First of all I want to say that we had a very positive experience when we purchased the mattress. Mary knows a lot about the mattresses and helped us make a decision. That being said our experience after the purchase of the our mattress has been awful. When we purchased the mattress we were told delivery date would be around November 16 but could take up to eight weeks. I called on November 16 and was told there’s still no word on when the mattress will be delivered because it is on back order. Now it is December 1, eight weeks since purchase and no word on the mattress. I can’t get a hold of mattress one because when I call nobody answers. I called a different mattress store in Sanford and asked about the same mattress and how long delivery would take and was told three days. I was shocked and immediately cancelled my order (through my credit card company because again I cannot get a hold of mattress one) and ordered the mattress from a different company. Very disappointed about the quality of customer service. Also, after waiting 8 weeks and originally giving Mary a good review... I would like my two free pillows as promised during purchase.

I had a very good experience with Mary at the Rinehart location. She was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help with my mattress selection due to my back pain and problems. Promised delivery of June 15, after waiting all day called at 4 pm to inquire about my delivery, was told it was on back order, you would think that would warrant a call to the customer since they may be expecting a delivery, nope. Once I asked when are they expecting to deliver, was told they would have to inquire and will call me back same day or tomorrow. Guess what, no call either day. I call back 2 days later and get the same answer, I do not know and if you want your money back you will have to dispute with your credit card company, since their customer support office is not open..... what the hell kind of business operates like this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or expect the same BS. So the rating went from a 5 star to a 1 star just like that if anyone really cares.

I was on my way to Walmart and saw this store on the way there. I went in and the gentleman named Kevon Greene helped us get a mattress that was the right firmness and also for a extremely good deal. I recommend to ask for Kevon because you will get the best customer service and he has left an impact that we will never forget. Thanks so much!

Mattress shopping made easy! We had no idea what kind of mattress we needed and fortunate for us, we came to the right place. ***BUYERS BEWARE!!!*** This place is horrible. We purchased a bed and we were assured it was in stock and would be delivered two days later. We waited all day for it to be delivered and called multiple times to ask where it is and their response was it is on the truck, we checked with the driver. It never arrived. Then we were informed it actually wasnt on the truck and will be delivered a week later. When I demanded a refund on the delivery charge they hummed and hawed giving the classic salesmen line of well I have to check with my district manager because I wasnt approved to give this sale in the first place. We were warned about this exact same situation at other mattress stores about Mattress One. All of them, actually. Shame on us for not listening. Do not buy from here. They will lie to you and not do anything to help you after they try to take your money. This bed will be refunded. What a disgraceful business. I say it again, buyer beware!!!

This place is horrible. We purchased a bed and we were assured it was in stock and would be delivered two days later. If I didnt call we would still be waiting.A week later the lousy bedframe they supplied was defective. One wheel just bent under. Called store and manager said we had to do a claim online. comes back and says frame isnt under warranty. was very nasty and just giving us the run around. I called another store and manager said the frame should be replaced and no need for any claim to be made.We will never do business with this place again. I spent over $1000.00and deserve better service and honesty than I was given. Shame on you Mattress One for such incompetent people.
