Wonderful experience choosing a replacement for my lost engagement ring. I picked a diamond I liked and my favorite setting but the setting was just a smidge too small for the diamond. They made a brand new version of that setting that was just a touch wider for my choosen center stone and I love it! They provided the GIA certificate as well as an appraisal for insurance purposes (everyone should insure thier jewelry as I was very glad my lost ring was covered and I had that amount to put toward a replacement). I am will be returning for future purchases.

I would assume a usual sales process would be to direct me into the store so that she could verify I was truly interested and a verified buyer not just price shopping. But instead Carrie Ann did a enormous amount of footwork and found me the exact Trillion cut diamond which seems to be a rare diamond! As well, found a diamond in the estate case in another store which was at a significant discount.
