30 minutes in the service center waiting for her turn just to get these reused floor mats installed (pictures attached). A request for a discount since the mats were defected was rejected. The salesman brought in a person who he presented to my wife as a manager, but later turned out to be a regular service center employee. She also found a covered scratch on the drivers door immediately after the mats were installed that we believe was not there in the morning.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have been waiting for my license plates to come in and my temporary tags have almost expired. When I called about it they instantly got an attitude and told me that had already explained it and that they were coming in the next day. This doesnt help because 1, I was already told this once before, and 2 I live 90 miles away and cannot hop down to Seattle when it is convenient for them. Hopefully my license plates arrive and get mailed to me before my tags expire, but I will not be holding my breath. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT SHOP HERE.

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!I usually never write reviews but I will make an exception for this establishment. My engine was destroyed because they didn’t tighten the oil cap after changing my car’s engine oil. My car broke down because of this in the middle of the freeway and I was stuck there for an hour. They gave me a used engine that had even more issues as a replacement. This engine was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE with at all because only 3 months later, it was leaking and smoke was coming out from the hood. When i got an assessment done at another Kia dealership, they told me the engine was bad and has lots of leak. I gave Dave, the service manager of Chuck Olson Kia, a call but he would not take responsibility for the useless engine he gave me. If I had never gone into this Kia dealership for an oil change, my original engine would still be working. They honestly took the cheap way out and gave me an engine that didnt even last for 3 months. They care more about money then your safety. Also, if they tell you the manager will give you a call back, they won’t. They seemed super nice at first but when it came to taking responsibility for their own mistakes they will hide from you.

I went to the dealership to test drive and purchase and found everyone practicing safety protocols. I had never bought a car before, but it was a very easy process. Being able to use the calculator online was helpful as I could see how much money to expect to put down for the monthly cost I was looking for. I called the dealership with a couple questions before heading over. The two cars that I was interested in were ready for test driving when I got there (and in the right color) and so was the salesperson I had spoken to. Bobby Aid was my salesperson and he was great. He is a super nice guy, the whole process of getting a car was very easy, and I really liked getting to meet Bobby. It was a bit odd to have to do a test drive alone due to COVID. After the test drive I told Bobby my budget, what my trade in was, and what money I had to put down. I got the car I wanted, Niro LXS (in blue!), and stayed in my budget. My license plates were ready within two weeks and I was very excited to see Bobby again when I collected my plates.

Very unprofessional in my experience in terms of job interviews & hiring of new candidates, I went to my application interview, filled out all necessary forms, took the background check, and necessary drug test and afterwards was verbally told I had been selected and they would get back to me. After hearing nothing and further having to make the half hour plus drive to visit the office another 3 separate times I have been directed to different individuals each time, always telling me that the specific individual I was looking for was in a meeting, to leave my phone number and that they would get back to me as soon as possible. i was also told the first time i came back to check on the job status that they had already started working an individual in detailing but still had room and wanted me on board. I have now left my phone number 3 times with three different individuals over the span of a week and still have yet to hear anything bank over phone or email. Im usually not one to air out my frustrations through reviews but like any other young individual i have bills to pay as well as deadlines to reach and being kept in the dark about a job I was told I landed and was very enthusiatic about, when all Im looking for is confirmation and a starting date. feels insanely unprofessional in my opinion, and a poor demonstration of customer service. Even my attempts to write to management over email seem to have been ignored. Which in turn feels rude. As an 18 year old in an already struggling economy due to coronavirus the last thing that is needed is companies wasting your time and effort, part of me feels cheated and led astray.

My sister recently bought her second soul here and I went with her. She has worked with Nathan on both deals and was very happy. I was looking at the new Sonata or Camry which they of course do not sell as a kia dealer. I liked Nathan a lot and the sale was so smooth, no pushy stuff, just like sitting down with a friend. I wanted to buy a car there so I went and looked at the Optima and wow what a car, I got a great deal and love the car to death. Kia is really stepping on the big boys toes! Luca took me on the test drive and it was so relaxed and pleasant, I spoke with the sales manager Clint when j returned and even he wasnt pushy. Nathan and I closed the deal a couple days later and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. I highly recommend this place and both Luca and Nathan!

Bought a used car with Keaton. It was like buying a car from a friend. Sure you still have to negotiate and spend a few hours going through the typical hoops, but at no point did it feel like a poor experience. Keaton let me test drive anything I wanted, as long as I wanted!The dealership is comfortable with plenty of seating, free drinks, snacks, tea, coffee, and hot water. They have cars on display in the showroom that you can freely access and sit in without having to ask, including the new Kia Stinger! At no point of being at the dealership did a random sales associate come up and try to sell me something, which was absolutely refreshing. Theres no pressure here.I would recommend this place to friends and family. Theres a reason this place is the best rated dealer in Washington. Based on what I experienced, theres nowhere else I want to go for my next vehicle!

