Excellent service! Vick and Francesca were so wonderful to work with. They made the entire rental process easy and worked with my schedule to obtain the car and return it when my own car was ready to pick up from the dealership. Francesca even drove me across town to the dealer at no additional cost. The rental was clean and high quality, their service was prompt, friendly and professional, and the rates were very competitive. If I ever need a rental again, I will definitely use Maximum Auto Center. I will also recommend them to family, friends and coworkers.

Highly recommend maximum auto center. We have called every car rental around the area and finally found this hidden gem. There were multiple days when we had to extend our rental and maximum auto center was able to meet our needs hassle free. Rented out a Hyundai Elantra. It was perfect for our business trip.Definitely will be a returning customer in the future.

I had to rent a car very last minute for a family emergency in North Carolina and I was a bit leery of using such a small company for a rental, but after trying to jump through the hoops of the bigger rental companies and not being able to rent a car through any of them, I had no choice but to choose this company and boy am I glad that it turned out the way it did. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. They made it so easy to rent a car from them. Reasonably priced and great quality car. The customer service that I received was great. I will recommend this company to everyone. 11/10 will use them again in the future if I ever need a rental.

Been renting from them for 2 years not a dole moment since then they always give me the most VIP service and everybody I send they way gets treated the same way all I can say nooone in town can beat they services prices and accommodation. Top of the Line.

Best rental place i have delt with. I was picked up at my home since our van was broken down. Vic is Very polite and his wife is a sweetheart! They treated us which such respect and the rental process was smooth with no issues or problem. They gave us a nissan versa brand new descent pricing. This Would be my go to car rental moving forward. I give them a 10 ⭐️.

Horrible experience! We were trying to purchase a used car, and after three days of constant correspondence, we showed up with a cashiers check in hand only to be greeted in the parking lot with, “a woman just test drove this car and she’s on her way to pay us and take it.” The story is that one brother didn’t communicate with the other (bad business I’d say!) but they were caught in a couple other lies which made us turn and run away as fast as we possibly could! The car has been in two accidents but we were assured that everything had been fixed properly. When I test drove it, the airbag light was on. Even though Vick said that it had been replaced it “just didn’t cross his mind to get the airbag light taken off the dash”. Super shady and definitely not honest. Steer clear!
