I was not satisfied with my service and I came in to get my lg stylo 5 changing port fix in April 2020. I thought he fix my port but he fix my screen instead and its was not broken bc I had a screen protector on it. He gave me invoice for port and I Have that. I ask him to look at his carmea, when I came in and I Said my phone stop charging. I did a charge back for something I didnt ask to be fix and then he threatened to take me to court 😤 😒 but I definitely want be doing business with him again. He barely answer the phone and shop barely open. I refuse to send my friends to him for repairs. Please take your business elsewhere, this place is not it.

Dropped my s20+ to where it shattered on the sides and the inking got into the phone. Had to wait a couple days for the screen to come in which was typical seeing as that its a new phone. But he had it fixed on the day he said he would and for now, the phone is working completely fine. No problems with the screen. Communication outside though is lacking. Will update if I run into any problems.

It has been a terrible experience with this cellphone repair shop. Beware to anyone looking to come here. They claim that they are giving you the best cellphone provider and recommend to you to use cellphone carriers that nobody has ever had any knowledge. Not only are they slow, but they claim they can flash your phone, they keep for a week, and say they can do it. Then they try to force you into selling it to them. This makes me sick. It does not appear that they have clear knowledge of what they are doing or if they really have a license to be authorized to do cellphone repair. Any establishment should have their license posted on their wall. I should had not even proved them the one star rating. May God Bless these individuals as they are simply stealing your money. This is not a hate rating, rather is a recommendation for everybody who does not want to be cheated.

The man very nice. However, my experience was long and troubling with the store. I handed my Samsung Note 8 to him, told him that I needed a new screen. He told me he would order it and, because of the holiday (Thanksgiving) it wouldnt be in until the following week. Two weeks later, I called him, and he told me it was there. (I wish he had called me, but not a big deal.) We came in, and he told me that screen was wrong, that I had a Samsung Note (which he would have seen when he looked at my phone, and I told him). He ordered a regular Samsung 8 screen. He told me that he wouldnt charge me for the wrong screen, and he was ordering the other==would be a few days. Each time I called, his mailbox was full.Each time I stopped by (in total 4 times) he was closed, even though it was within the listed times. December 28 (over a month from the start of this) he got the screen in, called me, and as promised put it on within a little over an hour. I was just thrilled that it was done.Fast forward to exactly one month later (Jan. 28) and the screen is defective. It has a serious burn in issue. I did my research, used an app. to fix it, and the folks on three different sites said I would need a new screen. This time, I have called several times (vm full), stopped over twice, no one there. There is a sign on the window as of today sayingCasa Venta. I am out over $250.00, cant find the guy, and am going to dispute the charges on my credit card. Ill buy a new phone from a reputable dealer. Very Sad--I liked him a bunch.

Wife dropped her iPhone 5S and it destroyed the screen. The customer service was great, they told me it would take a few days to order the parts and it works like new. Impressed as the price was below $100.

The reason Im giving this place a 1 is because 0 is not an option. I took my phone there to have the charging port replaced...was told there was a chance the screen could be damaged in the process....which of course it was....put a new screen in at my expense...in less than 24 hours I was back because the screen had cracked....not covered under warranty...walked out with a non working phone after paying $200.00....took it to another shop...referred to the screen as counterfeit.....cost a other $250 to put another screen in....has worked fine since....Do yourself a favor. Take your phone to someone who knows what they are doing!
