I just want to shout-out drive-up attendant Megan. Aside from always being sweet and understanding when my trunk is filled with 10 thousand kid things, she always adds my curbside order carefully. I want to add the extra customer service she provided when I got a flat tire recently, at a curbside drive-up parking space. She not only checked in on me throughout my wait for help but when she later saw my husband sweating as he worked on my tire, she brought out ice cold waters for us. She definitely didnt have to go out of her way to do all this but it certainly made the experience easier.

Got a chance to get a new phone plan & phones at the Fruitville Target with Brenden with AT & T. Very happy with his knowledge and customer service! Ive been with my previous carrier for 20+ years & Brenden made the switch easy, and Im saving $40 per month four lines. ;) Thank you!!

This location always looks great and the employees are very helpful. The greeter at the front, (Glen) is always has a smile on & joy to see and talk with each time I visit.

My experience in the electronics with brenden was amazing! He made the process of switching from Verizon to AT&T seamless. His knowledge of the products and the process was so helpful. I’m now saving SOOOO much money! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I still love Target and its products, its employees are pretty helpful, however if you truly feel uncomfortable around people not wearing a mask then dont go to this Target. They make an announcement saying you have to wear a mask, but they do not enforce it. I must have seen at least 10 people not wearing a mask as I was shopping, and not one employee said anything to them.

Target only caters to girls and women mainly. They have NO section for teen boys only toddlers and grown men. Shoe selection is about 3 pairs of shoes for teen boys and about 300 for women and girls. Pretty sad that teen boys arent even thought of.

Brenden the at and t rep was amazing and helped me and my fiance to get a better deal on our phones he was very helpful and informative he was kind i recommend him to help any body out he was the best

I met Brenden with AT&T at this target and he got me on a plan that gave me the new iPhone 12 plus 5G unlimited everything phone plan for less than half of what I am spending now with Verizon!!! I’ll let y’all know how it turns out but so far I would highly recommend!

Great target. Masks optional anyone complaining should stay home.They clean and disinfect often.

Another store that claims health and safety is their concern, but I counted 10+ people not wearing masks and NO ONE saying a thing. Overhead recording states they are required but no one wants to offend. Its the last time I go to your store. Stop being afraid of conflict. Its my right not to wear clothes but if I showed up naked you would call the cops. Please grow a spine and truly support your customer service claim.

I decided to try curbside pickup at the last minute as I was pulling into the parking lot to get an online order. My goodness, the app was extraordinary and the item was out to me in minutes with a friendly staff person. I was blown away. No showing 10 IDs and the bill of sale etc. Refreshing! I will ABSOLUTELY do again. I had no idea Target had implemented this and you are fantastic. KUDOS!

Havent been here in a long time. I like the changes. Went in to buy a fan on sale. Needed help and a nice lady helped me find it. It didnt have the the on line price but she said to tell the cashier the online price and they will look it up. Went to a cashier only one one and he looked it up and gave the viscountess price plus the 5 percent reward discount. Nice helpful staff.

Target a step up from Walmart, same problem here as other big retailers, have a hard time finding help to answer questions

I’m a long time target shopper and have never shopped at a Target with such rude employees. I have shopped at this particular store several times now and each experience is the same. Employees are bothered when you ask for help and customer service always has many employees standing around and no one willing to help.

For some reason there were 2 employees at my check out. Maybe one was training the other or getting change I am not sure I really wish I would have gotten her name. My 4 year old son was upset because I wouldnt buy him a toy.The other cashier (not ringing me up) noticed this and gave my son a sticker, joked with him, and made him happy and laughing again. I am a single mother. sometimes life is really hard. It is this type of customer service that I receive EVERY TIME I come to Target. The customer service, the friendly helpful faces, and a happy environment. The prices are a little higher than another major store, but I do not feel happy when I leave that store. I shop at target for all my needs because it is a positive place to shop. I have had a customer service issue before and the manager at that time apologize, corrected the issue with a smile, and made sure i was 100% satisfied.

Store is clean and inviting, music is really good, I found what I needed, the cashier was wonderful...caring, friendly, knowledgeable.

Never had a problem with target until today when my family was targeted by their security guard. My family is brown and we were the only ones asked to pull over before we walked out of the store, which we did with no problems thinking he wanted to scan the larger objects like most stores do. He proceeds to tell us to take every single item out. I asked why we were the only ones being checked and he said “random checks” mind you no one else was being checked prior to this or after this. I felt disrespected and humiliated. I returned every single item which was well over $100. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a company that allows employees to behave in this manner. Management’s exact words were she had “no explanation”. Target lost my families business for good today.

Nice people

I went to my local Target in Sarasota Florida buy a pair of pants for meeting I had the next morning and I was told that the fitting rooms are closed until further notice because of the covid-19 virus upon exiting the store I contacted Walmart JCPenney and even Goodwill and was told that all of their fitting rooms are open there were no signs of any type via the web or on their front door I am safety director for the company I work for I work closely on covid-19 issues and I would like to say that even though they clean the shopping carts or disinfect them there is more of an issue of Contracting something that way then there would be in a fitting room

This store has a large variety of things that is always changing. It is one of the bigger and nicer targets in the area.

Quick and convenient. Friendly staff, excellent service and items in good condition. However, there were simple items like AA batteries that could not be ordered for store pick up. There seems to be a disconnected between some of the stock database, and what is available online for pick up. It would be helpful to have more available thats actually in the store.

Rude enployees. Unamerican views. We spend quite a bit of money at target on a yearly basis but will not give them another dime.

One of the employees was walking around yelling at everyone to leave 10 seconds after closing time. I understand its Christmas eve but yelling at the top of your lungs at customers from 50 yards away to leave is one of the worst things Ive ever seen done to customers. I really hope hes not a manager!! Either way it wont effect me because I will never step foot into this Target ever again...maybe all targets!!

