Every time I call for my meds I have the pharmacy staff give me a hard time about either having to call dr office for prior authorization or it is 1 day early for my pain Med or my Botox takes a week for them to order it, no matter what it is there is guaranteed to be a problem every time I call. Such a hassle and not needed extra stress. I’ve gotta change pharmacies.

I was caring for someone sick in my household and ordered several items (10 altogether) online for curbside pickup. Everything was listed as “in stock” when the order was placed. 10 minutes after placing the order, I received a notification stating my entire order had been cancelled. I called the store to find out what happened, and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Called back and asked for the Manager and was hung up on. I then contact Walgreens main customer service line to make a complaint and was told someone from the store would reach out within 2 business days. Well, it’s going on two weeks now and I have not heard from anyone. Taking my business to another drugstore.

My local Walgreens doesnt have many problems, the only one I seem to occur is a longer wait time at the pharmacy but thats expected. Staff is always friendly and courteous

Went in for a Covid vaccine, what they don’t tell you is with an appointment expect to be there for over an hour. I don’t want the vaccine anyway, so it was simple for me to leave and not get it. I don’t have that kind of time for something that isn’t approved by the FDA.

Came here twice for the covid shot. Short staff on the store side and over staff on the pharmacy side and still, long wait and no help. Pharmacy people’s attitude is like don’t bother, “it’s just a job to me”The Indian lady supervisor gave me shot without changing her gloveDon’t bother with this one, people!!

You should train employees before they serve the public. I had surgery yesterday. Today went to this Walgreens and the young woman attempting to help was struggling with lack of knowledge of a complicated system to navigate. After waiting 30 minutes standing theres with no success I had to leave before I fainted. Very bad service. I don’t blame the young woman, she was kind and doing her best. I blame the managers and the greedy CEO for lack of training and lack of customer service. Not going there never again.

A few pharmacy staff have no respect, courtesy, empathy or consideration for the customers.Rude in person and over the phone. Two female employees there need either to be replaced or attend a seminar on Human Relations.Spoke to the Manager and hope she makes the changes necessary as this kind of behavior, reflects on her abilities as a manager.

2 days with no meds!! Switching first time using Walgreens and my last time!! So disappointed!

Came to get TDap vaccine, waited for 40 minutes so they can tell me their link is down and they cannot verify my insurance coverage. No apologies, nothing, overall felt like pharmacy staff had no clue what they have been doing. Went to Publix wellness center and got done in total 10 minutes with friendly professional staff. Horrible Walgreens.

Customer service is really bad from pharmacist to tech. They wouldn’t even give you a courtesy call if prior authorization is needed. Moving to a different Walgreens. Hope to get a better service. I wouldn’t even give them one star if that’s an option.

Been going to this Walgreens for 6yrs now and I wont change it. I have tried other pharmacies because I moved far from this one, and I end up coming back. I rather drive 15+ miles. There services is just wonderful.

I went to ask if they had free antibiotics, and BOTH people behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid. The guy said, This aint Publix. There was no customer service, people skills or friendliness. I felt intimidated. This was my first time visiting a Walgreens pharmacy, and definitely MY LAST.

Dont fill your medication here they are rude.. I have bronchitis an asthma my doctor call in the prescription they said they never got it finally my doctor called them again with me on the phone were I could here them after she hung up with my doctor she informed me that it would take 2 hours to get me an asthma pump..

A woman in Pharmacy is extremely rude and hung the phone up on me while I was having an allergic reaction trying to get help!!!

Absolute garbage pharmacy service. I put in an online pharmacy order, got the confirmation email and then was told I had to wait another day. Ok thats fine. Arrived to pick up the prescription the next day..and was told it was not ready and to wait 30 min. Waited 30 min in the parking lot and then was told they didnt have enough product to fill the prescription. Unbelievably unprofessional and zero customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.
