The delivery driver failed to deliver as he made no real attempt to drop off my item twice. The third time I decided I would be safe and have it held at a location nearby so I would ensure no further delay. Once arriving at this location in Downtown, I was shocked to find it was closed with no explanation although I was there 2 hours prior to their stated closing time. Now I have a package held at a location with no answer, no one to pick up a call, no sign to state why or how long theyll be closed and a shipment for my teeball team that will be very late. FEDEX I need my package asap. Everyone that delivers to my home (Prime drivers, UPS, and USPS) all manage to make deliveries on time or at least call if they have trouble with access.

I was in a serious jam needing to have a large document printed and shipped. It was right before closing time. Alex helped me out. He was super helpful and patient in a stressful situation. I really appreciate him making sure I was able to get the job done. Thanks so much!

FedEx all these bad reviews portraying the excruciatingly bad service this office provides. My experience was simply devastating due to the poor service they provide here. Lamar, the manager made my experience miserable at this location. You have to beg for help, minimal explanations are offered, and they dont want to, and I quote hold peoples hands through the process, instead you have to constantly interrupt their non-work related conversations to get help. The thing that was truly unbearable was being compared to other clients who never had problems with their technology before you have to be careful, not everyone is the same, some people have learning disabilities, some people arent great with technology, some people ask for help and yes, they might need their hand held and yes, it is your job and shouldnt shame anyone for asking for help... especially when its literally your job.

Not poor but awful service. Today I experienced a woman arguing and trying to get help from the manager and god he was rude. I am sure FedEx can find someone better than this.

Serena was able to help me out by making a scan and print of a very large and important file that I needed for my military retirement. I dont know what I would have done without her and the team at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. These guys are life savers!!!

Horrible customer service. They have 15 minute validated customer parking, after that it is $4 every 15 minutes. The problem is they have no accountability to try and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Because I know that there is only 15 minutes of parking validation I came prepared with all of the address information filled out, they wasted most of that time inputting the information backwards and then trying to correct without re-inputting which didnt work either, if the employee would have just re-inputted the information wouldnt have been a problem, if they make mistakes they are not held accountable and the customer pays the price...or in this case the parking. The manager was supposed to call me the next day but never did. I would avoid this branch, and do a scheduled pick up from them to deliver a package, or avoid all together and go with UPS or USPS.

I arrived at the FedEx store located on C Street in Downtown San Diego to inquire about printing a few quality limited-edition books and Steven was efficient and friendly when suggesting materials for this project. Steven showed me samples of bindings and paper stock which met my quality standards. He was forthcoming about other details that would enhance the books appearance. He calculated an estimate for two different amounts of pages in a prompt manner, making me feel very satisfied with how organized and fast he could answer my queries. Excellent service!

Parking is a joke at this location, closest parking spots are in the garage upstairs owned by the building ($4 after 15 minutes, fedex wont validate) and it is inconvenient to get back to garage. Not worth going to unless you work or live in the immediate area.

The absolute worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. There’s been an issue every time I had something delivered that’s more complicated that a small simple package, including mistakenly shipping a multiple box set to multiple locations. Avoid them if possible.

FedEx delivery person left a DT note. I received a text to pick up my shipment at this location. I called to check if the shipment was dropped off by the driver bc there was a time I received a message and was not at the location. I called and a female employee picked up and immediately placed me on hold. I waited for 15 minutes in silence. I went to the location and I was still placed on hold for another 10 mins (25 mins in total). The location was not busy and the employee who placed me on hold was not even there.

It is a great place to get you out of an ordeal. Should it be I was discrilmnatef by Volunteers of America. Knowing that I can only place my faith upon a very reliable source, Craigs list San Diego. I can use the money and put it together with my upcoming social security check and find it a breaze to move out of my cousins. Hopefully Craigs list will come through again like it has. I have found that Volunteers of America along with Paradise Valley Hospital making it very difficult to place trust in any service that some coward is trying to deny me from .Cant wait until they built that wall

Dear FedEx why must everyone who works for you be so incompetent. It’s at the point where it doesn’t even feel like their fault.

I go to the one on 5th and C St every so often to print out some of my modeling pictures for my portfolio at their self-service kiosk. There were a couple of times that i went in to print and the machine wasnt working correctly, so i asked one of the workers to help and they were nice to me and they also fixed the machine for me. I also had a printing card that got stuck in the machine once, and they replaced it along with my balance...so the staff there are really not all that bad. But hey, we all got our own experience with this store.

