Ive had two custom pieces created by Isaac. Both are beautiful, perfect, and exactly as I pictured. He worked with me quickly to make my visions come to life. His knowledge and expertise truly stood out when we were designing together. What I also admire about Isaac is that the small pieces are given just as much importance and as the big-ticket items. I will be using him forever as our jeweler and highly recommend you do the same.

I had the recent pleasure of working with Mr. Isaac as we worked to design a unique engagement ring for my now fiancé. He was mindful of my budget, never pushed for me to spend more than I wanted and never showed me a design outside of my budget just so I could see what “spending a little more can get me” like other places have been known to do. What made my experience with Mr. Isaac different than most was that our communication was done completely over the phone. I being located in Austin, TX and him being located in Scottsdale, AZ made us meeting in person inconvenient. When making what could arguably be the third biggest purchase of your life behind your car and your home you obviously want to work with someone you trust. From the moment we connected I never felt like he had anything but my best interest in mind. As you can tell from the photos he crafted an incredible ring for my fiancé at a price that was well below anything comparable. Frank has earned himself a life long customer!

I had a fantastic Experience at Isaac, Im in the army and due to orders given to me in a very narrow window, I wanted to go somewhere that was gonna get what I needed done right the first time and was executed as such. I walked in with a budget that was met, and a custom request that was met, and customer service from Rime that was second to none. I dropped off my wedding ring to be resized. I got a receipt for around $60. They called me and let me know it was ready for pickup. Once I got there they charged my card around $100. That is fine but they should have asked before. They cant just change the price without even telling me. After I saw the receipt I asked about it and they just said it was a difficult resizing... Also once I got in my car I realized my engraving was faded and basically gone.

We had shopped around EVERYWHERE for an engagement ring but really not having the luck we had hoped for. We were at Kierland and decided to just stop in to Isaacs, even though we were shopped out at that point. We are so happy that we did. I fell in love with this setting that was a Christopher design. Every staff member that we came in contact with has been amazing to work with and my ring turned out incredible when it came in. We then went back to purchase my husbands wedding band as well. They have a beautiful high end selection and it was an amazing experience!

Once the financing was secured I received notification it was ready. I had two existing pieces of jewelry modified in size and design. Frank handled the process from beginning to end. He has a great eye for scale of the piece and how it fits on your person. Frank had to source a new pearl (to match an existing one I had which was over 50 years old). This was not an easy task because the color was unique. He did not rest until the perfect color was found to my liking. The customer service I received and my satisfaction was a 10/10. Frank works to please a customer for the lifetime of the relationship not for a singular transaction. I look forward to using Frank and Isaac jewelers again.

I recently stopped by Isaac Jewelers (an unplanned visit, I walked by and decided to stop in). I asked for help with a relatively new watch that had a scuff on the face. I did not get the watch at Isaac. A gentleman was working behind the back desk on some other jewelry, but when I went up and asked him for some help, he was very friendly and responsive. He listened to my issue and request, and not only did he help remove the scuff mark, but he also tightened my watch for me at no charge, on his own doing. It was a short exchange but it was incredibly helpful. Great service. Thats the kind of service I never forget and am ever grateful for. Thank you

Isaac jewelers came highly recommended by my future in laws. They measured my fiancées finger and told us they would have to order the ring, the ring in stock could not be sized down. The sales staff was completely dishonest and ended up sizing down the ring that they had in stock. The ring looked terrible. The owner of the store ended up ordering me a new ring directly from New York, it is beautiful, but now it does not fit.

I took a brand new Tag Heuer watch to Isaac jewelers to replace the leather bands with rubber bands. The jeweler had my watch for over 30 minutes to perform a very simple task. He brought the watch back to me with only one band on and multiple scratches all over the watch. This is a titanium carbide finish and Tag Heuer tells me the only way to fix this is to replace the case. Horrible service! I would not trust this jeweler with any of my jewelry or watches.

I recently decided that I wanted to purchase a Swiss watch for myself. I began by doing some research online and then began to visit numerous jewelers in Scottsdale. Issac Jewelers was the first store I visited in Kierland Commons. Lois was a delight to work with and Frank Issac had remembered me from a brief introduction many years ago through a friend! They both were so informative and helpful and showed me a number of watches that covered the spectrum as far as price was concerned. As I am not an impulsive person but one that takes her time to research, I continued visiting other jewelers (non were as friendly as Issac). I looked at Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Patek Phillipe, Cartier etc. I am not someone who tries to impress others by what Im wearing or driving, I just wanted a watch that I would have for years and that each time I put it on I would be delighted with my choice!!! I finally made my way back to Issacs only to re-visit a Carl Bucherer watch I had initially tried on the first time I was there. It was a bit more than I had wanted to spend initially but it makes a statement, solid white gold, mother of pearl dial and oodles of diamonds! It is a watch like no other and I like the fact that Im wearing something unique. I cant say enough good things about Issac Jewelers, the experience was great from my first visit to when I left the store wearing my new Carl Bucherer. Cant wait to work with them again!!!
