I called not really knowing what I needed. One call to AAA Medical Supply took care of EVERYTHING. I never needed to make another call. Heather was awesome, knowledgeable and easy to work with. In a matter of minutes I had the equipment I needed ordered, paid for, and shipping out the door the same day. The equipment I needed (CPM machine for a knee replacement surgery) was clean and ready to use right out of the box including all the instructions and the original users manual included. Ive already recommended this company to another friend facing the same surgery as I had.

This medical supply business is the best I have found, and ever since I found them, I always go back. I started renting from them 3 years ago and I have never had a problem. They just relocated and they updated some of their rental supplies. I rented a stationary oxygen concentrator from them, and the last two times I had an issue with timing the day needed to pick it up, they been flexible in making sure I get it before the weekend since they are closed on the weekend. And they didn’t charge me for the extra days that I had because of the off timing. The staff is just super nice and understanding to your needs.

I am currently trying to get a refund for a machine that didnt work.I hope it gets resolved in a timely manner

After calling many medical supply stores no one could deliver same day or have a hospital bed in stock.Only AAA medical supply was able to do this fast and cheap. It was fast same day hospital bed delivery for my uncleGuys came to his house and installed a brand new hospital bed from the box.Guys who came in installed the bed and show me how to operate it. Removed all the boxes on the way out.Great service and highly recommend it.Thank you AAA Medical Supply, you are truly best in San Diego
