Pleasant experience!!! The staff are so fully of personality and are engaging! Wonderful atmosphere and vibes! We got the Hawaiian Salted Caramel Iced Coffee! It was sooooo good! Definitely a new fave spot! Love, love, love.

Coffee has a great taste. I usually go with the Boomtown mocha drink which is delicious. Decided to stop in for a coffee today and the atmosphere sucked! The workers today was not pleasant nor welcoming. I asked what the caramel apple was and the barista told me, “caramel and apple” no more description than that?!! This was the first time I’ve been in there and can say the service was terrible. Not sure if they had a long day, bad day or what. But that’s no excuse! Just because your day is bad, don’t make others day bad!! Another customer was behind me and was greeted with a smile and given descriptions of different coffees for the ones he asked about. Hmmm…maybe I was just not of her preference.

My favorite place to get coffee! Ibhace been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Great service and the baristas are all amazing. If youre having trouble trying to figure out what you want just ask and they are ready and willing to suggest something to fit your taste.

We both got a regular sized Frozen Boom Town Mocha with whipped cream ! Absolutely delicious and their sitting area in the back is so quaint and cute! Great service. Sometimes when theyre open they dont turn their light up open sign on in the window but if the flag is out theyre usually open!

Super friendly staff. The environment is beautiful. Music is good. Highly recommended. First experience there and I was beyond happy.

Pretty cool coffee shop located in downtown Sandusky. The coffee was really good and the staff were friendly. They offer light meals and other beverages. The inside was extremely clean and plenty of seating area if you come in a small group. They have an outside seating area for when the weather gets better. They do not have much parking available on site but parking is available very close by.

Staff is always so nice and they’re quick with the drinks. While I think their iced lattes are too milky, most coffee shops put more milk than I like. Their frozen boomtown is so delicious, highly recommend!

Needs to roast their coffee better. Iced coffee was A1 though! Pour-over was 4-star.

Small coffee shop conveniently located downtown. Awesome staff with fast friendly service. Bright, clean, and fresh interior. You can check out a newspaper or a book off the shelf to read while you sip your coffee. Due to Covid though, dine-in is not available quite yet. For those who want to settle in for a while, there is an outside dining area that is quite popular. Prices here are very fair and Id rate their Cappuccino as excellent, as well as the Cafe Mocha. Of course there is a nice selection of pastries available that will not disappoint! I especially enjoy the blueberry muffins. I will definitely be visiting Boomtown Coffee again!

So the frozen Lattes are pretty amazing! The first time we went here we each got a frozen latte of one kind or another. We also decided to order breakfast sandwiches. I asked if I could get mine on a bagel and they made it. It was really good. We were excited to tell everyone that we found a new favorite place. The next time we went, they said that they couldnt make a sandwich on a bagel and that all sandwiches are premade and heated in the microwave. They said that they didnt know how I got one made on a bagel. So that was kind of annoying. We got the ones that they offered and they were horrible! They legitimately microwave them, so the bread is gross and chewy and it is just blah. So weird! So we will only go here occasionally when we are staying overnight on our boat and will get lattes. But no food.

The place looks nice, and Im betting the food is good, based on the other restaurants that they own. But I dont know where the coffee was in my coffee drinks. I ordered an iced latte, and it was milk-white and tasted as such. I ordered an iced mocha, and got a $5 chocolate milk extra chalky. A barista said something about using cold brew in their iced lattes, which is not what a latte is. Maybe their hot drinks are better?

Cool spot! I got a chai tea that was great.I sat and did a little work. Very nice space.

The bubble tea was good but the bubbles were too soft. Try the Thai bubble tea.

Beautiful restored interior with great view toward the bay. Food and drinks were better than the service. Neither warranted the prices. Had to ask for napkins & tableware. They werent even remotely busy. Nobody even checked on us the whole time we ate. It had an unwelcoming feeling to it. If I go back, it will be for the food and views alone. Felt like more geared towards Subaru soccer moms, over-paid lawyers and the young professional crowd. Disappointing. I wanted to like this place.

Its not great now, but does have potential. Ratio of espresso to milk is low, so order an extra shot in lattes. Limited food menu, but it is good. Atmosphere is great! Much better place around the corner...

They serve Crimson Cup coffee, which is delicious. The interior is very modern with some room to study, read the paper, or just enjoy the coffee. Interestingly, they also have mini-growlers to fill with cold brewed coffee. I only wish they were open longer. I will definitely be returning.

I just recently learned this place was in downtown Sandusky and regret not going to it sooner. A nice cozy shop with a comfy interior. The staff have been awesome the times Ive visited. Plus if you want to enjoy your coffee outdoors and have a great view of the lake, Shoreline Park is right there.

Really great place, especially for lunch. The quality of food, generous portions and pleasant atmosphere make this an extremely enjoyable place to have lunch. Their coffee is excellent too, sourced from a superb coffee roaster in Columbus. Highly recommend!

Super cozy atmosphere sitting in front of the fire, drinking coffee, eating lunch, and getting some work done. The girl who rang up my order was so nice! Everything was perfect frombeginning to end and the next time I’m in Sandusky I’ll definitely be back!

The Boom Town Mocha was FABULOUS! The right mix of flavors, neither one of which overwhelmed the other. I wish I could have sat longer and enjoyed another one of their coffees.

Friendly baristas and good drinks. I went with my aunt who isnt very knowledgeable about coffee, and they were happy to explain things to her and gave great service. Also, nice that they offer bubble tea.

Had never been in. Walked in for a cold coffee. Stood at the counter NEVER got acknowledged. There were several people that appeared to be waiting for a drink. All i expected was a Ill be right with you The man contined making a drink and the girl was stocking cups. Never made eye contact..nothing!! No sense of serving the customer, no courtesy. Will not go back!!

Very friendly service but not always the spot for a specialty coffee drink if youre in a hurry. Stick with an always great nitro cold brew or regular coffee if youre in a hurry

Great places to go for drinks and more! Hot or cold the talented baristas will whip up something that you will enjoy! One of the only places in the area where you can get bubble tea! Great drinks, friendly staff, and daily food specials make this place a great spot in downtown Sandusky! Would rate higher if I could! (I recommend the lake Erie bubble tea, frozen, with peach boba 👌👌👌)

I highly recommend it. Their shrimp tacos are one for the money!! Absolutely amazing food, coffee, all natural fruit smoothies, and salads. Theirs something for everyone there. Go check them out!

I dont do coffee. Ever. I dont like coffee. I dont speak coffee and I dont taste coffee.This place has the best service, the best staff and the best hot chocolate in town. The ambiance in the loft is fantastic and so is the decor. Im looking forward to trying the food soon.

The coffee was good, and the shop was nice with a relaxing vibe, they are connected to a bar so they are also able to serve alcohol, so if you would rather have a bloodymary instead of a cup of good joe...then this is your place!

Very, very nice interior, especially the bayside lower level. Employees need to be more professional and if they had a better selection of pastries a five star rating would be called for.

We decided to stop for a quick coffee while at an event at Kalahari, and I am SO glad we did. The barista was awesome, and I loved that they experiment with different flavors and make their own creations. Also, they have BOBA, so our daughter was beyond happy. No lunch on weekends, but the breakfast sandwich was great! We will definitely be stopping here again when in Sandusky
