We rented 2 beach chairs and a cooler with wheels. Everything was delivered straight to our room and in excellent condition. ABC Rental made our vacation experience even better with their great service! They also picked up our rental items which made packing to go to the airport even easier. I'll definitely rent from them again.

ABC Rental was so easy to work with. I reserved everything online and when we arrived at our condo everything was waiting for us. All items were very clean. When we left we just had to leave items in same spot and they picked them back up. 100% will use them again and will recommend them to others.

We rented the wooden small crib, the beach toys and the own, not rent, small beach tent for the week from this company. They stayed in communication about the drop-off and pickup. The crib worked perfectly well for my 17 mo old granddaughter. Unfortunately, with the red tide my granddaughter didn’t get to play on the beach very much, but still enjoyed playing with her “bucks” in our condo. This is a great place to do business with. You can not go wrong in using them. By the way. The own, not rent beach umbrella is awesome. We weren’t going to worry about trying to get it home, but it’s a great little tent. And it made the trip back with no issues.

I rented a car set and a learning table for my grandson who was visiting. Ordering online was easy, equipment was in great condition, easy drop off and pick up arrangements. Prices are very reasonable. This worked out great! I will definitely use ABC again.

We had a family vacation at Siesta Key. ABC was great. They had the pack-n-play delivered to our rental condo before we arrived. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

Last week during a family trip to Siesta Key, I rented a few items from ABC Baby & Beach Rentals including the: Crib Deluxe (x2), High Chair (x2) and a Pack 'n Play. All of the items arrived on time, were placed in the respective bedrooms and kitchen and were in great shape. I received a delivery confirmation email with photos of each item prior to our arrival. ABC made it a breeze with their drop off and pickup services at our vacation rental. I did bring my own sheets for the cribs and Pack 'n Play but the sheets they provided would have been completely acceptable to use. Their pricing was reasonable and I highly recommend them for baby and beach rentals if you are staying in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island & Bradenton. I will be renting from them again during our next visit!

We have rented cribs, etc for many years from ABC. The cribs are high quality, always very clean and comfortable. This year we rented four cribs for our toddler and infant grandchildren. We later decided we needed high chairs for the 9 month old twins and they were delivered the next day after contacting them. It is so convenient to rent from this family owned business. Everything is there when we arrive and picked up after we leave. The owners are friendly and couldnt be more helpful. All equipment is tested to ensure in proper working order before delivery. If you need to add something to your order, it is best to call/email and have added to your order to keep order together. We will rent again and again. Highly recommend. Very customer oriented - emails confirm delivery and pickup. Thank you for great service.

Using ABC made our trip stress free! We didn’t submit our request until the night before our arrival. We immediately got confirmation that the equipment requested would be delivered the following day. Upon our arrival to AMI all items were waiting for us at our rental home. They sent multiple emails communicating with us and returning it was as easy as leaving it on the porch. Great asset to our vacation! Would recommend to anyone!

The transaction was flawless. I ordered online - got a confirmation email and the day before delivery I received an email letting me know the time frame my items would be delivered. We rented a pack and play, 3 inch mattress, extra sheet, car seat, and child size chair. Everything was in working order and very clean. Returning the items was just as easy. The day before pick up I received an email with timeframe and they were on time and very pleasant. ABC Baby Rental is our choice!

This is our second year renting form ABC and again, we were totally happy with the service and equipment. We actually rented two items from another company that was on our realtor's website. I needed a last minute full size crib for hotel vacation (I didn’t realize hotel would only supply mini one); I placed order online on a Saturday night when they were already closed, and I requested Sunday morning delivery. Been renting here for several years, majority of the time they are wonderful. There toys are well loved but my kids always seem to enjoy the Assortment and they will make corrections as needed! The quality of their baby stuff and cribs are outstanding

We have used this company a few years ago for our grandson when he came to visit and were very pleased with both the product and the service. We have just used their services once again this November. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and prompt with their replies. We rented a pack and play with an extra mattress, and a tub of toys for my 18-month-old. It was a very very good experience. Ordering was easy and straightforward online, when we got to our hotel it wasn’t inside the room but it was very nearby and easy to spot. Because we had a pack and play it’s not like it hard to set up. The toys could’ve been a little bit cleaner so I would recommend having some wipes on hand before you give any of the toys To your little one. But the bed was in really good shape. I would definitely use this company again.

ABC Baby & Beach Rentals made it very easy to rent a crib for my two year while we were on vacation in Anna Maria. It was in excellent condition and it was easy to set up and take down. They were understanding when there was confusion about self-pick up. I would definitely recommend renting from them and I will do so again in the future - much more convenient than having to travel with a pack n play!

