I bought a hot tub here and my experience has been really good. They were up front about delivery and delays and the ongoing support has been fantastic. Brandon is responsive and knowledgeable. And I love my hot tub!! I may consider buying patio furniture here in the future.

I would never do business with this place, Ian was very rude to me on phone and said he really didnt need my business, he was trying to sell me on a spa out of my budget and when I ask him some questions on another spa he basically said he spent enough time with me on the phone and I need to come down to his business. It got into a shouting match, I knew at that point I would never do any business with this place. I went to Inland empire Hot Spring Spas, in Moreno Valley and James worked with me on getting a great Spa that fit my wifes and my needs and I bought a Spa from them at a great price the same day I spoke to Ian on the phone. James was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a better deal than I ever would have gotten from The Spa and Patio dealer. Bottom line Ian gave me very bad customer service and lost a sale the very day I talked to him.

I received my spa today and everything is looking great. The process was easy, delivery was smooth. Duane was our sales man, highly recommend him! He was thorough and patient with us as we were totally clueless when we started the whole process.. overall were very happy with this location and our new spa!

We had our Caldera Kauai spa installed in June of this year, 2018, and couldn’t be happier with it. From our very first visit to The Spa and Patio Store, Duane Paolucci was helpful, informative and very patient with our many questions. Even while he was juggling his time between us and several other customers in the store at the same time, Duane maintained his cheerful demeanor and attentiveness. The Spa and Patio Store’s massive showroom gives you the opportunity to physically examine all the spas that they carry, which is so much better than looking at pictures. Even if you are just thinking about a spa, it is worth your time to learn about the mechanics, the maintenance procedures and the chemical treatment of the water, while you are actually looking at one.

Best selection in town. Not cheap but not a rip off either. Great place to research and purchase spas, tubs and patio stuff.

Im a first time spa owner and they made the whole process very easy and walked me through step by step when it came to the proper water care... Highly recommend this store, theyre great here!

The purchasing was super easy but we already knew our budget and which spa and which additions we wanted, a waterfall of course! The sales person Was super helpful and followed up with us to make sure we were happy! We would definetly recommend this location for a spa purchase! The sales team went out of there way to contact the manufacturer to make sure delivery was meet in a fair amount of time! Thank you Brandon!

2 stars for now because its been about 7 1/2 weeks since we purchased a patio set. 4-6 weeks was the ETA but was told at time of purchase (which we paid in full just over $4K!) that it would be closer to 5 weeks. I spoke to Brandon a few times, most recently Sunday and was told that his guy was going to the manufacture on Monday and that I would get a call with an ETA. I heard nothing yesterday and I just called today (almost 48 hours since my call on Sunday) and he is off today. I guess he is the only one that can follow up with a past due promise date. Hopefully I hear something tomorrow - if not rating will go to 1 start and I will cancel the order and request a refund.

Our spa was delivered last month, we purchased a caldera at an awesome price!! and boy... I am over joyed with my purchase. Its so worth it, seriously.. if you dont own one your missing out... this spa is therapeutic and when I get out of the spa I feel so rejuvenated its like your getting a deep massage every time.. the jets are magic. This store has so many good deals, we looked around and by far this store had the best prices for the best spas, Ive been recommending this store to all my friends and family... I just have to spread the word!!!! Check them out.. best is San Diego

Purchased my first swim spa from here! Brandon K (Kearney Messa store) was very knowledgeable of his inventory . I did a ton of research and these guys have the best prices around the area. Thank you all for the awesome customer service at the store and on the delivery team! I recommend stopping in and talking to Brandon if you are in the need of a Spa or Patio as well. There are some nice displays throughout the store.

This review is based on my dealings with Brandon who is the Store Manager.I sat in Brandons office to discuss buying a spa from his store on 4-23-2019. I was adament that if I purchased a spa from them that I wanted to meet with the delivery person at my house after 5:30pm on a weekday or anytime on Saturday/Sunday to discuss how to get spa into the backyard. I was also adament that I wanted the spa delivered on a Saturday so I could be present. I explained to Brandon that I owned my own business & could not meet during the day on a weekday. He told me NO PROBLEM, HE COULD MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR BOTH OF MY CONDITIONS. I signed the sales order & gave him a deposit for $1088.00.On 4-29-2019 I sent Brandon an email, We still need to meet your delivery person at mu house, Im available any weekday after 5:30pm, or anytime Saturday/Sunday. He replied back to me, Unfortunately they operate Monday-Friday, they will not be available to meet in the eveningsor on the weekends. LIE #1. On Tuseday May 7th I was told the delivery person could come by on Thursday, but he couldnt guarantee a time. They will just stop by when they are in the area. He could have them call me with 30 minutes notice & he didnt think I needed to be there. I let Brandon know that that isnt what we agreed upon & no one would be home. I did tell him that my brother came into town unexpectedly & could be there wednesday or friday. BRANDON NEVER RESPONDED BACK. On saturday May 11th the delivery person showed up unannounced to inspect backyard access. UNFORTUNATELY I WASNT HOME, I WAS PLAYING GOLF WITH MY SON & BROTHER. HAD I KNOWN THE DELIVERY PERSON WAS COMING I WOULD HAVE BEEN PRESENT TO MEET HIM. On May 22 I gave Brandon an Ultimatum if the spa wasnt delivered on a Saturday, either June 1st or June 8 I will demand my deposit back in full. Brandon responded, if you want a Saturday delivery you will have to pay an extra delivery fee. LIE #2. I RESPONDED, IM NOT PAYING A DIME. The spa was delivered on Saturday June 8th.BRANDON I AM LETTING EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A JERK YOU ARE. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO NEVER BUY A SPA FROM YOUR STORE. YOU SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a new cover for my Caldera spa I talked to Brandon he was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out the part I needed. The problem was the delivery. I ordered my cover on May 11 and Brandon said I could pick it up on May 15th then May 18 then May 21st He emailed on May 21 to let me know it will be ready on May 25th Each time I called on the promised date to see if the cover was ready to pick up and it wasnt. I talked to Brandon on the 25th and the cover still was not available. He explained that they have another warehouse in Vista and they only go there and pick up items when they have to pick up a hot tub and they had not gone there yet. That was the first time he had told me that. By this time I waisted 2 weeks heating up the spa without a cover. He offered me a different cover which he said it was similar. It was for a different hot tub but he said it would work. I did not want that. I wanted what I purchased and paid for. Then he said he would have the cover on the 29th. Thats when I asked for a refund and Brandon gave it to me. Brandon shouldnt have promised several delivery dates if he was not able to deliver. Very disappointed.

I agree with the review by Susan. Once they have your money, you no longer exist.Additionally, they left insulation, dirt & pieces of wood from the spa they removed. They knocked a pool railing completely out of the concrete. They failed to tell us they dont set you up with a functional spa...no instructions on function. Did not tell us we would need an electrician, despite the fact that we already had 220.Would NOT purchase ANYTHING from them again.
