Ive always brought my vehicles into Airpark Dodge. Most recently I booked my 60K service and have documentation from their portal that these services are at $0. I called to book and confirm the $0 and was all set to come in on a weekday morning.Airpark claims there was a computer mistake and are not honoring or taking ownership of the issue. I understand that mistakes are made, but I would have at least offered a discount or something to try and make things better. Sad day, no attempt was made to make things acceptable.

I really wish I could say I love this place as it’s my local dealership and closest place to get my Jeep and and Ram serviced, But I don’t. They don’t honor Technical service bulletins for my Jeep, not even after getting Jeep Cares involved, they apparently can make the decision that your vehicle doesn’t have loose steering and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. As for buying a vehicle they made promises of a friends and family discount and also said I could take advantage of whatever manufacture incentives that were available at the time of my orders delivery. I had that in writing but at the time of delivery they decided that that would be “double dipping” and would not honor their own words. My Ram was not delivered from the factory with the graphics I ordered and having Airpark attempt to order and install them was a NIGHTMARE. They installed them lop sided with air bubbles all over and gouges and scratches on the decals as well as gouges on my hood. My truck was also chipped and scratched on the driver side. My experience was so bad that I won’t even take it back to have them fix this as I’m afraid they will only cause more damage. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m devastated at the outcome.

Ty Henderson was AWESOME, he made the whole process easy and painless. They really met all of the needs that I required, and I was in and out in under 4 hours. Coye the GM was a very down to earth and made my husband and I feel comfortable the entire time. I definitely will be sending everyone that I know to see them.. Thanks again!!!

I purchased my Ram 1500 from this location. Chip is a wonderful salesman. Noah in financial is the reason for a poor review. Not only did they short my trade in, but he also messed up my financing. I signed for my vehicle at particular interest rate, and was called 4 days later because the interest rate was supposed to be slightly higher, increasing my payments. Then blamed my bank for the confusion. Called my bank and they said he didnt read the tiers correctly and it was an error on Noahs part. Wouldnt buy a vehicle from this dealership again because of this mistake.Would like to add that MY BANK took care of the issue. This should have never happened in the first place. And shouldnt have taken 4 days to figure out. Super unprofessional. Im glad I called my bank and brought it to someones attention. I see why this dealership has such poor reviews.

I had the worst experience getting an oil change at this dealership. To start with, only half of the staff was wearing masks. I had to ask multiple people to put on masks as they are required by the City of Scottsdale. That was weird! Most dealerships offer Lysol wipes and all of that when handing back your keys but not this place. A handful of people even pushed back and explained they didnt need to wear masks inside of their office, which didnt make sense. I was never connected with my service advisor, or the manager, and no one could explain to me what was wrong with my car. Finally someone at the cashier office offered me a brochure on Jeep as an explanation. No one wore name tags so I had no idea who to ask for or who I had spoken with previously. It was kind of like I was on that show punked and I was waiting for someone to jump out with cameras. I called the service department multiple times but no one could find my car or my advisor (I still dont know who he is!). After waiting three hours for the oil change, someone called me listing all the things I needed fixed with my car. I think they had the wrong car because the car was just purchased in March. The whole experience was bizarre. I was charged an erroneous amount that was different than was listed on my receipt. It was just unprofessional. I had to find my keys in someones office and then find my car on the lot, which was covered with plastic wrappers inside and never cleaned. Such an unusual experience. I dont even know if my oil was changed but hopefully, no one gets sick by going here.

Shocking all the 1 star reviews. This place is HORRIBLE. Had a 7 am appt for an oil change. Was told Id be out by 8. Went to check on my car at 8. It was still sitting in the same spot. Was told it would be another hour and a half. Do not waste your time here. Go Anywhere else!!!

I have never been more disappointed in a car dealer experience! First the used sales department here failed to offer me a fair trade in value for my vehicle when their own website quoted me a better deal than their sales Department would. After rounds of unprofessional conversations we were able to finally strike a deal.They made an offer I accepted and sent them my pre-qual information to draft up the paperwork and made an appointment to sign the papers at 4:30 because of work hours. At 3pm they called and said someone else was coming to view the vehicle. I was able to find a way to rush over there and when I arrived thirty minutes later they told me they sold the car.First of all never have I even heard of a car deal going down in 30 minutes.Second of all they gave a car we had a deal on to someone else. If they were going to be shady and keep it available until I signed and I knew that I would have come at my lunch hour, but they made it sound as if all I had to do was sign the paperwork.If you are looking for a dealer that does not keep their promises then shop here.

This was my first experience trying to buy a car and it was not great. Salesman was nice but pushy. He kept trying to tell me the financing option was the best for me even though I told him what my budget was. Then when trying to get me approved through another bank/credit union they said I was denied and then approved? When walking out the door the salesman told me there was another buyer interested and would likely be gone by the weekend. Now it is Tuesday salesman is still trying to play that card and gave me a lower payment that is still out of my budget. I was very excited to go and try and buy my first car but they did not make me feel comfortable at all and we’re way too pushy. From this it seemed as though they thought they could take advantage of me because I am a female first time buyer who they must have thought didn’t do her research.

Hello , I made an appointment for today 7-10-20 for an oil change .When I made the appointment I told the scheduler I was waiting for the vehicle ,had another appt after oil change . I allowed ample time for this appt.So while I proceeded to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes.And what I saw was minimal customers wearing there mask ,the employees should be educated on how to wear there mask properly.,so I choose to sit outside .car never got serviced .I thought it was mandatory to wear mask in a public setting.So I decided to call the director Ron Rhodes .his response was He would diuly document this issue. AirDodge / Chrysler. Get some integrity and do the right thing. You cant even enter a grocery store without a mask. SHAME ON YOU.I will not be doing business with you and your irresponsible business tactics. And to you Ron what is duily document going to do for somebody that contracts this virus at your business.thats sounds like a flim flam excuse. INTEGRITY

Dont buy from here. I recently bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. They went thru their financing department instead of going thru my pre-approved lender, put in my address so I cant get my license plate or tag and because of this I cant go thru my bank (who I originally told them to go thru) to refinance (even tho they shouldve been the one on the paperwork) because they need a license plate number. Its turned into a complete cluster of problems. Theyve offered zero support.

Was In the market for a 4 runner . Emailed the salesman about a 4 runner they had online . Steven Jones advised it was available so I went to test drive it , when I got there during my appointment time I asked for Steven he advised he had another appointment and had another salesman assist me the other salesman advised the vehicle had already been sold. I was very disappointed , had they told me it wasn’t available I wouldn’t had driven from Gilbert 30 mins to see a vehicle that wasn’t available.

Owner is extremely rude went to pick up a car that belonged to one of his salesman and he proceeded to very rudely tell me that he didnt have a vehicle for me to pick up when I had already spoken with his employee who said they would be right back with the vehicle and went into the back lot with the other vehicles waiting to get serviced when I tried to tell him he talked over me and ignored me he obviously lacks any form of manners I wont be buying any vehicles here thats for sure

These people will not stop calling, even if you buy from them. Multiple requests to management to delete my number have resulted in zero action. I wouldn’t trust a dealership that doesn’t respect my privacy. Shop somewhere else.
