The vegan pop up on Wednesday is amazing. I had the orange ravioli and my fiance had the mushroom pate. Their beers are so tasty too. I cant remember the name of mine, but it was #24 and it was a sour beer. Ill definitely look for it again!

Great beer selection, very good wine selection, the pizza Sunday Monday nights is top shelf. Equal to the best in town! I was impressed by their offerings, and they also have a bagel breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings, which I havent tried yet. Supposedly a real New York bagel! Will definitely return,. The service was excellent as well

This place has an abundance of great beers, so figure it out and get over here. They had a bunch of great sours and stouts which I enjoy and service was also really friendly and prompt. Solid work my guys and gals

What a place! Bottles of wine and beer (also cans) lining the wall on the left, with hats, growlers, etc mixed in, and a bar with several taps on the right, plus a couple of coolers just beyond that. The selection is impressive, theres something for everyone, and based on my first visit, the friendly staff is happy to help you find what youre looking for.I was sent home with a menu that showed which specials are on what nights, and the best looking bagel brunch menu Ive ever seen. I cant wait to go back!

99 Bottles has so many super highly rated beers, I was impressed. My ideal approach to beer outings is I find a place with a beer thats highly rated, and sample it there. This is THE place to go to for high quality craft beer in Sarasota county. Almost 30 drafts and a well stocked selection of cans and bottles to go. They get in shipments from some of the top breweries in the country, and they also stock from the top local Florida breweries. Mark is super friendly and passionate about what he does. The atmosphere is also clean and cozy inside, and they have outdoor seating.

This place is beyond expectations. Great wine list and extensive beer selections that changed in time. Simple tasting menu. Savory Italian sandwich. Real savory empanadas. And one of the best boards. Please taste the pretzel with the out of the world multiple cheese sauce.Also Vegan only menu, chef prepared every other Wednesday. I have been 4 times and no repeat dishes. All incredible amazing.But most of all the service is casual, excellent, very friendly, and makes you feel at home. Mark, Christy, Laura, and the rest of the staff will make your day. Too perfect. This well designed, well thought-out and very well conceived beverage location brings the perfect vibe to those who live in downtown Sarasota. Mark seems to cover all the bases and then adds a twist that will endear you to this newest and most waited for delightful beverage stop whether to go or stay and enjoy the unique bar food that will have you reaching for the menu to try just one more item-------sure.And the beverages? Great wines, properly stored for the next pour no matter whether red, white or pink. Craft beers from afar and our local neighborhoods and maybe even PBR, though not sure about that one. Kombucha on tap that I highly recommend.Whether before or after shopping at Whole Foods or live theater or a movie or shopping anywhere or paying a parking ticket at Sarasota City Hall 99 Bottles is right in the neighborhood and obviously right for the neighborhood. Wonderful experience. Mark and Lauren took great care of us. You can tell that Mark loves what he does. I was very impressed he makes sure he knows everyones name. It was out first time but we felt like family . We were bummed that we had eaten breakfast prior to coming because we would have loved to partake in the bagel brunch. Definitely a cool place.

Decent beer selection if not leaning a little too much on pastry styles. Location has more of a wine bar vibe then a craft beer bar. Draft is on the high side and bottles are very expensive. Kind of hard to pay 20+ dollars for a 4 pack of IPA that sitting warm on the shelf imo. Service was ok. Dylan kept a good eye on keeping our glasses full and was nice enough. Laura was slow to serve and would talk endlessly about her travels Europe, and bashing US and local breweries. I might stop in more if there was less of a nose in the air attitude about the spot as it comes across more like a pretentious wine bar and less of a relaxed craft beer joint

Unbelievable beers and even better hospitality. Mark and his staff are some of the best people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of serving me drinks. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and words don’t express the amount of appreciation I have for each and every one of them. And don’t even get me started on their bagels (freshly imported from New York)... needless to say I highly recommend this establishment for whatever your needs may be😎

This place is awesome. Visiting from out of state and Dylan at the bar had some phenomenal recommendations for me, and a great collection including Funk factory Guezeria in Madison WI. Really reasonable prices too. Will be back again!

Bottle selection is great . Tap list is usually pretty good for what is available to area . Craft beers, wines and food options. Clowlers to go stay for a pint or just grab go . Parking can be hard at times depending on time of day.

Stopped by for the first time yesterday afternoon. Upscale without being pretentious, very friendly staff. Mark (the owner) is knowledgeable and has stocked the taps with excellent beers. Wall of retail bottles and cans with many otherwise hard-to-find options. Glad to have them here!

This was not my first visit, truly great selection of beer and wine in a beautiful location. The shortfall is the owner Mark. For the owner of a business to snap at a patron when they express a concern about the facilities is sad. When the owner then goes out of their way to snap at the patron again is truly unacceptable. Sarasota is truly a wonderful city with many great options for dining and cocktails. I would recommend exploring others. Obviously I will not be returning.

We have been here multiple times. Nice new hip vibe in downtown Sarasota! It’s our go-to place!! The bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fun! Dillon, Phil, Sarah and Tracy are super welcoming and informative! Mark, the owner, greeted us and made us feel welcome from day 1. Food is delicious and hot! Get the pretzels! A gem hidden downtown with all the delights of a modern hide away bar. Great for meeting clients, or getting away after work. Snag delicious bottles or have them can you one to go. I like German night on Thursdays, get a liter of German lager or pilsner

Just as an advisory I came here on a recommendation but it was closed for a private party. To be fair it was a Tuesday evening. It did look good inside however it might be best to check with the establishment before making a special trip in case they are running an exclusive event.

We felt completely welcomed from the moment we walked inside. Exactly what downtown needs in such an easy and convenient location. I’m thrilled to have such an experienced owner who truly knows his craft and knows how to make you feel right at home. Felt like I was sitting in a swanky NYC night spot without the pretentiousness. Not to mention the menu is outrageously good. Try the Whoopie Pie, you’ll see.

This bar is such a breath of fresh air in Sarasota. An absolutely amazing selection of beers, kombucha and soft drinks for the drivers, beautiful design that manages to be clean and unfussy whilst keeping a warm atmosphere. There whilst there was a busy vibe, I didnt feel over crowded AND they were doing a collaboration with Spice Boys, so the food was amazing too! Well done guys, 99 Bottles is a much needed addition to the Sarasota bar scene and I just know youll become a favourite.

I knew in advance that I would probably like it as I have had the pleasure of experiencing other ventures of Mark the owner.