This is our first time using ABC and it was great! The floater we rented had a hole in it and I called on Sunday to ask for a new one. I didn’t expect to hear anything until Monday but there was someone at our house with a new floater within an hour. Great customer service! We will be renting again next year.

It was so easy and convenient to use self service to rent a convertible car seat for my nephew and young family’s first visit. The cost for the week was half that charged by the car rental agencies. My only suggestion is that our return time was listed as 12am. To prevent ambiguity I suggest that 12 noon or 12 midnight be used in future. Again overall I was extremely pleased and would use service again!

This is the second time we rented from ABC for our granddaughters visit. The car seats both times were clean and in great condition. This time we also rented a box of toys for her to have for play and there was a good variety of things for her age that kept her interested. We have recommended ABC to friends and family (local and visitors) because of their great service and products. The convenience of being able to order online easily and have the items delivered and picked up is a huge plus to us because of our jobs and schedules.

We were late placing our order before our trip, and did it hours before they opened.They delivered all the products and placed them in the house that morning!They even went to the rental place to get the keys, come to the rental house put everything inside including the crib upstairs! We had an issue with delivery (not ABC’s fault) and they have a pickup site where you can pick up your own equipment at your convenience. I am appalled with the behavior of the delivery driver. To start, no phone call before arrival after I was told that a 1 hour advanced notice will be given. When the driver called me from the call box he did not understand the directions into the building that I was giving him. I was not dressed to come outside as I was not given a heads up. He called through the call box 3 times and after I asked several times to call me from his cell phone because the call box cuts our conversation off, he finally said I will leave the rollaway bed in the garage and you can come get it! What kind of customer service is that?!?!?!? After coming downstairs and greeting him (who I now found out is the owner) I said to him that you do not talk to customers like that. I asked why he did not call me from his cell phone and he said it is in the van. (which was 20 away from us). Pure laziness! While walking to the elevator I said sir, you need to be mindful of the way you talk to people, and he said I dont need customers like you! He then turned and walked off and loaded the bed back in the van and drove off. WOW!!!!

We Loved Renting From ABC Baby RentalTraveling with our toddler was something that we dreaded because we did not want to worry about trying to fit all of the baby equipment into our van, but knew that we could not travel without a place for the baby to sleep and toys for her to play with on the beach. We were so thankful that we found Lynn at ABC Baby Rental. She provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation without having to worry about packing everything into our van!ABC Baby Rental had a beach toy bundle for only $10 that our daughter used to create adorable sand castles at the beach. We also rented a large adult cabana, that had sun protection built in that allowed her and her brother to get out of the sun when they needed a nap or wanted to eat lunch. I loved the fact that we were able to rent the items for a solid week and that they arrived completely clean and in perfect condition. It was a great service that I am excited to say we plan to use again this year.

Would not recommend. Items were in poor condition and the final price had added in fees that were never discussed in the original price. Next time I will just buy the item from target or Walmart and donate it after. It would have actually been cheaper and a much better product.

This is the first time I have ever rented baby equiptment before. We rented a crib and an umbrella stroller. Service was excellent and easy as pie. I placed the order online. I don’t know if anybody knows about this company yet but I will do everything I can to spread the word. We travel to Sarasota multiple times per year but traveling has become different with the addition of our son. There are so many things we need to have available for him that we end up spending hundreds of extra dollars for extra checked bags and over weight bags. I simply went on line placed my order and left the vacation home address and the morning of our arrival it was there! Could not be easier! On departure day we set it in the entryway and they came to collect the equipment as well. This is certainly a game changer for anyone traveling with a small child or anyone who needs beach rentals or extra beds! Will be a repeat customer!

We will never ever rent from this company again!We had a prearranged pick up time set with the company, and they arrived early (our baby was still sleeping in the crib). They then refused to wait 5 minutes while we woke our son up and got the items ready, and then said they would be back in three days and would charge us for the extra time. Just completely refused to wait, and then blamed us for not being ready!The woman who called us was not apologetic, was one of the rudest people in a customer service related position I have ever spoken with, and it almost felt like she got pleasure out of the control she had over the situation. Obviously they have our visa number and can charge it at their leisure.We have used them for years and will never again use them!Lovely way to end a vacation.

Extremely uncooperative to work with. Reported to Better Business Bureau, as they lied about there cancelation policy, even though it was printed on their receipt. When called out for this, they changed story and still refused. A very shady operation.
