Our experience was pretty smooth for car buying. The wait for financing after we agreed to purchase took awhile, which was a bit frustrating since we called ahead and ask for a good time to come back and make the purchase, but they had great snacks so all good! 🙌😂 Our sales person was super and we didnt feel pressure which is a big reason we purchased from them. He didnt blink when we went from testing new cars w upgraded trims to significantly older models. He genuinely seemed interested in finding what we wanted and what worked best for us and our budget. In the end, we still went with the new model because we were confident in our purchase after seeing many other options. Im certain that wouldnt have been the case if we felt like he was playing games with us.

I would not have bought my car if it werent for our salesman, Jerry! When we arrived for a test drive, the car wasnt even relatively clean even though we scheduled a few days in advance. There was some sort of goop on the console, dirt through the entire vehicle, remnants of the previous driver in all the storage compartments and it stank so bad it gave me a headache while we took it for a ride.Regardless, we liked the car, the price was good and Jerry assured us that it would be taken care of. There were some issues in the paint. Sap drops had eaten through to the metal and it was strategically covered up with a similar color of the car. Thankfully, it wasnt the same color so we were able to notice it and addressed a re-painting in order to make the sale. (Subsequently, there is a long drip from the repainting that runs down the side door.)When we finally got the car (a week later) it looked great but I still had to do some minor cleaning on the interior and was grateful I didnt have to pay for such shoddy detailing.Overall, I felt there was zero communication within the dealership, having been contacted by a few salesman but unable to respond (email communication doesnt go through) and truly felt they didnt want to sell this car (or maybe even any car?) considering the horrid condition it was in when I test drove it.The only motivated member of the Mark Mazda team that I experienced was Jerry. Everyone else and all the departments that were relevant seemed like they set a low standard of care.

Love my new 2021 Mazda 6! Patrick, Robert and all the folks we met at Mark Mazda were great! The process was easy from start to finish and Patrick was great to work with. The deal was made in a very low pressure environment and they were incredibly flexible with the terms. Id also like to commend Nick in service for helping answer my questions about servicing timeliness. All in all a great experience.

The sales guys were nice but pressured me more than I was comfortable with, but I guess that is typical. I bought the car from here because they had the one I wanted, otherwise I think I would have kept looking elsewhere. The other slightly irritating issue was the temp license plate. There was some issue on the day I bought the car so they let me use a dealer plate until they could issue the temp. I had to check back several times on it and should finally have it tomorrow, 2 weeks later. I came prequalified with financing which I think made that part easier. The finance person was a pleasure to work with. I dont know yet how the service department will be, but am hopeful that will be a good experience. Overall not a horrible experience, but not great either.

Mark Mazda should be the industry standard for dealership service. They are a cut above the rest in all facets of their business. I say this in dealing only with their service department. I recently had damage to my vehicle as a result of a theft. From previous experiences, I immediately told my claims adjustor that my vehicle will be repaired at Mark Mazda with no hesitation whatsoever. Im didnt buy my Mazda here but I am a loyal Mazda owner because of them.The communication is top notch and they are fair. My experiences with their service department make me want to buy a care here. How often does a car dealership compell you to do that?

James Fajardo was very helpful in making the purchase experience a good one. Made himself available and easy to reach via. phone/email through the whole process. Created a video of the vehicle and pointed out anything on the vehicle that might be of concern.

The atmosphere here is so weird, and its not just the country music playing in the lobby. Wait times for service is genuinely too long (3 hours for an oil change, with an appt). Its a 5 minute wait just to get the eta. Then we had to pull off on the freeway driving home, because they didnt close our hood. Its just not worth it to head to this place first.

I purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 last week. The sales rep working with me was James, and he was amazing. He was friendly, kind and informative, not pushy at all. I test drove the 2.0 base trim, the only one I was interested in, and he didnt try to sell me on anything else. As a woman, Ive had previous experiences of not being taken seriously or being pushed to look at more expensive cars with all the pretty features, but James was very understanding of my situation, he related to things in my life, and really helped me feel comfortable. His Sales Manager was great too. I asked for out the door pricing, nothing hidden, and we negotiated to what I felt was a good deal. I left with my brand new car feeling happy, excited, and just overall satisfied with the experience. I plan to use this dealership for maintenance, I hope the srvice department is just as pleasant to deal with. I will definitely keep this dealership at the top of my list when it comes time for other purchases in the future.

