I ordered a custom-made, 3 islands for my backyard from Carddine/Bull in San Marcos.It had a grill, side burner, ice box with a sink and faucet.I opted out of their granite tiles and had a granite slab installed separately.Nicole was my contact person in San Marcos. Because of my space limitation, I had to be very exact on my measurements. I went back and forth few times to make sure I got it right. Nicole was very patient with me and my wife and helped us a lot through the process. She made some helpful suggestions to the design as well.Few weeks later, when the islands were ready, Carmelo in the Escondido location was my contact person for the delivery process. He too was very helpful. there were some small details that needed some adjustment. Carmelo sent his team to fix it in a timely fashion.The faucet that I ordered leaked and had to be changed. Julian in the Kearny Mesa location learned about it. He was genuinely interested in fixing the situation.it has been 5 months, and I have been very pleased with my purchase.If you do business with this company, talk to their people, they are responsive and care about their customers.

Was looking for a spa part, for a spa we purchased from here. Customer service was great, and got us the part we needed. Was a little disappointed that the part had been delivered in store over a week ago but no one called to inform us. Either way we got taken care of and our spa is in working condition. Thanks to everyone.

My wife and I purchased a floor model outdoor grill island and Brahma grill. Salesman Armando Mata negotiated a good deal with us and we purchase the island/grill combo. I had to leave the country the next day for three weeks and my wife took delivery a few days later. She sent me a message and picture when it arrived and all seemed well. When I got back and after we had used it a few times I noticed when I was cleaning it that it didn’t have the correct cast stainless steel burners. Then I saw that although it had the rotisserie it didn’t have the back burner. Confused, I pulled out the paperwork and realized that we hadn’t gotten the correct grill, but a cheaper model. I was worried that it was too late to correct the error because we had already used it, I went back to the store, armed with my paperwork and ready for a fight to get it right, Armando was there and I explained the situation. He agreed that we had been delivered the wrong grill. He got on the phone with his managers in North County. They offered me a further discount than what we had already paid, but I turned it down because there were features that we wanted that were missing. After a few more minutes Armando told me that they would make it right and come pick up the now used grill and deliver the right one a few days later, which they did.These days it is all about customer service because you can get so many things a little cheaper online. Armando Mata stood up to the plate and the company and he made it right.

We bought a hot tub here about a year and a half ago. The sales person was super chill, not pushy and seemed knowledgeable. We’ve been very happy with our spa, and I have no idea how I would have survived the COVID lockdowns without it.

Its now been 6 months since we bought our Spa, and it continues to work great. I especially like how quiet it is, and the LED lights are really nice. And the sound system is not too shabby, either.Carddine did a wonderful job installing the unit. The job was tricky. The spa had to replace another spa that had died, and the old spa had been built into a deck with an overhead trellis. There wasnt enough room on either side of the house to move the new spa in directly. But Carddine arranged for a crane. Everything worked perfectly. The crane (which cost only $300) arrived on time, and the Carddine workers showed up on time. The crane operator lifted the old spa out and plopped the new one in without a hitch, and the Carddine workers adjusted the new spa into the opening in the deck as if it had been there from the beginning. Great job, guys.

I purchased a Maax 471and I couldnt be happier. Ive used Carddine in the past for my other projects and I must say these guys are consummate professionals. Julian was patient with all my questions and made me feel at ease through out the entire process. You cant go wrong with Carddine.

If I could give this place less than one star I would.. delivered a non working jacuzzi & when we called to let them know of the issue there response was, “well I really don’t know what to tell you.” We had mentioned the smell of something burning when it got delivered & when we brought up concern they said stated that nothing was wrong they checked it at the factory.. great customer service to people who just spent $12k.. will not be recommending

I just received my BBQ island/outdoor kitchen from Bull BBQS & Carddine Spas. I had seen them (and other manufacturers) at a home show recently. I selected Carddine because I heard of their rep and Bull’s Consumer Reports rating. I’m so glad I chose them and couldn’t be happier! Everything about the experience was truly exceptional. They scheduled a rep to for a site inspection to make sure the one I wanted would fit under my gazebo and he brought sample materials to color match my house and landscaping. They did a beautiful job customizing it to exactly what I (and my wife) wanted. Everything is even better than I expected. They delivered it right on schedule. Due to the size and the awkward position my gas, water, electric, and drains pipes were at it took some maneuvering but we got it exactly where I wanted it. The delivery people were patient and professional. From the grill to the MP3 player/FM Radio to the fridge, everything looks and works great. We have a lot of BBQ’s / events in our yard and this will certainly be the focal point of activity. I’d have to say, for anyone looking for the ultimate BBQ, you want to choose the best, and that’s what they deliver!

I would never recommend purchasing anything from this store. We recently purchased a spa from them. We were informed there will be one year warranty. When we received the spa home, it was not functioning. We called for warranty service, the were so reluctant to send someoe to fix it. After lots of hustling, they finally came out. Now we have an issue again, and they refuse to deal with it.

This place has a good vibe, were attentive to my needs, experienced crew, no waiting in line, definitely recommended.