Parking is kind of lacking, but overall good service. I came in for some color prints and got them done fast and the price was right. Nothing fancy, but if you need something quick, give them a shot

Went to pick up something that was sent there. Looked like a few people were working in the store but I had to wait for a few minutes until someone helped me. Parking garage is upstairs and apparently you can get validated at this store. When I asked how to get back to the garage using an elevator (I came down from the parking using the stairs but now I had to carry a large box back to my car), I wasnt told that it could have been validated. I suppose I should have asked but it would have been nice if she told me thats possible. So, two stars...

I had to pay $15 for 5 minutes of parking to pick up my package that FedEx failed to deliver. I will never opt to pick up at this location again, and will not be using this branch for any other needs in the future.

Staff here are amazing. They go above & beyond. They get me in and out quickly every single time and are always a delight.

Took forever to get our packages, to be told that they dont lend their dollies out. Luckily we have our own smaller dollies. Very unhelpful and unsympathetic to their own customer. Fedex on University Ave is much more helpful and friendly.

Printing experience was horrible and expensive .The code never kicked in, had to wait 40minutes and never got it.Printing by a computer is soo expensive , and a minute in a computer is pricy as well. Print 9 pages, including the the cost of the computer by minute and easily youll spend $6-8 . That if you only take 2min opening your email and going through Microsoft word to click print.However,the service I received was very nice.

Very poor experience. Id been waiting on a valuable package from the east coast. The online automated updates were clearly incorrect indicating that my package was in transit when I suspected it should have arrived, I learned it had been sitting at the destination since 3 days ago. When I called, an employee quickly tried to dismiss my claim and tried to transfer me to their tracking call center several times. I was awaiting a valuable item and wanted to ensure this location received it but she kept reiterating this was a FedEx ship and print and that inshoukdngive online. I told her I want to speak with a person and her demeanor and tone grew more and more disrespectful. Heres a news flash, customers pick up on your tone and appreciate your immature antics about as much as they would a blatant insult so save it. I wont be back. If youve ever tried to find this location you are also in for a treat as it faces a trolley track and has no available parking anywhere near the location. Im well aware of the automated system, if it was working I wouldnt waste my time talking with a disrespectful employee.

Bait and switch. Waste of time. Incompetent workers make you fill out wrong forms three times and then wont honor FedEx website prices. $19.87 website, $57 in store price for Intl shipping. Second time to this store, 1st time over priced printing costs from internet. Send your files to Office Depot to print email files.

I tried calling to get help with directions and both the first phone representative and the manager were rude. The first representative was worse but when people are lost you shouldnt just blow them off and say Well they arent going to make it in time, bye and then hang up on your customer. I also asked if they knew of another office that had a later pickup time than 6:00pm and they lied and said no other offices had a later pickup than them and I found one very close by that has a last pickup at 7:45. Lets just say I will never EVER bring my business here.

Convenient cards make it easy to pay. However the prices are expensive for services such as using a computer for a scan.

Lack of customer service, a simple sign informing me that parking can be validated would be appreciated. Even if its only a 20 minute validation.

I never leave reviews, but Ive come here several times now and each has been more disappointing than the last. Theres always some kind of error printing and the staff is utterly useless. Either go somewhere else or buy your own printer. Its worth avoiding the inconvenience.

Terrible service; i.e, none. Tried to ship an item and although there were at least 5 employees available, the manager insisted I only wait for the single person who handled shipping. There was one shipping customer and no apparent movement by the customer or the serving staff. Also, the staff appeared to be the least experienced person in the bldg. The other employees appeared to be very busy (except for the shipping clerk) although there were no lines of customers.

Only 1 working copier? And no ink in the computer printer. How does this place stay in business?

Really slow, not knowledgeable, and wont prioritize customers. Example: I just needed to pick up a package, but instead the clerk sat on hold on the phone for the person at the counter while the line grew.

I called and they said they could make a copy; when I got down here they said there copier was broken and I had to place an order.

I went inside to buy an I.D protector and I had to go to the restroom I asked the clerk if they had restroom I got a rude no took his time taking care of another customer instead after seeing that I was in a hurry to use the restroom.
