Loved the entire sales and delivery experience. Also LOVED the actual product, which is an outdoor table for 8, with tempered glass. Service is VERY friendly, items were in stock, and was happy to receive within 2-3 weeks (faster than most companies today in 2021 with all the issues of production around the world).The delivery included putting the table together in our backyard! There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience with Patio Productions. Shopping for outdoor furniture exclusively online, I feel so lucky to have found this company! The merchandise is of very high quality, and at amazingly reasonable prices. The selection is enormous without being overwhelming, and the customer service was so superb that I thought I had stepped into a time machine and gone back to the 1950s. Everyone - and I mean everyone - was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful - including the white glove delivery service folks who cheerfully devised a pulley system to haul two sofas, which were too big for the elevator, up to my fourth floor roof deck. I got a lot of stuff - a dining set, a loveseat, a side table, four club chairs, two sofas, and a fire table - and it’s all BEAUTIFUL. It has even been pouring-rained on already, and everything they said about the weatherproof nature of the furniture and cushions was true - it looked like nothing had happened by the next day! It really does seem to be very well-made, very durable furniture - and the selection, prices, and customer service at Patio Productions simply can’t be beat.

I am happy with the chairs for my patio. They are really comfortable, easy to clean and have withstood the San Diego rains very well. Although they are not totally outdoors, they do get a little rainwater and they dry out very quickly once the sun rises. They are light to move and beautiful. A fresh and modern design. The attention I received from the sellers was excellent, since due to the covid it took a few more weeks to arrive, but all the time I was informed.

We happened upon Patio Productions after doing a search for a new patio table. This place is fabulous and what a selection! We found a wonderful extendable table and beautiful chairs. We love the outdoor sofas from Patio Productions, solid and great quality, goes great with our Mid Century out door living room.

We were looking to replace our worn out patio set and after browsing the usual retail outlets such as Lowes, Home Depot etc, we found Patio Productions on Google. We live up in Carlsbad but drove down to their showroom near the airport and were blown away by the selections. We were greeted by Lynne and eventually decided on a beautiful set from Ratana along with a fire table from American Fyre. Everything about our experience was first rate. Covid safety protocols were adhered to.Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to wait longer than expected for our set to arrive but we were constantly updated by Lynne. The only issue we had was due to an error in manufacturing of the fire table. Lynne had a rep from American Fyre at our house within 2 days who fixed the issue.Couldnt be happier with the service and the product!

Their stuff is absolutely gorgeous. All the furniture is really good quality and doesn’t feel like cheap stuff. We picked up a set of mandala chairs, an outdoor dining set, a swing a huge umbrella and much more. Penny and Lynne did a really good job suggesting color combinations and helping us match pieces from different collections. Delivery was prompt and their pricing really couldn’t be beat. The best part was that this was a one stop shop for our entire backyard and poolside furniture.

I purchased a patio set by Acapulco and a matching umbrella. The furniture and umbrella are beautiful, stylish and very comfortable. The umbrella had suffered a small amount of damage in transit and the folks at Patio Productions were wonderful in helping to get a replacement part. I only called once on a Sunday and they followed up immediately Monday morning and checked back with me until everything was fixed. How many times have you had an experience like that? Id say it was unique. Super customer service!!! and great products. Highly recommend this business.

Loving my 2 grey wicker sofas with custom blue cushions. The QUALITY is excellent so far. It seems to be built sturdy and the cushions are comfortable.CUSTOMER SERVICE is very good. They do respond to emails and phone calls.The only negative comment is the length of PRODUCTION. I understand the frame is made overseas, and shipped, during a pandemic , but my 1st sofa took about 3 months. The 2nd sofa, ordered after the 1st sofa, took about 2 months. So plan for 2-3 months to get your patio furniture.As soon as it’s completed, the furniture is picked up by Patio Productions and delivered the next day. So like I said, very good service!

Every once in a while (fewer and farther between these days) a company goes above and beyond. Offering high quality products is one thing, but offering high quality customer service is the exception rather than the rule. I have not yet received the product I ordered, which I have no doubt will be high quality. We purchased this 3 piece set and couldnt be more pleased with the quality and top notch engineering of the individual pieces. Very minimal assembly is required; the stainless steel hardware and stellar engineering makes for an effortless task. They even include the one and only tool necessary to put the pieces together! An environmental product made of recycled HDPE plastic. A high quality product at a great price.We received our purchase much sooner than estimated. Our questions, prior to purchase, were addressed promptly and completely by knowledgeable sales staff. All in all, a totally positive experience with Patio Productions and we hope to do more business with them in the future.

Great selection. Great service. My wife and I have been searching for months for new outdoor furniture for our recently remodeled patio. Patio Productions had several items we both liked. We eventually purchased a nice outdoor sofa set that we love.

All Patio Productions team members were professional and communicated information consistently and thoroughly. A sunbrella fabric was delayed more than expected due to covid-19 interruptions in production facilities. We received loaner cushions and were kept informed. The delivery team showed up within the one-hour window all three times they came to our home. That is almost unheard-of even during normal times. Challenges reveal character and Patio Productions really shined!

During covid lockdown, I wanted to order patio furniture. Penny and Lynne were extremely knowledgable in what I wanted and I felt comfortable from ordering even from out-of-state. I just wanted to share my experience and express gratitude for the help I received in selecting and purchasing an outdoor bar set and umbrella. It is a little tough buying online without actually seeing the product but I felt totally comfortable after speaking with Penny (and Griffin). It was obvious they know their stuff and the advice on the colors worked out perfectly. Also, the umbrella light works great and is the perfect amount of light, as Penny said it would be, without being too intense. I was on a tight timeline and shipping from the factory was expedited and arrived early to the shop instead of the warehouse which saved a couple more days. Everything was received at the freight forwarder well packed and damage free. Buying online is great but it was really the personal touch here that made all the difference. Showcasing a huge inventory, the space has a very cool vibe to it, almost club like, which makes shopping that much more enjoyable. All of the vignettes are stylishly put together. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Alex, one of the showroom managers, really knows everything that is out there so he has proven to be a huge asset to my business. Their pricing is great, and delivery with optional white glove upgrade are the best prices in the market. So when you are in the Old Town area, go check it out. After looking around for patio furniture on the web and in stores in San Diego, I found Patio Productions, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I was tempted to buy online but concerned about not seeing the furniture in person and that I would end up with something less expensive but low quality that would not hold up under the intense coastal sunshine that seems to destroy anything that we put on our rooftop deck. Patio Productions has been around a long time and the furniture is both stylish and clearly good quality. As soon as I walked into this pleasant showroom, I knew I found the right place. Alex, the associate there, was helpful and friendly but also low key, and helped to facilitate the delivery of the furniture before the holidays, even though I bought it only yesterday Dec. 18th. Love this store! They have a huge selection of quality patio furniture as well as a bunch of other outdoor decorative items. I have never posted before on goggle but after purchasing patio furniture from Patio Productions I felt compelled. My husband and I hit all the patio furniture places in San Diego. We were met with poor service at one, high prices at another and soon were frustrated. We decided to try Patio Production and were so pleased with their selection, Penny’s service and the pricing was hands down better than anywhere else we had been.
