I got great help with buying a queen metal box spring foundation for a queen size bed (09/17/2021) but when I went to pick (09/20/2021) I had absolutely no help offered to move it to my truck, granted it was light (I did carry it all awkward by myself to the truck) but I had to ask the sales person to at least hold the door for me… as they just started at me carrying a queen size box spring by myself. Terrible customer experience….

I came into the store with my 3 small children toGet their new beds. The employees were friendly but very fast of what they did they helped us find the mattresses that we needed for the children processed and out as a store within 10 minutes that was the fastest service I have ever got at a store and am definitely great full not to have to stay too long with the kids being with me.

What an awful experience I have had. They use predatory leasing . Without a clear understanding of the terms. They never showed me the lease agreement and never went over the payments. I really did not realize that they had used a leasing company until I went in to cancel the order and was told that they could not cancel the order. I did cancel the lease I would never have used a leasing company. They are predatory!

I went to the mattress firm on Skibo yesterday, what a waste of time. The manager and the worker didnt know nothing between them. I left and went to Sanford (30 mile drive for me) where i was greeted by Holly. Omg what a blessing. She was well informed asked the right questions and got my wife and I taken care of. We went to Sanford location and had wonderful customer service from Gabriel & Holly. They were very helpful and had happy, positive attitudes.We ordered the mattress we wanted and adjustable base with no hassle. I give them 5 stars!!!However I went to the Asheboro location without my husband on 11/4/20 because it was closer. The man working was very sexist and refused to sell me the mattress I wanted, I told him multiple times that’s what I wanted and was ready to purchase but he kept trying to sell me the tempur-pedic I had looked at. I just liked the lower priced bed better honestly. He said he would not sell me anything but the tempur-pedic.He also said to give him my husbands phone number so he could talk to him. He told me to tell my husband the bed was a different price and just buy it.He told me the price of the pillow I was interested in was $200, I found out that it was $129 regular price, not discounted!He also told me that the adjustable base that came with the tempur-pedic only held 240lbs so that I definitely couldn’t get the cheaper base and a different mattress. I found out that was a LIE!He made me so uncomfortable that I left and took my husband with me to a different location an hour away where we made our purchase!Thank you Sanford location.

Stopped in the Sanford location in January as visiting friend was looking to purchase a mattress soon and wanted to test out some different style mattresses. I had noticed mine was aging and giving me pain so I tried a few as well. I had planned on purchasing in May and thought researching now would not hurt. Selma the Mgr was very patient and explained all the features of each one we tried. She tried multiple times to get me to try the Tempurpedic, and I didnt like how it felt like it swallowed me in :) and felt that a Stearns & Foster was the best feeling one. Went to other mattress stores, and didnt get the same treatment and one, R2G, even gave us false information on warranty if you purchase a different adjustable base to save money (Voids warranty), Selma was up front about it all. But while at R2G, I did try the hybrid Tempurpedic and liked it, so was online researching and Tempurpedics typically do not have sales, but instead offer promotions... and the online chat help was offering a great deal, better than the store, but then got disconnected, so figured, I would go to the store and see if Selma would match the same offer, which she did. She did have me try the medium regular vs the hybrid to make sure I was good w/Hybrid, and I felt I got the best of both worlds. I have friends who swear by this brand, and figured it could not hurt. Delivery was quick and the 2 men who delivered were friendly and quick, and showed me the controls, etc. I would recommend this Sanford, NC location to those who want to purchase a mattress, as great service. Im only giving 4 star vs 5 because in the match of the pricing, the pillows I liked better were higher priced, which came in a bundle, and she said she would give me the extra $100 off the bundle set, but looking online the bundle set is $20 less than what she charged me. so technically didnt offer me the $100 savings but rather charged $20 higher.... but I should have done the research on that so a little on me... but Selma is a great sales person.

Make sure you check that they gave youthe right mattress. I got a firm when I was supposed to get a medium.

I purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest Queen Winward Luxury and Mattress Firm 900 Adjustable base on February 11, 2019. The base has all the bells and whistles and the mattress is super comfortable. Do Business at Your Own Risk! I bought mattress and adjustable base on January 23, 2019. Love mattress and Selma and Carol Ann were great but.... accidentally charged my account TWICE for the same purchase. The folks at the headquarters in Texas acted like I did something wrong and were extremely rude and unhelpful. I see now WHY they are in BANKRUPTCY - Their customer service is horrible. Still havent gotten my money back and have notified BBB, ABC News Troubleshooter AND law enforcement in Texas! Was prepared to replace another mattress and buy my 100 y.o. father an adjustable base after he like mine so much. NO WAY WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING EVER FROM MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN! Too bad, really great products but lousy customer service from Corporate!
