Definitely above and beyond customer service!!! I was looking for the Stylo 6 (which just came out) and low in stock. I called last week and they called around to other stores and got one in the same day.Tamara saved it for me at the end of the day to pick it up. I was so excited and happy!!! Thats what I call customer service. I will be going to this store from now on!!! Thank you Tamara :)

They dont do repairs here but the young man pointed me in the right direction and gave me a number I should call. Pleased with my experience

The rep I spoke with did not seem knowledgeable about the products. She was guessed at solutions for an issue I had. I wont be going back to that store.

I just called the Sanford florida store and the employee who answered the phone call told me I was not being truthful that my phone was not working right.

Customer service at this store is awful. People dont want to be talked down to. Also not sure why none of the people working were wearing masks.

Customer service is terrible at this location. no one really ever knows what they are doing every time we visit. Today I went and there was an associate outside smoking she asks the reason for my visit, I explain and she beings to look at the phone still outside while smoking in my face, disgusting! If there wasnt anyone available inside I would of waited till she was done smoking no need for her to make me breath that disgusting air.

I needed to replace my existing 5 year old sim. I could not buy a Cricket sim card from this cricket store as they do not sell sim card unless you pay them activation money. Bought it from target for $ 10.

Always come here once a year to upgrade my phone. They always do a great job.

I called and Asked if they had the phone I needed for 3 ports an They didnt even know the name of the phone correctly and their activation isnt the same as other normal stores. You will be paying more than you have too and just with a phone call I can tell they dont really know what they are doing. Lol

Great price of cell phone and signal...

They advertise being open til 8 PM, went there for a new phone at 7:50 on 5/8/19. Door was locked, was very rudely yelled at from inside, were closed Other customers turned away also.
