If you are looking for physical media like the old days, theres very little of it in this store. Was hoping to find some 4k blurays but no luck. Lots of unique pop culture items though, definitely worth stopping if youre already going to the mall or in the area, not worth a long drive if you are looking for physical media.

Good variety of anime stuff and music too. However the cashier that day wasnt friendly, she kind of looked like she hated her job. No greetings. No reply to my ex saying have a good day.

Be extremely wary if they ask to scan your ID at checkout. Theyll scan it and automatically sign you up for some FYE paid subscription without your consent. You only know afterwards when they hand you a pamphlet and tell you that you have 30 days to cancel or you will be charged.

Kinda tacky place....its inside Woodfield mall. But I have 2 adolescent sons who manage to always spend time and finding something they want there. I wont lie, I picked up a few CDs (just for fun). They also have all this random like Asian candy and sodas and stuff too

The selection they have is not as good is at once was. It felt as if I was visiting a store the day it was looted. Frankly not good at all anymore.

Selection was alright. Their prices will always be too crazy for my taste but they run enough sales that you can usually find something even if it isnt what you came for!

I visited the store earlier today and it was a very enjoyable experience as it always is. I had a very courteous cashier today named Yvette, she was very helpful and sufficient at ringing me out. I am extremely satisfied with this visit. Keep up the good work everyone!!!!

I like all the Funko Pops on display. It caters to all my nerdy interests. The store is well organized and staff are friendly.

I don’t think these customers understand about shipping costs. The product has to be manufactured and then shipped to the mall from various vendors and distribution companies. You all realize that costs money right? FYE has to pay rent at Woodfield and they have to pay their employees. Everyone complaining about high prices obviously didn’t buy anything “oh I’ll just get it online instead” then none of you should complain when stores like FYE go out of business. If you really like the store and want to support a store you like then buy the item. It shows the company that there is interest and they will restock it. FYE has tons of CDs, movies, & records. If you really look for it you will find it. If you can’t find it, walk up to the register and have the friendly & knowledgeable employees there special order it for you. The media item you want can either be sent to the store or your residence. Stop complaining and ask questions. Support physical copies ✊🏻💿

Havent been to Woodfield in a while but stopped by for a quick bite to eat with the wife...this place is cool. Okay, dont laugh, but they have these little figures that mimic all different types of comic book Heros, movie stars, TV stars, etc. I couldnt get over how many they had with varying characters...called Pop-something or another...check it out if youre into this type of stuff.

Always finding new, cool items

Pricey pop culture shop. They have a good selection of pop culture toys and items. Not too much selection of music and movies, but not surprising in this current market. They do have a good selection of funko pop!, but other items are a little too pricey, including the various breakfast cereals. If they are the only place you can get what you are looking for, then you will pay. Otherwise good place to browse and buy elsewhere.

Selling they give u fair prices. Staff is friendly and informative. Store is clean and neat and easy to locate products.

This location always has a great selection of products and the renovations really make a difference to the stores look.

They have Good Videos, Music,and other accessories.

Great store. Only visited a few shops in this mall and this was one of them. If i am ever in this area again, i will make it a point to come back.

Lots of geeky things and Japanese imported food! Was a splendid place to walk around and chill. Obviously had to get pop figures there. A bit on the expensive side though.

Occasionally theyll have some newer music at a decent clearance price, so its good if youre at the mall and want a disc that you cant be bothered ordering online. New merchandise, however, is offered at an exponential mark-up. Half Price Books is the better choice in the area, but again, this is your stop for instant gratification on newish albums.

Can always find something I want

This used to be one of my favorite stores to visit but since moving to their new (and much smaller) location, I am beyond disappointed. The selection is smaller, everything seems to be used or pre-owned, some sections just dont exist anymore and everything is unorganized. It looks like a thrift store now. Im super bummed.

Perfect place for Funko Pop lovers. They will often take preorders of the upcoming drops and make it easy for funko pop lovers to grab the figure they’re looking for. They also have a decent selection of nerdy clothing and graphic T-shirt’s!

This place isProbably gonna be the weirdest shop youve ever seen it has cool food there from astronaut food to life size figures its amazing

He let us shop for the last 5min before closing time, we got our stuff quick and checked out without a problem.

Cool place to hit up and find some hidden gems and gifts. Definitely a little pricey though in terms of CDs, but some of the things were super cool and relatively cheap!

It has a lot of stuff that you can find from music to headphones and even T shirts too. Overall very good atmosphere and will definitely come back. It is also close by my local area as well. Recommend it if you are into music and movies. It has a variety of genres from action to drama and also comedy and for some it alsohas exclusive adult videos too. Most definitely would come back. Especially for the variety of music songs they have in stock. And also great perks if you have a backstage FYE card. Highly reccomend getting that too. It is defintely worth it.

Great vast selection of movies and music. Its got it all. Vinyl, tape, cd, you name it they got it. Also has alot of gaming memorabilia if thats your thing

FYE is an entertaining place. They pretty much have pop icon products. TV show T-shirts, anime blankets, Chinese/Japanese candy, skull Candy headphones in superhero colors, Pop Figures, DVDs, and lots of other gadgets. Their prices are kind of high. I guess its a combination of paying for the licensing, and the fact that its in the mall.Heres a tip. If your buying one of the Asian candy packages theres a much cheaper way. Now if youre buying it as a gift then maybe you do want to buy it at FYE because they come in a cool box and its 5-7 random things. But if you dont care about the box, you want it way cheaper, and you want to pick out the candy, then you want to go to Mitsuwa. Its a Japanese grocery store thats about 15 mins, east of the mall. Straight down Golf road. They have a huge selection of Asian candy and treats. They even have a food court. You can probably get over 3 times as many things for the cost there compaired to FYE. And they have a much larger selection. A few isles in fact.

Customer experience is non existent and funko wall was so disorganized and so many busted pops it wasnt worth digging through

Overall FYE is a decent store, unfortunately it is overpriced compared to comparable stores and it also tends to be under staffed when it comes to helping customers.

The customer service at Fye in woodfield mall is horrible, when you want to sell is worth alot they make a stupid excuse not buy it, all there good at is making you buy and ripping you off like wanted to sell a movie he said it worth 50 cents, then if you agree to sell it, they go on off sell $10.00 or more. they are the worst. They are just money hungry and cant get enough of it. They will be always like that and they treat nice just to buy and they dont care about you one bit and including the mangers they are worse than the employees.
