This is a wonderful place for a lunch meal or maybe just a beverage. The venue is a lovely old bank building. The food was excellent, service was great and prices were very good. We really enjoyed our lunch and would highly recommend Vita to everyone.

I had the soup of the day chicken noodle. Came with club style crackers which I crumbled into the soup. The sweetness from the cracker really complimented the soup. Also had the Gyro which was as more like a pizza. Very good. Killer architecture. Would have had Bullett Bourbon if it wasnt lunch. Clean and friendly. Great sunshine through the windows.

First time here, it’s eclectic and has a variety of things going on. It is a restaurant, bar, coffee bar, grocery store, wine store, beer store and art store. It could be other things, because there is so much going on I may have missed something, not sure? The building’s architecture gets it a 5! The food and drink also get it a 5! Not a fan of the red solo cups and disposable plates for sale, but, to each his own! Our awesome waitress, Klarissa, took some pics of the banks old vault for us!Stop by and check this place out if you are downtown!

What more could you need? Coffee shop, cafe, convenience store...Vita has it all. MUST SEE this beautiful space--its in a historic bank lobby with like 50 foot ceilings. The Bees Knees Latte (honey and lavender) is one of the most amazing coffee drinks Ive ever had.

Had no idea there was such a varied selection of food! It was phenomenal!

Everything was fantastic! The building and atmosphere are lovely, but it was the staff that impressed me the most. They really went out of their way to make my experience great. I mentioned that I couldn’t have gluten and requested the crackers be left off of the cheeseboard I ordered. The bartender informed the kitchen staff, who then added extra fruit and other GF goodies to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

Great restoration of a grand old bank. Delicious beet salad. Lots of food and drinks to choose from. Lots of nice big tables and seating areas for our knitting group. Lovely experience.

Delicious house-created cocktails, tasty light fare, and a wonderful selection of local market options if you want to do a little grocery or gift shopping. Beautiful beautiful interior - an old bank! Wonderful wait staff. Occasional musicians! Whats not to love?

This would have been 5 stars except we (two of us) were the only ones there at 9 on Saturday. Supposedly they are open until 10, but the owner wanted us to leave before 10 because she wanted to close early. Dissapointed we were rushed to finish our $11 glass of wine in the hour before posted closing. If you want to close at nine, set your hours accordingly. Would hesitate to make that your final stop for a nice glass of wine or coffee.

Definitely helping to revitalize downtown Sandusky. Do your part, frequent this establishment. Great menu, outstanding food, and people that enjoy what theyre doing.

Just went in oct 13,2021 and tried to order a frozen coffee and the girl working the front counter says she don’t make them. I was literally just in there a few weeks ago and my wife and I both ordered them😡 kind of rude, I guess they don’t want business🤷🏻‍♀️

Wonderful atmosphere! I had the Mediterranean chicken flatbread and the spinach artichoke dip, they were both delicious! Love this place, a new favorite!

Beautiful building that used to be a bank now converted into a bar, coffee shop, retail shop, and restaurant. Great local options and a nice quiet place to enjoy a drink or meal. Right downtown and with easy accessible parking.

I recently visited Vita for the first time recently in the late afternoon on May 11. First of all, great ambiance, and my barista made a fabulous coffee drink. However, my barista disappeared in the back, while the other server was totally preoccupied with only one other table. I guess that left me with poor service!

My downtown go to. I love the atmosphere at Vita.

Very beautiful establishment and the ambiance is amazing. If it wasnt for the detailed layout of the place by the owner, it would have been a lot to take in. With a choice of coffees, beers and wines up to the upper shelf spirits, one can never go wrong with a select choice of food to pair. Just amazing....I cant wait to return.

Vita was a very refreshing surprise! I attended this establishment at a Chamber of Commerce event. I had never been there before. Let me tell you everythibg is FRESH OBSESSED! Everything made to order. They grow their own herbs and spices, really good beverages....might I suggest, lemon Drop Martini! You wont be dissapointed!Great decor, very open concept, open for breakfast lunch and dinner! You can even do specialized grocery shopping and chose from a huge variety of wine!I am not sure about you, but after this Covid mess of changing our lives, this place truely is a refreshing surprise!!!! Locally owned, and family operated. Dont waist your time on 250 or perkins at the corporate/franchise operations, spend local and enjoy a really nice evening with friends and family. We did and we will definitely be back!!!!

The cheese tray was amazing and they have fresh takes on drink recipes. The tall ceiling with the bronze decals gave the whole place a warm feeling and I got to buy some wine bottles of brands and grape types Ive never heard of!

Always great food and very unique beers. The boutique market is also nicely stock for last minute meals that will have ingredients better than you would have if you ran to a chain grocery store.

Really nice little grocery/coffee shop/bar hybrid. Local fresh ingredients, great craft beer and wine selection. Bartender is very friendly, craft beer on tap and some fun cocktails too. The building itself is beautiful. Right next to the farmers market too!

Beautiful building and great staff. The food and drinks were amazing. We had mimosas, bloody marys, mushroom flatbread, turkey pianini and caprese pianini. 😋 Great atmosphere to just sit with friends for drinks and lunch/dinner. Plus, you can grab a few grocery items or shop for unique products from local vendors.

Beautiful new business in downtown Sandusky. Outdoor seating available. Menu is more small plate than full meal. Drink menu is excellent.

Really cool place. I would love to support it more but mask wearing is inconsistent, even with the owner. With the more contagious coronavirus variant in the US, not wearing a mask poses great health dangers. Wearing a mask is for public health and we need to protect each other.
