Great customer service.

Worker was friendly but has no idea about anything in the store. And offered to let me try on do tips on my personal vape, no gloves even, very unsanitary I didnt do it but he didnt think twice about the potential cross contamination..... or he didnt care..idk. wound up buying only butane, they didnt have a coil for any of my 4 vapes I brought in, that or he couldnt find them because he had no idea what he was looking for. Kept stopping my transaction to help other people. Wont be going back.

Love this shop great staff and product but the hours need to change closing at 8pm is dumb and you loss business. I hope you think about what Ive said many customers have said same thing You should least be open till nine

Excellent quality and variety of E- juices available, which can be hard to find. They have a good variety of coils available on hand as well. Not the cheapest option but not overpriced like some shops. Very friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

This place is garbage. Sold me a junk vape tank and wouldn’t do anything about it.(I did have my receipt, I walked in and said this thing is junk and was told Immediately I need to contact the manufacturer and did just that. They told me they don’t warranty tanks only the device itself. When I told the girl that she said she couldn’t do anything, she stated if it would of been the day after I bought it she would of done something. Nowhere on the door does it say 1 day return policy. It’s all good, I went to A different smoke shop to get a new tank and they thru a new tank on it for free when I told them about it. )

Great place . Friendly service. They always have what I need. If they dont they can always order it. They will keep it in stock which is awesome. Most smoke shops dont dont do that for loyal customers.

Owner knew a lot about the goods but as I had explained that I was a first time vape smoker, was not thorough about what I needed. Just threw a bunch of things in the bag and pushed out the door. The other employee that I had spoken with new absolutely NOTHING about the products and tried selling me the most expensive vape there. He couldnt answer a single question I had either. I feel as if he was getting high on his own supply..

They sold me a faulty juul battery that hits on its own and doesnt work correctly. They wouldnt take the faulty product back because its been taken out of the package. Thats $45 of my hard earned money down the toilet. I dont suggest shopping here just incase if anything else they sell doesnt work correctly.

Great shop, very friendly and helpful staff, they go over and above for the customer... They suggested the phix and air long before I was smart enough to dump my juul..which broke twice... Also, juul will send you a new one if you email and tell them your issue. (Thats maybe why the store wont return them?) Regardless, I would recommend anyone who is in the market for any smoke or vape products to come here! Keep up the great work :)
