Worst customer service.I bought 5 lines from this store when they offer $ 100 gift card for each line. I receive for 4 lines and never received gift card for the fifth line. Its been almost 9 months.I keep trying to connect but never get satisfied reply. Employee who process my lines is not working there anymore and when I called customer service about this, reply was Employee made a false promise and want me to talk to him.I sent email to store owner couple of days back, havent heard anything back yet.Waiting to get it resolved before 1st anniversary.

Brittney helped me out with reactivating my phone after Apple did some repairs. She was very kind, quite personable, and answered all of my questions, my visit was quick and painless all thanks to her! Another employee, Trevor, jumped into the conversation and I’m thankful he did - he and Brittney took turns answering some other random questions I had. Overall a very smooth and delightful visit. Shoaib in training and Danny the Manager was very helpful they helped me with my New I phone they set it up for me and I asked a lot of questions and they answered everyone of my questions and they were very honest with me and told me if I ever need help they are here and they both are very genuine guys.Sprint is very lucky to have them.

Best service I received at a Sprint store. I went in today to upgrade my parents phones. The staff who helped us, Paris, was friendly, attentive, and patient with us when I had to translate the process to my parents. He even answered our random question on the bill my mom brought along!Overall, I was very pleased with todays experience :)

The store is very well managed and made the transaction extremely painless. Even worked with me to bundle some accessories for my phone to save me the trouble of going online and waiting for cases or screen protectors (my rep threw in a tempered glass protector for free with a purchase of a new case!). The employees in this store are lazy, I was in this store to upgrade my son phone, they charged me the activation fee and then told me to go to the Apple store to activate the phone.. they didnt know how to even set up his phone with the iCloud restore from my son old phone. No good customer service at all. Update Nov. 22 2018 I have switched carriers Im now with At&t better network and better customer service Ill never go back to Sprint.. NEVER.

I went to this store last Saturday because I wanted to get the new S7. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, Paris started to help me. He was very nice. After asking me my name and trying to look my account up, the store manager told him to take a break. IN THE MIDDLE OF HIM HELPING ME AFTER I WAITED 40-45 minutes!!!!! Paris wanted to continue to help me but the store manager just sent him on break. After that he told me they dont take payments for terminating a lease in the store (LIE) and made me call customer service in the store while he was still helping someone else. I got so mad I walked out without a new phone.The store manager was incredibly rude and absolutely terrible customer service. I cannot believe he is store manager.I went back on Sunday and Manny and Paris helped me get a new phone. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

Today (08/27/16) I got my phone replaced and needed the verified pin to access it. Unfortunately, its a business account and I didnt have the pin. I came over to the Sprint store to access that. At first, it still wasnt working. We called customer care and they gave me no hope telling me its not a Sprint problem its an Apple problem which made no sense. After getting off the phone, I was so stressed and confused on what to do. The guys there (I believe named Frank and Eric) asked me to stay a bit longer to see if they could get it to work. And they did!!! I was so thankful that they cared that much to try different things to get me access. I was so rejoiced and thanked the two a million times. So happy they have great customer service at this store!!!

Brian Carter went above and beyond as an employee yesterday! I came in to ask for help with my iPhone that I purchased from a different Sprint store. He was unbelievably accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I very much appreciated his help. Even though I live in Chicago, I will be traveling back to the Schaumburg store just for the experience; what a difference! THANK YOU, BRIAN! ILL BE BACK! :)

Marquell was amazing and incredibly fast with upgrading my phone. Brian made us laugh and Paul bought us Starbucks. Robert was great with sales. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Ok, the staff is great but its always so busy. luckily there is a sprint kiosk nears forever 21 that is great. they are friendly and never too busy. manny the manager is great. the rest of the crew are pretty good. not too pushy to sell you on the phone cases. you should give it a try if its busy in the sprint store

I went into sprint today to fix a issue I had with my bill. I was helped by Brian Carter and he was happy to help me. He was very knowledgable and got me a deal on a tablet and a car charger.

Dont go here ever will lie to you about plan pricing the whole time only to screw you overIm not sure how they think adding $120 to your bill is paying the same as you are now. So everyone going here knows its the manager even that will promise to be the same price by working his magic only to have your plan increase. They will also force you to give them a good review before they will finish setting up your phone, worst experience I have ever had.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Sprint store! My phone was stolen and when I walk into Sprint to get my account blocked, the one guy working was just sitting talking to his friend. When I told him my phone was stolen and asked if we can block my account, all he said was no. Youll have to call customer service. Okay so I ask for the number. Its *2 on a sprint phone. But I no longer have a sprint phone as mine was STOLEN. He then asked me if I had a Sprint phone. I repeated again that it was stolen. So he tells me to use a demo to call customer service instead of offering to call them for me or anything. He goes back to talking to his friend. Im trying to get through all the automated crap with customer service and nothing is working in store so I hang up. He writes down another phone number and hands it to his friends kid to give to me to call! Which was the same number that *2 connects to. So I told him that was useless and gave it back to him and thanked him for nothing and left. Never going back to that store again! Beyond useless, inconsiderate, and lazy!

Went into the store because we were interested in a new service there was 2 guys working there one was with one customers the other one was not busy neither of them greeted us or asked if we had questions or needed help. Rob Merkes went above and beyond to Service us the other night. Not only did he handle a very difficult customer extremely well, my ex wife, but he stayed late until we were 100% up and running which was well after closing hours. This is the type of employee that kept on the promotion track.

My girlfriend and I went here because Sprint sent us a promotion in the mail that we could purchase a NEW Galaxy S 5 for $150 if we opened a new line on our existing account. However, at this kiosk, we were told we could not do that because the Galaxy S 5 is a new phone. Long story short, we bought her the phone for $650. One month later, Im calling in to Sprint customer service for an unrelated topic and the customer service representative told me verbatim that if we opened a new line, we could purchase this phone for $150. So, I am angered because the representatives at this kiosk are liars. I made the mistake by going to a kiosk so I recommend to avoid making a poor buyers decision, go to a Sprint store whenever you need anything to do with Sprint.

I went to the Sprint store in Woodfield Mall to see if they could add an iphone 5s to my account.The big problem was I needed to keep the phone number from a different carrier.I told Sprint Associate Manny Fernandez my problem and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the right data plan,and that my phone number could be transferred. Manny was patient, determined, and professional in the way he took care of my telecom issues.My former carrier offered very little in the way of help, while Manny took care of my needs,and answered all my questions! I have a 20 year history in Customer Service, and I have to say that Manny Fernandez really knows how to take care of his clients!