I wanted a manual transmission. Kia and Hyundai both offer a model with one. However, a backup camera was also a necessity and the Kia Forte LX does not have one. Christopher B., my salesman, offered a good deal on a 2018 Forte and led me to believe that Car Toys could install a camera for $250-$450. Although I researched both Hyundai and Kia, I had not researched Car Toys. The quoted cost to install the camera was $1,000. The Hyundai model comes with a camera already installed and was a similar price to the Kia. The next day, when I asked Christopher about the discrepancy, he admitted he was just trying to close the deal on the car. Used car salesman have been the butt of jokes for decades. Im sorry to say, new car salesmen may be just as misleading. I understand a salesmans job is to sell cars, but a win for the salesman should not be a loss for the customer. When I spoke to Heath, the Sales manager, he said he would see what he could do and would call back within 24 hours. Fifty hours later, I called and he said he had been out of the office until 10 minutes before my call. Promised to call back in 15 minutes. Never did. On a brighter note, Keaton, the finance guy, was efficient and pleasant. Also gave a good cash deal. the car is as advertised but does NOT come with a spare tire, which costs extra $249.00.

My daughter recently leased a Kia Soul Plus and though the outcome was the way we wanted it to be, the process was grueling. I only get to see my daughter for 2 days every six weeks with our work schedules, so as you can imagine our time is precious.We were in Chuck Olson Kia for over 7 hours, we actually left because of the time it took. We did go to another Kia dealership and not only were we in for another long wait, the same car was $1000.00 more expensive.We both are very happy with her car, however please be aware of your customers time.

Chris B was diligent and responsible in contacting me after an online inquiry. I don’t answer calls and emails unless and until I want to, and it didn’t phase Chris one bit that I was standoffish. I was clear about my buying situation up front and that I had selected a model and even potentially a specific car, so we were able to cut to the chase which was great - Chris skipped all the irrelevant sales talks and we quickly got down to business after a test drive. Considering the situation I was in, I feel Chuck Olson made a good faith effort to meet me on price and we struck a deal without too much bargaining. All up it was an efficient, respectful and satisfying experience in a nice clean showroom.

Antonio, with Chuck Olson Kia, was a great salesperson. I called from Spokane Valley, WA inquiring about purchasing a Kia Soul. I explained to Antonio what I was looking for in my Soul and I was very pleased with the car he was offering me. We did all of our dealings with phone calls, text messages, and email. I started this process on September 14, 2017 and I made a trip to Chuck Olson Kia in Seattle, on September 24 and picked up my new Kia Soul. It was a great car buying experience and I would recommend buying a car from Chuck Olson with Antonia as your sales person. Antonio also offered to help me in the future should I have questions on operating the touch screen media center in the car. A caring and honest sales staff.Im on my third used car from this dealership. At the start I had no credit rating, no payment history (outside of rental history) to offer. I was given a chance with in-house financing and, most importantly, my sales person took care to put me in a vehicle that fit my budget and my lifestyle. Was shopping online for a new Niro Ev and had a bad experience with the rep over email. He spoke bad about a dealer that offered me a better deal and also lied about their pricing. I do not want to mention names here but if you are looking for a good deal this is not the place. Was very hard to even get a lease quote from them. The sales rep even stated there was no sales tax on the car and that is also a lie. I had to pay some sales tax.

My partner and I have bought 4 vehicles (both Chevy & Kia) from Bob Collins at Chuck Olson since 2015, most recently on 13 April 2019, when we purchased a new 2020 Kia Soul. Bob is both professional and friendly and treated us with the greatest level of respect. Everyone else with whom we came in contact was the same way, especially Josh, the closer of the purchase. The best part is the lack of pressure exhibited at some dealerships to add features or services for which we had no interest. Anyone with an interest in any of the products Chuck Olson sells will find a very nice environment there, and Bob Collins is not the type of salesperson so often depicted in the auto industry.

