The employees are very rude they say they cant load gift cards without the manager like wth so I just left the drink and the card on the counter and just walked out and went to BJs they lost some business and BJs had the card and was able to sell me it with no manager 7 eleven is a bad place if you looking for a gift card

Good place for quick visits. Theres bathrooms, gas, lots of meals options. The coffee is fresh and the service pretty good as well.Went here to get some stuff.Also theres an Amazon locker and the I4 ramp is nearby which is in my opinion a great location to reload energy for vehicles and people. Will recommend it.

These people are the rudest no respect and the morning Manager older lady does not know what customer service is! Anyone of position of power should know how to talk to customer’s especially if they have spent money in the establishment I will never again spend money nor go into that store again I’ll get way better customer service from WAWA and better prices from people that actually like there job!

I only go by when Anita is not working. She is the reason why that store is going downhill now. Loud talking and cursing with the employees, being disrespectful to customers. Its not a good look for business. The audacity to wear a management tag

My brother and I come here almost every morning, always greeted when we walk in and helped right away. Very clean and well stocked. Everyone that works here is super friendly.

Very dangerous location. Dont expect help from the employees.I walked up to cash register to pay and a rather large intimidating man who had just been talking to the employee at the register stood over me looking over my shoulder asking for money to buy tylenol so he could stop sweating and coughing and could sleep. I asked him to move away from me. He moved a few steps away and proceeded to aggressively ask me again. I asked the employee to call the police but he just stood there and did nothing. Then proceeded the man threatened me as I tried to leave the store. The employee did nothing. Long story short I was lucky. I did call the police.I had been there on previous occasions and there was people in parking lot asking for money, etc.This was my last time there. I suggest you do the same unless you like trouble.

Anita was very rude and loud . Instead of helping the crew and the Trainee all she did was say that some customers are impatient (me) when I was just trying to add to my order ,She kept on talking loudly about me to her staff and I’m not one to stay shut especially when being attacked for a misunderstandingI canceled my order and was walking away as she kept running her gums asking what my problem was.It was clearly herVery professional Anita very professional

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, I was in complete shock when I went into this store and witnessed the manager and another employee arguing with a customer. I literally watched them belittle the poor women because she went in and spent a large amount on lottery tickets. The male employee stopped in the middle of her tickets and switched with the other employee, I’m assuming because there was too many..the two of them were just completely out of line, they even went as far as using profanity towards her. I felt so bad seeing her having to defend herself in a public place. That was very unacceptable, And heartbreaking to watch.

First the lady charged me for 4 drinks for 1:49 I had only got 2 gulps and 1 22oz. I asked about the 7 eleven loyalty cards to get my points (Didnt have any) then as im leaving it states 79 cents for the gulp drinks. Wow just wow. Never again.....

Went into store just 10 minutes ago. 1 they had no ice or fountain beverages. With no sign indicating why or that they are remodeling. So frustrated i went to counter to purchase another item and the 2 girls working would much rather stand behind the roller cooker and talk. I asked 3 times if anyone was working or going to help me? Finally i just walked out the store all together. Definatly never returning to this establishment located at 4900 state road 46

My kids and I only come here Tawana is always welcoming and is so personable my kids love coming in to pick their snacks and she always asks them how their day was.Thank you for being so great Tawana!!!!

I just had an experience with a cashier named Samantha. I am disgusted at her lack of human decency. She saw me wait in a long line with a not so cooperative 2 yr old. I went into the store to buy gas as well as other items, as to the reason I went in to pay for gas and not at the pump. The pumps have timers so if you dont do it in time they have to reset it. I know this but chose to put my daughter in the carseat instead of starting my gas well I timed out and ran in to ask for her to reset it. She tells me she needs the card to reset it. I run to my car amd by this time a lady at the gas pump next to me has seen what was going on and even offers to pay or go in for me so I wouldnt have to get my daughter out I said no but thank you. I went in and said I have the card to Samantha and asked her if I needed to get in the back of the already super long line again. She said I dont know its up to them - meaning the people in line. I asked the man next in line if i could go since my gas was already paid for and I had to get my daughter out now twice. Samantha then informed me I had to repay for my gas and my $30 I paid already will refund in 3-5 days. So I said wow really? You couldnt have told me that knowing I had to bring my daighter in twice and that I couldve paid for my gas TWICE at the pump?! She was so rude and I honestly was blown away by her lack of human decency! There were more customers offering to help me than the staff at this store. Thank God I use the 711 by Orange ave. David and his staff are great so if you have the option to go to that one instead I highly suggest it.

I dont win with 711 i bought a chicken sandwish first one was burn so she gors head and put it to heat up a new one a happen to be cold in the inside ice cold she was very nise but try to heat up with all the condiments on it the she try to give me my money back i say no walk away 711 loosing a costumer

7-11 stores in general need a refresh in general. With stores like Wawa opening up a few blocks away its due time. The staff has always been friendly just this location is a bit run down.
