Exelent !!! The food is exquisite, the ingredients have a great fresh, crisp and delicious taste. The staff is very, very friendly, polite (without being pushy or making you feel uncomfortable) and all of them treat you with respect and make you feel at home. I could spend 1 hour talking only great things about this place and their employees (and believe me, I dont work or have any other interests going on in this place). I just woke up one day wanting to get a good cup of coffee, I started driving aimlessly for about 12 or 14 minutes looking around for some place new. Suddenly I saw SORBOS CAFÉ enter and since that day it became one of my top 5 coffee spots ISLANDWIDE, and I trust me, because of my work I have been to a lot of places around the Island. SORBOS is no big, nor very fancy, but for me it is, well ... Just Perfect !!! Dont just take my word for it, gave them a visit and judge for yourself.

An out-of - the way place where you cant forget the world exists and enjoy coffee, in house baked goods and good, simple foods.GREAT lunch spot and breakfast.. forget about it .. you got it made... the people are nice and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a top shelf Gin and a twist of lemon.Needless to say I enjoyed it!

I swear there is not a better coffee shop in Puerto Rico. Beyond amazing coffee, even friendlier and amazing staff. I cannot even explain in a review how delicious breakfast and lunch are. I’ve tried almost every breakfast item in the menu and there is still a plate to disappoint me. I come here to study, on dates, to chat with friends. My favorite coffee shop in the island.

My husband and I are vacationing in PR over the Easter holidays when we wanted to stop for just coffee when we found this quaint cafe called Sorbo Cafe. When we entered and were surprised to see that it was more than just a cafe! This place looked like central perks from the sitcom friends. It had a great atmosphere, staff was so friendly and inviting. Then we sat anywhere we liked. We had a choice of a table, comfy chair, or comfy beautiful couch as if you were at home. Menus were given to us right away. I came in for just coffee but the waitress recommended I try their refreshing natural juices, there were so many to chose from but I ordered the ginger juice mix it was delicious to say the least she also recommended that I have a pastry called a quesito and I had the guava and cheese it was one of the freshest pastries I have ever eaten it melted in my mouth and the guava taste was amazing! This place was jumping so many customers were coming in for lunch at this time and I saw why, the lunch being ordered and served looked and smelled amazing. Sorbo Cafe is open from 6am-3pm and they serve breakfast and lunch, they also have fresh pastries amazing coffee and tropical fresh juices. My husband and I will be back for both breakfast and lunch. We highly recommended this place it’s what the island of PR needed a great place with an amazing array of gourmet foods, and array of different flavors to try. If you want to sit back relax and enjoy a cup of gourmet joe with a touch of Art Deco in it come to Sorbo Cafe you will be amazed. Thank you Sorbo for your amazing hospitality and great food. Please don’t change! And we will definitely be back!

One of the best breakfasts I have had in Puerto Rico. The French toast is air fried and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with so much flavor (guava or strawberry) even the croissant and plain buttered toast were to die for. The passion fruit juice is made in house, and the best Ive ever had! And the best part- the quesitos.... I almost wanted to cry it was SO good. I had one straight out of the oven and it melts in your mouth, que rico! 5 stars

The food is exquisite, but the place is very small and I am full pet friendly but I do not agree that if they have the tables attached, they allow large dogs with long fur to enter, obviously the dog walking from one table to another and yes The consumer finished eating and I have a waiting list outside, he is given a certain time since he consumed what he was going to consume and in effect you as a merchant lose money in turn.

A very beautiful place in a hidden and urban area.The Puerto Nuevo area is a place with many businesses and shops, but Sorbo Café is hidden among the entire urbanization area, giving it that unique style of recreation and rest.This area is known for its ice plant that is on the side and although parking is complicated, you can stay close if you stop meters before or after this small square.Getting here is a bit complicated if you dont know the area, but you must be careful with the holes in the road, because it is a constant traffic zone.However, getting here is worth it and trying the cornstarch they prepare is special.The coffee is very rich and there are other options for those who do not drink coffee.The food is plentiful and sufficient. In my case, the omelet became salty, but the reality is that I have been eating little or no salt for a long time, so any extra makes me feel salt. So I wont take stars for it.The service is at the table and there are vegetarian options.

Excellent service. Chocolate waffles, guava cream cheese toast, and mac and cheese waffle bowl are my favorites! From the moment you walk through their door, everyone welcomes you with good morning. The place is beautiful and cozy. They use local harvest and fresh produce for their dishes. Its juices are all natural. In the week they have a different cream and special of the day each day. They always have a variety of desserts. The coffee is 100% from PR, Gustos. They also have vegetarian options.
