This store has been randomly closing without notice during the night. No sign on door workers inside. After knocking on door the guy inside stated store closes 11:45pm to 3:00 am every night. REALLY? If not 24hrs change the website and post store hours so customers know. Poor business practice.Thank you

Sweet staff although I was shorted $4 on my change and instead of double checking, they made me believe it was correct until I got in the car and did the math myself. Called and spoke to the lady and she apologized but y’all, be careful when giving back change and pay attention!!! I ended up paying $9.55 for two energy drinks that were on sale and I was told at the cash register “that’ll be $5.55” so I gave her $20.60 and only got back $11.05. This is technically stealing and instead of offering to give it back to me if I came back, she didn’t have much of a response at all. Won’t be coming back simply for that matter. $4 may not be a loss to most but to a single mom of two kids with Christmas right around the corner during a pandemic, I need every penny I can get and this just isn’t right. Didn’t catch her name, wish I did.Racetrac- Make sure your employees aren’t stealing from your guests please. This would be a automatic final or termination for cash handling where I manage a restaurant. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and isn’t a reoccurring thing like in a lot of places. Pay attention when getting change back at this store. It’s happened to me twice. First time I caught in store and had the manager count the drawer and sure enough, they were over exactly what I was shorted.

Very clean inside and staff was friendly even on a super busy day.

When traveling you would like to find a clean rest rooms. Not here out of TP in mens room and ladys room toilets were filthy

Excellent stop with an RV. Easy in and out. Recommend coming in at the state road 46 and exiting the too. The other exit is a one way which doesnt work if you need to get back on 46.This Racetrack is so clean and fully stocked. I was very surprised. Bathroom are nice. Alexis was a very polite cashier.

On Saturday November 22 late night we have a bad situation with our car and our boat we have no one to assist us and the manager on the shift At 2:00 in the morning Assist us. We need to stay all night until the morning to get help To find and auto part and fix the situation. The next manager in the morning also was a very nice and kind person who also help us I do not know their names but I want to share my experience with them and also with the employees was in those 2 Shifts. I like stopping here when Im either pickin up or droppin off riders. Its clean people are friendly foods fairly fresh and very reasonable priced. Plus I like to see what new breakfast food items they have.I lucked out 2day... They a new breakfast sandwich Texas Toast Sausage Melt only$ 2.69. I got one bcuz it has a REAL EGG not those imitation rubber eggs poured from a container.Plus brew ur own cup of coffee... Now thats FRESH!!!! A must stop in

Frustrated. I come here for breakfast at 930am and the have pizza and cheese burgers?? Why cant they make breakfast for breakfast and lunch at lunch?? Finding a new spot.

I went into the store to get a drink (so they got my money) & was waiting for friends to meet me, sitting in my car, legally parked ( & not in one of the up front close spaces ), not listening to loud music (or any music), not disturbing other customers in any way when to my surprise I discovered the manager had called the police. I do not drive a beat up car, my appearance is neat & clean. Nothing about me suggests that I would be an unsavory character & I conduct myself in a civil manner. There was absolutely no cause for this. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT return to that specific RACETRAK & will most likely not go to any of their other stores either unless Im desperate for a thimble of gas. BTW this is a new area for me & I chose what I thought was a safe location to wait for friends that were helping me relocate.

Great location, easy in and out. Very clean inside. Appears to be a new building. Staff is quick on the draw to keep customers moving. Lots of munchies to choose from for those quick bites if need be. Bathrooms clean as well.

I gave this place a 1 star because thats the lowest I can put Id put no stars because the store manager at this store is extremely rude! Please allow me to explain... My husband daughter and I went into this store today while waiting for my husbands boss to show up as he does every morning for work at this store ...we went inside bought a pack of cigarettes and walked outside the front door and smoked a cigarette while waiting for his boss to get there we probably in total was at the store 15 min maybe 20 and my husbands boss got there pulled into a gas pump to fill his truck with gas and a lady comes walking out saying you cant panhandle out here! My husband and I looked at each other then looked at her in disbelief at what she had just said she said it again you cant panhandle and no loitering and threatened to call the cops on us we both told her were not homeless were not panhandling and this is my husbands boss who just handed my husband his paycheck this morning! Not only did she humiliate us she did I Infront of my husbands boss!!! I called the customer service number and hope they retrain this store manager to value customers not harass them! Lousy gas station, old, very slow and in most cases defective pumps (as of writing, 1 in 3 pumps are out of service). Will not bother coming here again!
