Brought my Chevy Silverado pickup for an oil change have had it done there since 2004 when I bought it new they take great care of me and my vehicle the service people are top notch as well as the people that work in the showroom selling cars always willing just to talk about vehicles not just try to tell you something !!! And while I was there I checked in with the parts department to see if they had an original driver replacement cover for my drivers seat he could not find 1 through GM and gave me a number to try myself to see if I could locate an original seat cover, thank him for his searching and by the time I left the dealership he located me and said he had dug deeper and found an original GM seat cover I purchased it thats almost 20 years old thanks Bill Pierre Chevrolet your employees are what keep me coming back ...... Absolutely awful dealership. The manager was misogynistic and kept making comments about my wife to another salesman (didnt think I could read lips obv) then tried to knock my head off with fees and wouldnt even get me a piece of paper with an out the door price itemized, just kept giving me the round around trying to get me to finance for a billion years.

I wasnt pressured to buy anything, the sales team were honest and upfront, and they went out of their way to clean several cars for me to test drive at the last minute. When I bought an electric car, they talked me through the new technology, and spent extra time ensuring that I felt comfortable! They gave me a fair price, and I would absolutely buy a car from them again!

I was trying to find out what my Jeep Wrangler was worth through and Kelly Blue Book, they sent me to Pierre Auto, over three days Pierre sent small sms messages back and forth with me, with no real answers. The last one I received was basically a blow off by the person that started the conversation their acquisitions director. They had asked me what I wanted for my trade I started 17,000 which I know was high expecting to get a counter, I guess I was not worth their time, I received this message OK thanks. It is not worth 17k to us and no further replies. I was planning on buying a new car from them but with the poor customer service I received. I think I will go elsewhere.

Had a bad time there. The sales guy was good and was new but did a good job. How ever, the manager was not. Looking at a 2019 bolt premier for $17k under sticker. They were going to give me a disrespectful $12k for my 2017 premier that is in great condition. Kbb had it $16k. They do not care about customer who have done their research and can see their smoking mirrors. They discredit any research you have done. They will under cut and under valve your trade even when it is not. We will NOT be going back there nor recommend them. If we do look at getting a bolt. It will be with Burien Chevrolet. Buyers be aware!!!

Would not recommend. My boyfriend bought a vehicle, got home to find out he’d been charged an extra $150 that’s not on any paperwork and wasn’t disclosed prior to purchase. When he called they said it was a paperwork fee. Then the vehicle broke down because the rearend went out and he hadn’t even put 200 miles on it.

I explained that I would like to negotiate via phone before I take a two hour drive there. She explained that they couldnt do that. I explained that I would like to know amount approved, who through, APR, and things like that before. She said, so is tomorrow good? Can you come in tomorrow? I got tired of saying that I would like to discuss prices over the phone.I guess they are the only dealership in the Seattle area that doesnt talk numbers over the phone.If you are looking to buy a car, do not go into the dealership. Its all part of the game. Call around get prices before hand, DO NOT look at monthly payments, look at the final price, that is what matters. Call dealerships from somewhere you used to live or know and talk to the dealer there. Tell them that you cant buy a car from them but would like their help getting the lowest price possible. Most will help. Shop around! There are dealers all over the place around here.Remember you can negotiate for other things too such as window tint, gas vouchers, all kinds of things!If a dealer doesnt want to talk to your over the phone and keeps pushing you to go in...RUN! Move on to the next dealer!

Vultures ....had to wait 5 hrs to see a car that was on a on line ...my comment is if they were advertising it shouldnt it been ckd out and cleaned ready to look at...car was running great when i looked at it so i bought it..had it ckd by my mechanic had 10 percent back brakes ...and had it tunned up as it was running so rough.....and it continues to have a starting problem i have replaced 2 sensors so far and spent over 2,000 dollars so far on a car i thought i would keep forever..
