Never taken my personal vehicle here before but my employer takes their fleet vehicles here. We drop them off and pick them up when ready. They must be pretty decent if my employer deals with them. If something goes wrong, we take it back and they repair it. No personal experience here. Just job related.

Very positive experience. The salesman that came out was low pressure, very cool, yet we was selling all the time. He gave me, and the buddy I was there with (in truth, the customer) the information we needed about the pickup that we were focused upon, asking always the right questions. A true Sales Pro. I myself have been in sales and sales management for many years and I liked the gent we worked with very much. My buddy just got a windfall of several thousand dollars and so hes wound up and excited about most everything. Our salesman instinctively picked up on this and played his part perfectly, never coming on too strong nor losing track of where we were in the process. The truck had only come in on trade the day before and so he did not have a ton of information about it. Still, we left with my buddy leaving his card and a genuine yen for the truck in question. LOOK for THE BLUE SIGN: Excellent Service! Sales team courteous - Mostly made up of older males (50+) so they dont seem to be out for a quick buck or sell you something you dont want. Perhaps age comes with wisdom or its just the culture of the company. It results in a more tranquil experience. 4 of 5 stars only because the inventory is not too large, however with a little timing you may find the item you desire if check the inventory routinely. The website does list the inventory so shoppers are able to look online (recommended) before going.

First the car needed new tires which I was going to get in a month or two ,but after I sign for the car the owner said they need to put new tires on before I could go with it for free. Folks here are honest. Why I say this? I was informed during my visit at Honda AutoNation in Sanford that I need to replace my rack and pinion which we all know cost a lot. I went for second opinion, Blue Book Cars Service. I DONT NEED replacement. And that if I required replacement it wont cost me $1,800!!!! I hear BBCs ad on WTLN Christian radio station all the time. Im glad I took their # down. Thank you Dave and Will, as well as thank you to the ladies in the office, Jennie and Dianne. I conclude that there are still honest businesses out there. Guess what? Im not going back to the dealer AutoNation Honda again. Always obtain a second opinion just like when one doctor tells you need an operation and the other tells you you dont.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealer. They came out to introduce themselves then after asking if they were able to help they pressured me into signing to buy the car before they would give me any information on financing and what the rates would be.I will never go back to Jim Lash Blue Book, and would recommend to anyone not to go. They say their reputation is the best, however this is a complete lie!!

Sales people were nice but the car I bought started falling apart about 3 months after I bought it. Spent $2000 for a car for my daughter and have since spent $2500 over the course of a year to fix various issues. Broken axle, new shocks (had to replace the air bag shocks because the air pump was bad too), roof leaks, replaced the radiator, back seat wasnt secured. Found that out the hard way when I leaned on the seat to look under the drivers seat. Damn thing fell on my head. You get what you pay for. Just cause they are nice and tell you its a good car, doesnt mean it is.

We highly recommend Blue Book Cars. Make sure you go there first. You wont need to go anywhere else! This is our 4th vehicle that weve bought here over the years and the honesty, quality, and their willingness to work with you to make sure that you will be satisfied with the deal will make us come back again for any future vehicles. Wow John Dorff and the staff are amazing. My wife and I came all the way from Tampa with the intention of buying a ford transit they had for sale, but a promaster they had caught our attention. The service was beyond great. We left there the first time because we wanted to continue to look around but we quickly realized they weren’t like the big dealerships, so we went back and bought the promaster. The dodge dealer service was terrible and rude. The price kept changing. If youre in the market for a new vechile GO TO BLUE BOOK CARS! This is the second car that I bought from Blue Book Cars and it will not be the last!All you have to do is give them an idea of the kind of car you want and the price youre willing to spend they do the rest. They really work with you to find the car that will fit best for you, while making sure that the car is in top shape with no previous accidents.Not only do they use CarFax and other obvious accident and driver reporting softwares but also check the car for bondo work and thoroughly inspect the car. If the car was in an accident.. They wont buy it!They made the process very easy for me and I ended up with a 2015 White Ford Fusion that was around $2000 cheaper than what I would of paid at other dealerships (I made sure to shop around and I still came back). Just to throw it in there, the first car I bought from them was a silver 2006 Ford Mustang (which was awesome).They also do financing in-house and have very good relationships with banks. Granted, I have a little bit above average credit but financing was EXTREMELY easy and painless. Not to mention I got a great rate.In summation, if you want quality service and quality cars go to Blue Book Cars.
