Horrible Customer service !I spent thousands of dollars on Doors and remodel material and in the end when I asked for warranty support I was ignored and basically told to go away. Honestly, I am amazed that businesses like this can continue in a small community ( where word of mouth is prevalent ) when they consistently treat customers with such disdain.Take your business somewhere else is my suggestion !!!

The best hardware suppliers in town. Its a family run business that operates smoothly to meet their clients needs. Theyll take a genuine interest in your projects and make sure you get what you need. Some of the friendliest people youll meet in the trades. They also have soft serve ice cream for free if youre into that sort of thing.

Ive got nothing but good things to say. The most charming, old skool, hardware store you can imagine. If you look long enough, youll find it - they have everything. And, be sure to bring bread crumbs, cause you may need a trail to find your way out on the first few visits. Off-street parking on the south side. Love 💚

Capital Hardware has an incredible staff that really saved me with a door lock issue. For the life of me I couldnt figure out how to fix a Schlage door handle. In the process I managed to break a part. I then went to Capital Hardware for advice on how to fix the lock. Paul went above and beyond to help adjust the settings on the lock. He even let me borrow a tool for 2 days to adjust a screw. Cannot recommend them enough for your hardware needs.

Weird mix of super expensive and affordable. I think its closed now though and will soon be another Santa Barbara destroying out of scale apartment building.