Target has everything! There are weeks that I dont even go to the grocery store.

I was just placed on hold twice and each time was 4+ minutes. I explained the item to the female who answered both times, and she clearly repeated it back to me. Then put me on hold both times and replied with “oh, nobody picked up?” After I heard the guy on the radio say he was free to check it out.I went into the store and it was completely dead inside. Maybe 10-15 people. The workers were all just hanging out and talking to each other at their stations. So can you explain to me why nobody wanted to do their jobs? I’m never coming to this target again.

Team members are great and more than willing to lend a helping hand if a question arises or help is needed. Quieter than many other target stores. Guest services do their best to rectify any issue.

1st time in Target for a couple years. This store is terrible .There is few employees and everyone I tried to get to help me said they were on lunch @ 10:30? All the flour on the shelf (5 bags) was out of date by over 6 months! The pasta was out of date. The manager looked about 15 and his service was terrible. Walked out will never go to Target again.

I mean, its a Target, so whats not to love? This one has been around for awhile, so it isnt the newest or the biggest, nor does it have the selection you would get at a super Target. But, its fine for what it is. They are always good about opening lanes here, too, so that youre never waiting too terribly long in line. The staff is always friendly. And as a bonus, the pharmacy staff at this target is the best that in have ever worked with. They are quick, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. My insurance no longer.contracts with them, but, I am willing to pay out of pocket for low cost medications just so that I can go to this pharmacy. Worth it.

Super friendly staff, cashiers always offer stickers to my kids and are courteous.The lady at the cafe goes out of her way to cut my daughters grilled cheese into little triangles and lets me know when there are cafe deals on the cartwheel app - she is hands down, excellent customer service.

Ordered some dog biscuits for pick up on the way home from work, to save some time. I would definitely do it again. I was in and out in a matter of a couple minutes. This is compared to having to find the product on the shelf and check out, not to mention buy about $100 worth of impulse items on the way out.

Staff and management is very helpful, has Starbucks inside if you want coffee fresh. Place is always clean.

Quick check out. My favorite Starbucks in the area is the starbucks inside Target. Brit was great this morning, all smiles and very pleasant when she made my coffee.

The Fruitville Target is doing an awesome job as far as organization, readiness, and customer service last but not least cleanliness. I use the Cartwheel app and they actually have signs for items that are on the Cartwheel app. Otherwise I would have known or paid attention. The cafe is so clean every condiment was literally standing in the same position . Very pleased to shop here though I live near the university Target.

Target is a nice and clean place to shop with many great deals to be found. We recently bought milk for $1.88 a gallon and found many grocery items priced cheaper than groceries stores in the area. I also purchased ground beef there and was very satisfied with its freshness and quality.

I love the CVS Pharmacy at this location!!Chris and Colleen are the best pharmacist.So are all the techs that work in the pharmacy.

My cashier Mandie was very helpful friendly she smiled and said how may I help you when a problem arose with my transaction being a pricing error she promptly fixed it and welcome me back excellent customer service thank you Mandie

The convenience of shopping online and then having the purchases brought out to the car is wonderful. Its great for people who have difficulty interacting with others.

Not sure why this place has all these glowing reviews. Went to return an item here and I couldnt find the customer service desk. Asked a lady at the register Where can I return an item?and her snarky response was Guest services. We are all guest services. So I followed with So I can return my item at any register?. She came back with another snarky response but this time she enunciated her words and said them slowly What did I say?! We are all guest services. Read the sign! I couldnt believe I was being treated this way. Just a simple yes or no answer would have been suffice. I was pissed but just told her to calm down. I did get my item returned at another register but was furious with my encounter with that rude employee.

Love the variety and style. Some items cheaper and some are more expensive than competitors. Pleasant and very helpful staff, very impressive compared to Walmart.

Its a Target...its big...its got everything you would expect at a Target except enough parking. A little difficult at certain times but theres always a place somewhere. And it is convenient.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Stood at the electronics station for 15 minutes, pushed the help button, and no one came to help. MULTIPLE people passed me, and did not ask if I needed help once.

If I had the option to post a review with negative stars I would! The customer service is horrible! Cashiering is not rocket science, yet I still had to ask the guy to stop overloading the bags. Finally, I asked for some empty bags and bagged my items myself! The clerk was rude and disrespectful! I do not recommend Target shopping after a long day, about sends you over the edge!

I live nearby and visit this Target often. I like that they are expanding the grocery section. It has gotten to the point that if I stop by there on my way to Publix, I start buying a few of the things on my list and before I know it I have everything I need in my cart. No need to drive across the street!I see a lot of 5 star reviews and also one star or zero. I think the bots are posting half of them. I’ve seen the same recently with movie reviews. That’s why I only gave it 4stars.

Great customer service

It is a Target, not sure what to say. It has a Starbucks. The employees at this Tatget are usually very friendly and nice. It is kept clean and well stocked. It is not the biggest Target but it is convenient.

I love Target

Store always has a lot of empty shelves. They seem short staffed, and never have enough registers open. I usually try to go to Target south due to this, however, they have all the same items as most targets, just usually less staff and longer lines.

Remodeled store , great prices.

They lie with their signs. 25.00 off when you spend 100.00 on toys and games with coupon on app. I spent a lot of time shopping just so the coupon not to work. I told the CDC cashier to keep it. Ill go to Walmart

Love this target out of all others in surrounding areas, a little complicated to get in/out but they always have good stock of items and great sales they also have grocery area as well ,overall great customer service open later then most stores and clean and well lit.

Easy shopping with a fast checkout. Probably my favorite target in the area. Not over crowded.