I had a wonderful experience at Chuck Olsen Kia all thanks to the efforts of Troy Johnson. I have worked in the casino industry for nearly a decade so I know what above and beyond customer service looks like and I wasn’t expecting much from a car sales rep. Troy proved me wrong by going above and beyond my expectations. I had researched the 2012 Kia Optima SX that I purchased, and similar models, for over 4 months and felt I had a very solid understanding of the vehicle. Walking onto the lot, I was expecting to really test the reps knowledge of the car. Not only did Troy pass my test but he taught me a few things that I didn’t know from my prior research.During a test drive, I noticed that there was a slight pull to the left from the car which could be caused by alignment or minor brake calibration. Troy didn’t try to hide it and mentioned it himself saying they could take care of it. I have worked with several contracts and sales reps that really try to pressure you into the sale. It was refreshing to talk with a sales consultant that displayed such knowledge and enthusiasm minus the sales pressure. It was like talking to one of your close friends that just wants to show you his new ride.Several weeks later I came in to pick up my plates and he remembered my name and had the guys wash my car for me while I was there as a courtesy. I would recommend Chuck Olsen Kia on Aurora to anyone and suggest you ask for Troy Johnson.

As repeat customer get discount on servicing, but have only needed maintenance work. Nice to deal with same company for many years. They have full history and know requirements for each vehicle. Absolute CON ARTISTS! I purchased a vehicle in July of this year. The process is no different than any other sleazy car dealers. First the entire process took 4 hours. We had excellent credit so no need to haggle, the price had already been determined over the phone prior to even showing up at the dealership. All we had to do was show up and sign the papers. But first, we went back and forth about the interest rate. Second, they tried to low ball me on my trade in. Finally, I purchased the Gap insurance for $895 which I found out later I could purchased through my own insurance company for $6 a month. So I cancelled within 30 days for a refund. Im still waiting on my refund check FROM JULY, even though I was told that it was mailed out last Friday with a UPS tracking number that states it was never picked up. Love my new car, but HATE the dealer! Save yourself the headache and just avoid them.

Had one of the best car buying experiences Ive had in a while! My sales rep was not only courteous but he was also very patient and not overly pushy to get a sale done. Keaton was very professional from the start. It was really nice they gave me a loaner car for overnight use when my car wasnt finished the day of service. I appreciated the phone call the next afternoon to pick up my car as well. However, the Costco discount was much less than I had expected since previously it had been 10-15% on total service and this time it was barely 5% split across different parts. It didnt really adjust the price for such a large purchase. This was not clear at time of service or payment.

Keaton Burke and the whole team at Chuck Olson Kia made this experience not only NOT suck, they were patient, personable, understanding, and went (truly) the extra extra miles to make sure I got a vehicle I wanted and could comfortably afford. To top it off, Keaton and a finance manger (Dmitry) spent a half hour in the rain past closing time, getting my temperamental Thule rack attachments off my old vehicle. What car dealer people do that? Every person I interacted with there, online, on the phone, or in person, were professional, caring, and worked with me for months to make this a truly good experience. Kudos to them!

This was my 2nd attempt at getting service at Chuck Olsen Kia. I needed to come in for an issue my regular mechanic diagnosed but was a dealership fix. When I scheduled my initial appointment the advisor was extremely helpful and quoted me just for the service not needing a diagnostic. I rescheduled that appointment with another employee due to a conflict and found out there would be recalls also being taken care of for the appointment. Upon showing up for my rescheduled appointment today the front desk person was unable to find my appointment which had apparently never been rescheduled. They also said that THEY would have to do a diagnostic and wouldnt take my mechanics diagnostic. I will be finding another place to get my car fixed as Chuck Olsen is dishonest, disorganized and left me feeling lost about how to get my car serviced.

They always do great work here. That being said, my mother in law took her car here for service about 2 weeks ago and dealt with noel. He is a very rude employee and is not trustworthy. Her car inspection said it needed a battery. It was great that they checked it, but she didnt want to replace it that day, but noel told her a story about his family members car that had the engine fail recently and it was due to a lack of maintenance and if she didnt replace the battery then her engine could blow up. Who knows how many other people he has told this story to just to scare them into buying something from him. Then while we were paying the cashier, he had an attitude with us and didnt go over any of our paperwork like they usually do here. He just gave us our papers, said here you go and said your car is over there and walked away. We have always had great service here and i dont feel right about giving this company a bad review because of a bad employee. We will keep coming back but will not deal with him again.

Left my car for service and once they figured out it would take a few hours to get it ready they drove me home and picked me up again as soon as they were done... speechless... Very happy with the work they did as well.The premises are always clean and tidy, very accommodating with appointments, and I have never waited a single additional minute from the time of my appointment to get in. These guys are great... best 6hrs of my life...and they were definitely Car Guys...and have their hustle set to full.... but if you stay vigilant they will make it work...just be prepared to compromise....as in life.
