Terrible service. Went to charge battery which normally takes an hr. Left an hr came back & still had 20 min left. They forgot to hook it up. Minded I live on 19th Ave and Camelback. They were there goofing off.

My favorite store for car parts. Lend a tool program has saved me a ton of cash not having to buy speciality tools. Heavy duty parts for my trucks front end are much better than other stores.

I JUST CAME EARLY 9 am on a THURSDAY BEST CREW IVE SEEN IN A AUTO ZONE. They helped me pick out items for my car and helped me learn what the parts will do to improve my driving on the road for safety tips and any questions on cars Brandon is the guy.

Im the parts manager at a nearby body shop, and the commercial team here is great. Chris always gets us what we need in a timely manner.

I just want to say the gentle man that helped me today, did not have to help me. He was patient with me trying to figure out the Apple Pay and not knowing what to do. I ended up forgetting my card for payment. I found 15$ and was still 5$ short. He helped me and then gave me the change from the $20 he spotted me. That was Humanity at its best!!! I really appreciate it!!!Thank you!

I went in thinking I needed a new battery and unfortunately I found out that it was my starter. Nick and his associates were more than helpful at figuring out the problem and loaning me tools to fix the part myself. They even came out every so often to make sure I had water and wasn’t having any issues. Thanks for all the help!

Did not have the basic things I needed, had to go to a second auto parts store. Most of the employees dont have a clue about cars and can barely help, I had to tell them how to put my windshield wipers on, And then they selected the wrong size blades. Would not recommend this location.

This autozone is probably one of the better organized stores, always clean and the staff are quick to assist if you have questions. Anytime I need something I wait to come to this location.

Our closest Autozone was unable to assist, so I tried this location after I received good information on the phone from Mason, when I arrived Mason and Brandon were extremely helpful. They changed my battery on our truck which wasn’t super easy, I also saw Mason walk another customer through their repair as he was assisting me, Excellent customer service from this location!!!

Id like to acknowledge one of your employees for going above and beyond in customer service. My car has a headlight out and I came in to purchase a bulb. Dan was the one who helped me. I asked him if Auto Zone had anyone who also installs headlight bulbs, and he told me that he would take a look at it. Dan came out to my car and after inspecting the situation, it turned out that my car has more of an issue than just a headlight bulb. I absolutely appreciate the time, effort, professionalism, and great customer service that Dan provided. I feel that I was treated with courtesy and with no pressure. He even offered the name of a honest and reasonable auto repair where I can take my car for further repairs. I want to say thank you for a great customer service experience.

The help at 1st was very helpful and did go above and beyond what I consider a good sales man , being a mechanic many years ago , alot has changed, in automobiles , when I was in a isle the sales man was extremely rude , for the situation clearly need a certain supply , the sales man told me that he had the sale , I was not tjere as a employee to tell him what to do , I offered my advice because clearly had no idea and the amount of forces on a moving vehicle, the wind is a strong and enemy to all cars

So I just called autozone. They said they have no store to car service. You have to walk in, with a mask? Really? So a documented veteran cancer patient that has asthma also isnt allowed in store. They will not assist. Even if I gave them my card. They said you must have mask, and they dont care about your medical issues.... AutoZone isnt what it used to be. Advance auto does allow medical patients who cant wear masks too shop and buy. Thank you advance for being an AMERICAN COMPANY

Had a problem with my Honda battery, a gentleman by the name of Dan assisted me. I had mentioned I was in a few months prior with what appears to be an ailing battery. After testing, he recommended I needed a alternator. I had an alternator installed at my local automotive shop. Dan was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to describe exactly what he found wrong with the previous battery installer. His knowledge about the finicky Honda really shed light on battery install procedure. In the future, if he is not available, I now know what to look out for during battery install from the grease applied to the posts, to cleaning out the connectors and including the red and green fiber rings. This man is an asset to all of us. May our batteries live long in honor of him.Thank you a thousand times dan. You once again have saved my day.Theresa

Dan is the MAN! He went above and beyond on my battery test, warranty replacement process and battery replacement. He gave me some good insight onto possibilities on why the battery malfunctioned. I just ordered the bracket to keep my battery in place. Thanks again. Will definitely be back.

Came in for a battery check after my battery was being unreliable. Dan was very helpful and had me double check and make sure it wasn’t under warranty before making me pay $200 for a new one, since my car was fairly new. He was very knowledgeable and got me up and running quickly!

Replaced battery here.. was surprised at the honesty of staff. Thought it would be $200+ for my SUV battery and ended up costing only $75.

I had a dead battery and came in to replace it today. Dan was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed and got me set up. I was understandably irritated at the dead battery, but after talking with Dan I actually felt better about the car trouble than if I didnt have any issues at all today. Crazy but true!

They were able to test my battery to verify it’s not able stay. By then they already had my new one and we outside loading it in and before I knew they had it fixed. Thanks for the work you all did that day. This AutoZone staff is great.

Needed a new muffler for my vehicle. They had a good selection on the shelf with the connections and hangers for the job. I did however see a product made to cover holes in the muffler. It is like a tape like item that hardens when the car is driving. The heat bonds it. I used the product and my vehicle passed emissions. The sales clerk was very helpful and loaned me his tape measure so I could measure the diameter of my tail pipe. I will go back to this auto zone because of the service I received. Outstanding.

Customer service was great store look great the only thing AutoZone could not look up the warranty from the batteries numbers it had to come from the phone number of the person who purchased, so we didnt get credit for a warranty.

Great to stop in for quick name brand basic auto parts but everything behind the counter with autozone brand name is a cheap rebox.

They had all the parts I needed and it was easy to find it all. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Walking around inside today, found the little display of auto a.c. stop leak and recharge. Barely any product or selection and only set up for the high prices product. Not what the website said was or should be available. What magical event took all the 7.99$ or 9.99$ product options.

This location is awesome. I had to replace my battery today but my positive terminal melded to itself in such a way that I couldnt get it off. The young guy that was helping people with batteries helped my pry and chisel away on it until we got it to work. I was able to switch it out and still make my morning meetings. Talk about great service

Who doesn’t love AutoZone!? I visited this location last weekend because I was pretty sure my car battery was dead, and turns out it was still under warranty, score. I also had to replace the hydraulic hood lift supports. This location had everything I needed in stock, the employees were helpful, and within two quick trips, my car was good to go.

Sadly after 2 years I need a new battery for my car. The joy of living in Phoenix. They gave me a couple of choices. Didnt try to talk me into spending more than I wanted to. Which I found very refreshing because some places try to talk you into buying the most expensive product no matter what.

Called ahead for a part, got an accurate estimate. Junior C, the store manager, is THE BEST. Had to swap out the battery, came at rush hour, but he had me out of the place in literally 5 minutes. Plus, he made the whole experience fun thanks to his positive attitude and sense of urgency. Thanks again guys!

The store was very busy when I got there to buy a shelf item. After a only a couple of minutes the manager noticed the line and quickly called for more help up front. He then asked me if I was waiting to check out. After I told him that I was, he told a clerk to take care of me next and to give me a 10% discount for my waiting (2 bucks off!). I thanked him and left the store as a very satisfied customer. I will continue to use this AutoZone location as my first choice for auto parts.

As with any AutoZone the people who work here are very helpful and you can exchange things purchased at AutoZone across the United States. The people who work here are extremely helpful and have actually come out to my car to help me do things in the past. They also have tools that they will loan you.

I drive from central Phoenix to this Auto zone because I prefer it over the others ive been to in the valley.

Came in for windshield wipers, Andrew B helped me out. He also helped me put on the new one. Very helpful and patient with me!
