I love this place! Its so nice and clean, theres a few different lounges to hang out in while waiting for service or a quick break while riding. I try to bring someone new with me every time. So worth it, everyone is so nice. PERFECT stop for water when riding in the area!

Well , it’s been a month and I absolutely love my 2021 Challenger! I also loved my experience going to Sky Powersports in Sanford. Austin and the rest of the staff was great during the sales process. They were there to answer all my questions and they gave me space so I could sell myself on the idea of buying my first ever brand new motorcycle. (My other bike is an 83 V-65 Magna that I’ve owned since 89)I have been back several times since to see the guys in the parts Dept. to purchase some extras to make my Chally, me. Since I am a preferred customer, when I get something, I know I got it at a great price. Probably better that off the interweb.

Staff is amazing. They had to order my Indian because it wasn’t in stock. Instead of having to wait two weeks, Patrick made a special trip to pick up my bike from another store once it came in a week after. I highly recommend

I bought a used 2018 Indian Scout Bobber from personal owner. Have loved it, but last two months have had some issues with the voltage regulator, batteries, and starter. Sad to say, I felt pulled around a bit from another dealer whom I never felt cared much. Polaris Corporate has been helpful through it all and suggested going to another dealer - this one. From the first call to getting my bike back with a new starter (no charge), this dealer is a 5-star, A-class place that knows customer care. Worth the extra drive.

Beautiful new location. Great staff...Its been 4 months since i got my new bike. Indian sends out a welcome package for new bikes. Turns out my New bike was already registered to someone else. I still dont know if I got a used bike or a new one. I have been told Rocky would call 3 times. I was told by Nate it is all taken care of in fact we are going to send you something nice for your trouble. None of this has happened. You have other choices of dealerships in the area. I take back my five stars.

Edwin is one of the best customer service people I’ve met. Has been upfront about all work and concerts he may have on my bike as well as works hard to get bike done on time. Excellent guy.

Poor customer service..I took 05 Harley for a 50 point inspection,cause i just purchased it and wanted to make sure it was safe to ride..I dropped it off on 10/18 And got a reply back the next day..I was told that it sounds like a lower rod knock and forks pitting..I asked how much would it be to fix the rod knock and was told you would be better buying a new bike..I said Ill think about it and came back on 10/19 after class and said I will see you on Monday..I changed my mine and said I will take it home instead of getting a new bike..They took my payment and I said did youll have it on a charger cause it might be dead,i was told if it is we will get service to give you a jump..No one came out to do that at all,i asked the female service agent any luck she replied i will see,never did had to ask someone else who serving a Polaris..They did help but it was so dead it wouldnt help i thanked him,and had to jump my bike with my car as they just looked on..So if you plan on bringing your bike here for service and then say Ill trade it in and change your mind dont expect them to lift two fingers to help you out if you have a issue..
