BUYER BEWARE! We bought our phones 1-10-2021 and had a good experience. Love our Iphones. However. we experienced nearly insurmountable problems. They changed our plan after we purchased and rather than inform us, they simply cutoff our prepaid service and then refused to talk to me because I was not primary, I ran my battery down for hours calling the local store and the corporate only to hear I was invalid. Neither pen we had worked so I was forced to go into the store where the same thing happened again. The woman who was kind when we purchased erected barrier after barrier and refused to help. Only the manager helped while she called the police and told me repeatedly youre done and get out. So, make sure you find out who was designated as primary and if they do you the same, avoid all staff especially the woman (she will do all she can to get an arrest rather than help). Ask for the manager, he will try to help. All the rest want to dismiss you. This all happened 2-10-21. The 1 star is for the phones and the manager. When I said I will never forget you she screamed Threat! Threat! He threatened me! but none of the 3 Police moved. Customer service? BUYER BEWARE!

I love US Cellular, anything you need help with they take their time to explain everything to you. They are patient with you, I dont think Im going to another phone company no time soon. I will recommend US Cellular to anybody, keep up the good work.

The sales associate kristi had great customer service and so did the people from customer service over the phone. One star for lack of knowledge of phones and services. Was told twice that there wouldn’t be a charge to exchange a phone the day after we purchased, and of course as we were returning the device we were told the opposite. Thanks to Kristi’s great customer service we didn’t have to pay the “restocking fee”. Tried to upgrade my phones insurance and was told I couldn’t. Called the customer service number and was told I could be had to at the store. Now I have to drive 45 minutes back for something they could have already done when I was there earlier. Also ordered a phone and wanted it canceled they told me I’d have to come back to the store to return it? The phone is being shipped to their store I shouldn’t have to come in to cancel an order. The customer service rep over the phone said all they have to do is do a non- activation return. The sales associates need more training. I’ll be calling customer service over the phone from now on when I’m in store to get the right answers.

Called ahead to explain what I needed and to make sure was in stock along with price and advised changes to make on plan. Brandon said ok sounds good. I told him I would be there 530. He was rude. Didnt remember me. Answered personal calls and texts. Made statement that the intercom music was trash so he sat up his music to play instead all while could have helped me. He finally looks at act tells me there is a hold on it from changes waiting to process from March and nothing he can do with it. Would be 24 hours before I could get a phone for my child. I told him that didnt work for me if he had checked when I called he would have known then and not wasted an hour and half. Called customer service. Lisa, Mike, and Jeff was wonderful we have a temp phone until I go to a different store to upgrade phones. I have used this store for more than 5 years and have had nothing but praise for them until now. I won t be back there. It was ridiculous and uncalled for.

Us cellular is the worst they switch your plan on you without even telling you. They tell you it’s was a promotion they was running at the time. Horrible service I was I. Asheville right next to there corporate building and had no service’s. I would recommend straight talk before us cellular...

I came in to get a new tablet and left with a new Samsung 10+ also!! Allen was my associate and he was the most helpful person I have ever met in customer service! He explained all the details of my phone and set it up for me. I even bought a pair of Beats and he set those up too! I have been a customer since 1996 and I will continue to be one!! They take the time to find out exactly what fits ur needs then make that happen!! Highly recommend!!!

Too bad I cant give them negative stars!!! Im in Raleigh and Only store that will help with manufacturers warranty over 45 minutes away??? WTH???? WISH ID KNOWN THAT A YEAR AGO!!! Phone less than yr old. Called customer service and they directed to store in Sanford NC. Supervisor assured me he put enough notes in system there wouldnt be any problem next day when store opened. Here at store now and NOTHING is as promised. Headaches since first went with US cellular! Store employee an ass and said supervisors say whatever they have to to get you off the phone. He was a real JERK. AVOID U S CELLULAR AND THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Id rather not have a cell then deal with a business and employees with no integrity and couldnt care less about customers!!!! They suck!!! U S Cellular is a joke!

Been with U.S. Cellular for years. The service has been wonderful thats why I keep coming back . They get you what you want and need . Thanks to Brandon for all his help with my new LG. Hes your man in Sanford NC.

Stay away!!!If I could give them 0 stars I would.They lie to you all the time just to keep you,The service really sucks, plans are expensive and that guy Bryan lied to me in so many ways.Please do your self a favor and dont go with them or you will regret it.