I own a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and cannot rave enough about my vehicle! I came in here a few days ago to get my car serviced and was treated really nicely.Jorge greeted me at my 3pm time slot and got my vehicle squared away for an oil change. They also offer complimentary tire rotation and also a car wash. Sweet! Jorge originally promised my car would be done in 90min, however, it took a little longer until 5pm.Because the time went over, he took half off so that was super nice to pay half price for the oil change but that’s also with the car wash and tire rotation.And Jorge also honored my buy 5 get 1 free deal at another Mazda service center so my next oil change here will be free!Needless to say, I’ll be back!

Y’know I’m only giving them a 3 because I had a semi good experience getting my car from them once the manager stepped in. But they promised to send me my FOBS for my car in the mail because they had misplaced them....got a text a month or so later asking if I’d gotten them and told them no and asked for them to be mailed still because I’m about to have a baby and I still have yet to receive the two they promised me. I have one but it’d be nice to at least have a second. I don’t even care about the free 3rd one at this point.

The contract states a 100% refund, no questions asked, is available within 30 days of purchasing the warranty. I have left a voicemail, sent an email, and called multiple times and have been getting the runaround and have been ignored. Leaving this at one-star until I get my refund.

I called ahead to the 3 Mazda dealers in my area to discuss some diagnostic work I needed performed on my 2010 MX-5. John was very helpful on the phone, offering multiple options for me, quoting transparent pricing, scheduling drop-off and letting me know when the car would be looked at. The work was done when he said it would be, the price was exactly what he quoted (no surprises) and he explained in great detail what the technician had uncovered during diagnostic. The auto industry needs more straight shooters like John! Ill be back for any manufacturer services I need in the future.

I dropped in to have my car serviced while visiting family in Scottsdale. I was able to get an appointment very quickly with flexible scheduling. Jon K was my service advisor. He was absolutely great. Very kind, patient, detail oriented and seemed to have a great rapport with other customers in the dealership. I would high recommend him. He should teach customer service and human relations, truly. The dealership did a nice job with my car and the facility is nice and clean.

I am less than impressed with this dealership. I’ve always had Mazdas and loved them, and have had nothing but problems with the Mark Mazda dealership. From first purchasing the car, to their service employees it’s been problem after problem. First when I went to purchase the car in cash, the dealership refused to take a check or money order and had me sign a lease that they promised to then shred. Almost a year later and I am still having issues with this company. The infotainment center resets itself on a regular basis and is extremely delayed and they state there is nothing they can do. I’ve had to wait there for over 3 hours to get the oil changed and don’t get the as-promised car wash. In addition, in the height of the pandemic when masks were required state wise and city wide, most employees were not wearing masks, despite having a sign requiring masks on the door. This would be a zero star rating for the dealership, however the one star rating is for having water bottles and coffee available in the waiting area. Whatever you do, find another dealership. There are plenty in the valley I wish I’d gone to over them.

I have purchased 6 new cars in the last 25 years. Buying my new 2020 CX5 from Mark Mazda has been the easiest, most pleasant experience ever. David Broughman was very helpful and easy to talk to. He wasnt pushy and over barring like car sales people can be. I will buy another car from David and Mark Mazda because people do business with people not the brand.

Pleasant buying experience! This dealership was honest about the used car I was buying, they also respected my price range for monthly payments. Alan Lopez is an exceptional sale man, other dealerships can learn a thing or two from Mark Mazda. I recommend them to anyone and will come back for another Mazda in the future.

Saw what I wanted, drove 36 miles and tried to buy, but learned the description was off (no sunroof as expected). Isaac was great and tried to find a solution, found a suitable replacement. At my request, Isaac asked the manager, Adam, for his best price, which ended up being more than I wanted to pay. Isaac took my response back to the manager and a lower price was given, meaning the first price was not his best price. Decided to leave as I wasn’t interested in haggling or playing games. I just wanted to buy a car. Ended up buying somewhere else. Disappointed that the manager never checked on me personally (and later tried to pin the fault on me via email).

Was nervous about buying a car over the phone, but Patrick made my experience much easier. I am very happy with his service and his quick response. Very glad he was the one that pickup the phone.

This weekend I traded in my 2018 Mazda3 for a 2021 Mazda CX-5. I could not be happier with my experience at Mark Mazda.My salesperson Brandon was so helpful in showing me all the features of the new car. He made sure I had the Mazda app set up on my phone and saw how Apple Car Play works before I took off. Even though I was already a Mazda owner, there were features that either my old car didn’t have or that I hadn’t actually used before, so it was awesome that he took the time to help me with everything.Sterling in finance was also very helpful and friendly, and the entire process was super straightforward and fast. I felt like I had a clear understanding of all my options, but at the same time, no pressure whatsoever, which is the best scenario as a customer.The atmosphere at the store is great, too. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and the brand new store is beautiful. Can’t say enough positive things!
