Just walked in at 7.28pm to order some breaded chicken wings hot and spicy to bring home and munch on since Im moving and cant cook anything until Saturday... I was told the fryers are closed down! What!! Had so much more to buy at this store although too frustrated to walk through isles. Knowing especially I worked for this company, in the kitchen!! I fried any food for customers at any time because my manager engraved that into my head thats what needed to be done. Whats that say for this store?

I have to say that I went to the deli and ordered a Boars Head traditional whole sub. The bread was excellent! The meat was excellent! It was the best that Ive had since my childhood. The subs at Publix are far better than Subway and Quiznos. How is a supermarket preparing better subs than a sandwich shop! I highly recommend buying a sub from Publix.

We just love Regina in the deli department. We come over from Orlando every weekend and frequently stop by Saturday morning to pick up a sub to take to the beach for lunch. Regina is such a pleasure. She alwats brightens our day and makes us smile. She also makes an AWESOME sub.

Clean and well stocked store. The escalator to get in is neat. They also have an elevator if needed. You can park under the store in the shade which is also nice.

Publix are always nice but this one was extra nice. Its 2 stories and has covered parking. It even has an escalator to bring your cart down when you head out!Wonderful staff like always.

Covered parking helps when a rainstorm is coming right after work. I can swing in the store and not have to worry about having to get soaked walking back to the vehicle

Purdue thin sliced chicken breast..this is about the 6th or 7th time I went in. When someone told me they didnt have Today. Or dont carry.or some excuse..meanwhile Im traveling to every other publix in Sarasota and Bradenton WHICH I DONT WANT TO...AND THEY ALL HAVE IT!!!! just get with the program..stop being lazy and order...IF every other store in 2 counties has it you can!!!!

Publix sucks!! I can always count on spending twice as much as I would spend at Detweilers and Aldi. Publix is a greedy company that has no shame in charging people exorbitant prices for food.

Coming from Cincinnati and Kroger stores Publix seems comparable and cleanliness is great. Food freshness and selection is good as well.

All the publixs are fine with me.no mater were I live.but some assistant manager/or managers in each place some are nice and helps a customer others dont seem to what to help..i know I had a bad experience in one of the Publix in Sarasota on fruitville and Beneva..still looks new store.

Not crazy about having to use an elevator to enter store. Always nice over priced selection . Quality But Aldis is stepping up as stiff competition. I am sure Publix will buy them out . Like Luckys market.Buy one get one is the key to saving Stores are immaculate staff is friendly But as a billion dollar store I am glad they treat employees very very well. Ditch plastic bags the average person uses a plastic bag for 12 seconds stays on the planet a thousand years. Its not the consumer its the corporations overuse of plastics. Offer paper or purchase reusable bags for 25 cents I am sure they can make the different up somewhere else.

So disappointed in Loiletta (?) in the deli. Had been looking forward to a Publix sub for dinner after a long work day 7-7. When I arrived at the deli at 7:50pm I asked for a garlic and herb tofu on multi grain bread. She pointed to the glass case where they had 1 half sandwich loaf and a second “whole” one that was missing an end. It’s was more like 3/4. No other bread available not even from their bakery. I was given guacamole which I prefer bc the avocados are usually frozen. I get this sandwich 2-3x a week. She barely put any on the bread. I told her they normally do 2 for a whole and she argued with me that I was wrong. She would was very rude. I informed her she was the first only put 1 on. She proceeded to tell me I should’ve been getting a half a small container of guac. Very frustrated at this point, I said please put 2 on and I’ll pay for it. When it came time to pay she was excited to up charge me. I told her I’m really surprised this is considered a whole sandwich bc it’s clearly been cut into. She proceeded to tell me it was and I would also have an upcharge. My issue was not so much the upcharge but the poor attitude and limited selection of bread scraps. Also the veggies were all scrambled and mixed in with each other. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is bc everyone else was friendly throughout the store. We spend approx $800 a month typically at Publix..Less this month bc of renovations and we can’t cook. The last thing I want to do is argue with a rude deli employee to just make my sandwich the way I want.

Great prices .. But the bagger was so argumentive.. Cashier was trying to help her and telling her how to bag and she just wanted to argue.. Strange experience to say the least.

My oh my my wife was just amazed the fact that she did not have to carry her groceries down the steps and actually went down to conveyor belt. If you like expensive groceries going down a conveyor belt to your car then this is the place for you.

Publix is very consistent in all their stores. This is not my normal store but still had a wonderful experience shopping there.

This is my favorite Publix!! It has an escalator, elevators and stairs to get inside. You choose what way your going to get up there. I love the design of it! It is upstairs and I never seen another so far like this. I love to park in the garage. Very clean store and the customer service is always Awesome. If you never been to a two story Publix then you must try this one.

I shop 2 or 3 times each week at this site and appreciate the courtesy of all employees.I have attempted to use the Apple Pay feature at checkout. In my last 6visits there was only one successful transaction and this was with the assistance of a manager after several attempts.I have never had a problem using this option in other businesses.

Cashier was amazingly nice with a great sense of humor! I love that in people! We didnt need much but it is an awesome store. Very clean and organized. Being from Michigan we never experienced a second floor grocery. Neat the way space is utilized here. The way the carts go down the escalator was cool. Everyone in the store when we asked where product was was friendly and helpful! Three thumbs up! 👍👍👍
