Had an older working CPAP to get rid of that I cant sell it give away due to Federal law on medical equipment. These folks can however accept it and they work with a group to make it available to people in Mexico in need of medical equipment as the laws are different there. Friendly and helpful and I really like that the CPAP will be put to use. Thank you!

The staff was so friendly, nice and accommodating. A+ service! I rented an electric scooter for 1 week. Once I had the scooter, I had an issue with charging it. The facility sent a technician to me free of charge to correct the problem. The technician was nice, polite, professional and patient with my questions/concerns (eventho he drove thru heavy traffic and it was the end of his work day). The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend renting equipment from this company for your medical needs.

I went into the store to pick ip an item. Unfortuately they did not have it in stock.I was told that they would check with the supplier on price and how long it would take yo receive.I waited 2 days before they called.I told them that I already had secured the item. Additionally told them they were not very responsive.That did not go over well. I said just read my review and perhaps you will learn to provide better srvice.I was then chastized for considering a bad review.I was just about to agree and let the whole thing go when they hung up. Oh well what ever.

Outstanding customer service! Price for the power wheelchair was more than fair picked up a few other handy much needed gadgets for my daughter who has multiple injuries. Sanctum Med supply did all this with a friendly smile too, thank you yalls help was much appreciated!!!

I was blown away by the service of Gracie and Sanctum Medical Equipment. You can tell she really cares about people and their families and understands that many of us are going through a hard time putting loved ones in assisted living.She was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. In just one phone call, I rented a hospital bed and many other items and she took them to the Remington Club and set them up. Then she texted me photos so I could see everything.Gracie even helped my navigate some issues as we were getting moved in. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend giving her a call!
