My recent visit here resulted in a very long and frustrating afternoon culminating in one of the worst days I have had in a while. I asked for a phone that qualifies for a add a line deal for existing customers and mentioned the other store told me it would be $10. I also asked to add a line to my family plan. She got the phone, activated it and everything and then told me the total which was $55 dollars too much. When I mentioned the price I was supposed to get and the line that I wanted she denied either of those things were possible. Not only did she deny the add a line price, she also denied that there is such a thing as adding a line to a family plan and activated a stand alone line. I corrected the problem at another store but not until after having to drive to two different locations, one in Orlando. They made me return the phone and then drive to Orlando to buy another one.Update: Your response is totally out of touch with my review. I was eligible and I did receive what I was after, but not before spending the afternoon dealing with your inept employees. You could make it up to me by offering a discount on my next phone or something. My current main line phone is broken, just saying. But otherwise I will be going through boostmobile.com only.

Be prepared to wait for more than 1hr. The local agents dont have enough rights to execute all parts of the process so they end up calling the customer service call center. Had 1 other customer waiting and another one asking for full refund of their phone+plan they had recently bought at that store. Not very reliable.

I had bought a new phone for my daughter for her birthday! It didn’t come with a SIM card so I took it in here and got the SIM card, activated it and added it to my plan. It was such an easy process. Thank you to Angie who helped me and was a pleasant person to talk to!!!

If I was able to give it 0 stars I would the Girl here has a very bad attitude and while she was helping me she was on a live broadcast. Also when she was talking to customer service on the phone she was really rude to them she act like she don’t know anything about a phone I really don’t know how she got the job I don’t know her name but she worked on 11-10-20 around 5:02.

I was in this store for the last time ever because of today the employee didnt have no mask on and when i first walked in there i get that you have one employee but a day like today yall needed three employees because i stood there two and half hours just to get a phone and service from them and anywhere else would have people in and out in about thirty minutes or less

Very disappointed to see employee light up outside door way and flick cigerette on the sidewalk. Wonder if services is like when employees have no respect for the area where they work
