My experience with All Home Medical Supply was very good and positive. On Scott’s first visit he assessed my husband’s safety needs, and recommended several options, and explained it all to us very thoroughly. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. Andre who came to deliver and install the equipment, did a fabulous job and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend using All Home Medical Supply to anyone looking to purchase medical equipment and/or having it installed. Thank you Scott and Andre.

All Home Medical installed a chair lift in our home. The work was performed very professionally and on time by Scott and Alfredo. Because our staircase was a non-standard configuration, All Home worked with the manufacturer to customize a solution for us without compromising functionality. Subsequently, after using the chair-lift a short-time, I requested a seat adjustment. Alfredo responded the next day, adjusted the seat and tested the mechanism to make sure that the chair-lift was operating properly. The service was impressive and I highly-recommend All Home Medical Supply.

Update: changing this from 1 star to 4 stars because after posting my review, they did contact us and helped us fix it.If I could give zero stars, I would. My father has bone cancer and purchased a $2200 chair from All Home Medical Supply 30 days ago. The chair has already stopped reclining and All Home refuses to replace the chair and is not responding about repairs. We bought an expensive chair to keep my father comfortable. This store and this whole process is unprofessional and this is completely unacceptable. I have had to take action with the BBB and with the hospital who recommended this store. Do NOT spend money here.

Lots of helpful products. Also have Rentals of Motor Scooters, it worked great, was way to store in trunk of car. Employees are always very polite. Also very helpful when Im looking for something. Home Delivery are also available when needed

I recently visited the store to pick up thigh high compression stockings. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They did the measurements and gave me different options. I must say I’m really impressed by the level of customer service. Will be returning for my future needs. Thanks Betty for amazing service!

From the moment I was greeted as I walked in the door to the moment I walked out with my bag of supplies I felt that I was an important customer. All Home Medical Supply has absolutely everything you would want when it comes to medical care products. Lori was knowledgable, friendly and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. They have a bunch of cool things in the store to make life easier for your loved ones care. I will be back next time I need items for my husband who is ill.

After deciding to care for my Mother in her home. I came to All Home Medical Supply store to purchase all her needed supplies. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It has been 21/2 years and I am pleased to (still) say that the service is great. I have developed a good rapport with most of the members on staff especially --- Betty, Frances, Jyson, Lori and Paul. The teams knowledge and advice is awesome.

Immediately my needs were assessed and then met with a very knowledgeable sales manager who directed to the optimal device for the needs I described. Debbie problem solved with me, she cared for me with compassion knowing that my emotions were high due to the condition of my family member. I found this place to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I hurt my low back and was getting ready to sit on a plane for 6 hours. They helped me find a couple of lumbar support braces to help me make it on my flight. They also had plenty of sizes. I have a small waist and it’s very hard to find anything in my size.

Im really bad for remembering names but forgive me to the wonderful lady who served me....I think her name was Lori?Kudos to her and her uninterrupted attention to every question/query I had....and very friendly....it makes a visit to the store a good experience.Considering what I went through at an other retail business just up the road.And walked away happy....with a walking stick 👏😏😄

All Home Medical Supply on Convoy was great! They really helped me every step of the way with my Knee Scooter Rental. Lori made sure it was all adjusted perfectly for me before I even left the store and Betty really made my returning it a breeze. Betty was so very helpful over the phone and even offered to extend me an additional day due to my final doctor appt being on the same day as I was to return the cart. I did not need it but it was less stressful knowing I had the option. In addition Betty extended my cart an additional month very easily with just a quick phone call when my recovery was taking longer than anticipated. Thank you ALL HOME Medical, I will always turn to you in the future for my medical supply needs.

My wife and I visited All Home Medical Supply in San Diego to buy some Compression Stockings for travel purposes. These stockings help prevent DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) when sitting for long periods on overseas flights.We were helped by Lori who was very knowledgeable about the different types of stockings (giving less or more compression) available. We were shown which ones would suit us best and she was so helpful in our selection even with the colors available. Lori also showed us how to put them on.Amazing service by Lori. BTW the store itself is just stocked so well with supplies for all types of medical aids.As a Postscript we did wear these stockings on our trip overseas and we would absolutely recommend wearing them on long flights; you wouldnt know you have them on!Thank you Lori.

I was in pain and no insurance I went to try to buy stuff I thought would help me .I had the pleasure of meeting Betty Perez at the convoy st business she was so helpful and had a conversation with me about broken and fractured bones as a result I went to the er and she was right thank you for all of your help p.s I have never had a broken bone in my life many hats off to a wonderful and caring employee !!!!!! We have 2 elderly mothers in our family one 96 and one 84 we have always had a great experience with All Home Medical Supply helping us to take care of all of our family needs we have had them come out to our home to install or deliver items and would recommend them to anyone looking for medical equipment

Bought a footrest for a wheelchair here. They are normally bought in pairs, but they graciously sold me just one for half the price of a pair. Very helpful!

Need a wheelchair for my daughter for a week and “if we needed it for a month they would pull one off the floor” but apparently because we only need it a week that’s not good enough. Won’t use them ever.I cant reply directly to the owner, but I found and purchased a wheelchair on OfferUp within hours of finding out that I couldnt get a wheelchair if we werent renting for a month.

Unfortunately I cant give a 0 star. Im pregnant and my hands hurt at night so bad while trying to sleep because of the fluid building up so I went to this place to get a hand brace for it. One was $26.00 and another $40.00 and they each a lil different. The guy that helped me was more then amazing with helping me and his customer service was out standing. I got the $28 one and he told me if It didnt work to return it in 5 days. So I went in today to do that and get the $40 dollar one. The guy I talked to was not there so I told the lady What he told me and Wanted to return it and She was so rude and not nice at all and told me I could not return it. I talked to the manager and he was unbelievably rude to me and called me a lair Saying he highly doubt that the guy told me that because they dont do returns. Thankfully a woman working there was there when the guy told me that So she let the manager know that he did tell me that and the manager did give me my refund but no apology or any kindness. Still rude and horrible customer service! So because of that I did not buy the $40 dollar one and got one from another place. Im a hair stylist and know so much about customer service and as a manager that was so unacceptable and just horrible customer service. Will never go back and hope they dont treat others like that.

The driver of this company took a turn on the red light and I had to go out of my way to avoid the accident. When stopped and talked to him on the next light he became angry, was cursing and I had to leave fearing for my safety. He is a representative of this company and not a good one. He is a liability as far as Im concerned. As far as medical supply goes, there are many other companies and I would take my business there before go to this company.
