Best hardware store in the state! Corey, Noah and Cristine have all assisted me on the last few visits. All were truly exceptional, so much that I even called Corey (manager) as I was departing the lot on one visit. I wanted to express my personal gratitude for being my “one-stop” fix-it center, my home improvement center, and my school of everything home/outdoor related (I learn something NEW everytime I visit!). Phenomenal staff, passionate and dedicated. Corey is always highly visible and was out front directing the line last week and also cleaning carts. You know you have the right person at the helm when no one works harder, and no task is beneath them. He leads by pure example and it shows. Thanks for always extending solutions and options. You are all priceless, and when I need anything which you may carry - you’re not simply my first choice, you’re my favorite and ONLY choice. You haven’t let me down yet! Keep up the fierce work ethic and superior customer service. See you all soon.

Aces hardware people are extremely helpful..You could pretty much get anything you need from their hardware store just by asking. Nice well stocked hardware store. 👍😊

Always a bit too crowded, narrow aisles, everything just feels tight and awkward. They do carry a lot of helpful things but I avoid it because of the crowds. The paint guys (Ive talked to 3 of them) are always pretty friendly and helpful but just not enough to make me want to wait in line to get in, fight my way through tight crowded aisles, wait in line to check out, wait in my truck for the path to be clear, just always leave feeling annoyed.

Has everything from tools to flowers. The only downside is that it’s not as big as other hardware stores.

I like this hardware store in Santa Barbara. They are well stocked and have a good sized parking lot. It was busier than expected, but only waited in line less than 5 minutes before entering the store. Found my item and had assistance from the sales person at checkout and they even placed the article in my car for me. Will definitely return in the future.

The store is nice, but they did a terrible job being clear about their hours. Google states their holiday hours would be normal, but when we got there on New Year’s Day, they had a large sign up which stated “Holiday Hours: 9am - 3pm”. We ran some errands and came back. However, when we got there at 9:15 am, they were STILL closed. There were a lot of other people waiting by that point. I called the store and got a voicemail message that they were closed. Extremely frustrating when you have a home emergency and time is a factor.

Disturbing how this business does not follow CDC guidelines. Perhaps the owner is anti-vaccine. The staff refused to look at my vaccination card, and forced me put on a mask. I think for bigger purchases the drive out to Home Depot in Goleta is worth it, where they respect vaccinated customers.

Plan on coming here during non-peak shopping hours. They are enforcing a customer limit for covid restrictions. If you get stuck in the line out front dont worry. It moves pretty fast.

Great hardware store and customer service. My only criticism at this time is their bike rack. This model of racks are outdated and unpractical. Get a better one please.

I purchased a shower head for $32. It has several settings and a long hose and a massage setting. I had neck surgery and needed something for gentle setting too. I love it. I also purchased a 2020 Axxess book. It expires in December but Ive already saved $80. There are many buy one get one free deals at restaraunts.

I’ve been in this store twice alone and the same man in the lumber department has made condescending comments both times. I am a woman going in the store alone and he asked if a tool I was getting would be used for “grating cheese” and he commented I wasn’t thinking when I asked about a specific kind of paint roller. So if you’re a woman don’t bother asking any questions if you want to leave in in high spirits.

Good as usual! Home Depot should send those useless kids they hire to learn how to treat clients instead of hiding in the aisles to use their cellphones!

Weird layout for a hardware store, but i found what I was looking for

Elderly worker barked at me IN THE PAINT AISLE! asking him where a product was as he ignored me while I stood by him for 45 seconds in hopes of him acknowledging me.
