This is a great place to find storage solutions. The store is always clean and easy to move around. I was greeted as I entered. I used their restroom and it was also very clean. There is also plenty of parking.

I really feel scammed by this company. Buyer beware! I found an item I liked on their website. It was in stock near me so I decided to go in to the store to verify its quality before buying it. Upon finding the item in the store I noticed it was 20% more in store than on the website! There was a 10% off in store/online discount but I had no other additional discounts online. They are price gouging the customers that shop in store. I verified this by looking at a few other items online to see if they matched the price in store.

Purchased an order online and after waiting WEEKS, I finally received it, and it was not impressed. I wrote what I felt was a fair and honest review of the item, nothing inappropriate, but the kind of information I would have appreciated when I was deciding to purchase this item, (which had glowing reviews) My review was not accepted for not meeting their guidelines, without stating what particular guideline I didnt meet. The review was fact based on WHY it didnt meet my needs to hopefully help someone else make an informed decision. If TCS Cancels negative reviews, then they cannot be trusted, and I will no longer do business with them.Below is my review I submitted for Anchor Hocking Glass and Aluminum Canisters:Poor Lid DesignI really wanted to love these, and was looking specifically for square glass containers to redo my pantry. I returned them because I didnt like the way the lid fit on at all. I could tell it would be a constant battle getting them back on. Some went on fairly easily, but most I just had to work harder than I should have to to get it seated back properly, and I know the rest of my family wont take the time. The glass is very sturdy, but the lids seemed very flimsy, like a regular aluminum soda can, and I worried it would dent easily along with showing fingerprints and smears. I also didnt like that the seal was on the glass part, so it would be much harder to keep clean. Anything poured out would spill into the seal.

The product that I wanted was discontinued but I was able to get the one on display I am so grateful I got it. He also gave us nails for the shelf and directions on how to put it on. Thank you so much!

I always love going through the store, I love the items available, the store is always clean, bUt! I have only once gotten really friendly service here. Ive shopped here since this store opened! They always seem bothered. :/ I come less and less because I dont need to feel bad asking for just a little direction.

Love the products even though they are a bit pricey, it is worth the quality. I am giving less stars because the customer service is severely lacking. Phone reps are rude and unwilling to help with orders over $200. For the price, I expect better customer service. Please work on this container store. From my two bad experiences I will not be ordering online or for pickup ever again.

We went there hoping to buy shelving for our three closets. When we arrived we asked the clerk for help and she proceeded to tell us how she’s worked there for 23years and doesn’t recommend us getting anything until we request an appt to meet with a professional because she was going on break and the others were busy. We advised we weren’t looking for an appt, but she insisted that she sees people “try to do it themselves and then they’re back in here returning things all week.” After asking another question she had the same reply so we walked over to the closet section and grabbed the items needed to make what we wanted. Without an appt. or the lady’s negativity in telling us we couldn’t do it by ourselves. LOL thanks for the support, lady! Sheesh. We were helped by a gentleman in the area who even went to the back to grab additional parts for us. He was extremely helpful and the reason this gets three stars.

I just like the Container Store. It is what it is a container store but they do have much more than that. However, I will say that the shelves were pretty bare when I was there. They had the product I was looking for specifically but I took a moment to browse and the overall situation at that time was bleak. Overall though I have been to this store a number of times and its always provided me things that I needed and pretty solid atmosphere. At this time Id suggest perhaps calling ahead to check on inventory.

Closet design services end up costing more than California Closet or Closet Factory with their cheapest collection.

As usual, this is a great place to gather ideas and to shop for quality products.

The store is very laid out. I went in looking for specific item, and I was easily able to find it. The staff was friendly. So why the three-star review you ask? I originally was going to order online for store pickup, but it was not available until several hours later. I decided instead to just go into the store and grab the items myself, since I knew they were available. The items that I was purchasing range from $7 to $11 were more expensive in store than online on the container store website by anywhere from $0.50 to $1 a piece with free shipping! The cashier gladly honored the price on the website, but I shouldnt have to price check the container store against itself. This just means that I will not be going into the store to purchase items without ordering online with in-store pickup if at all.

Too many options, I love it

Its got plenty of storage options for people who have lots of things they need to store. Most furniture were either simple metal rods or plastic. Gets the job done.

I stopped by on June 24th around 6pm and all of the employees working were extremely rude and impatient with customers. I waited 30 minutes to get help and no one helped me so I had to leave and I’m now ordering online. I’m sure I’ll have a much more pleasant experience ordering online. Basically the same thing without the attitude.

Ive been here twice. Both times I was floored at the prices. Aside from the price tag, the store is nicely organized and the associates are kind.

Very overpriced. I would have done better at a 99 cent only store buying small bins. I did buy some rather unattractive, if sturdy, black plastic bins with lids.

I love this store! Its a borderline obsession... Im not joking! They have an amazing selection of organization products. When I go in there, I want everything. Prices range from economical to high end.

Kristina has been so amazing in helping us design the closets for our home. Shes not pushy and is eager to share words of wisdom. We drove 25 miles to have her design our closets after our first experience.

Whether its bottles for my limoncello or little boxes to put my vitamins in this is where I come. If you need something to contain or organize stuff come here. Plenty of parking, rarely a line, no complaints here. I get why this place exists.

I enjoyed the ideas of the place and the selection of items they had available. I did however wait for 25 minutes for assistance after asking the front counter since there were no employees available to get a larger item for me I loved the fact that 4 people walked by me and didnt even respond to my request. Needless to say I didnt leave with that particular thing and Amazon is going to be my future choice.

I think this place is better for inspiration than for purchases. Whenever I buy something here it ends up being more cute than functional. I dont know what it is about their stinkin colorful sticky tabs and tapes that get me every time but I know Im not the only one with this problem.Heres my super insight..When I used to work as a personal organizer it was all to common that I would find someones stash of container store goodies STILL IN THE BAG, or dusty or buried beneath some pile. Container store items never helped these people get organized! It just added to the piles! I think getting organized is something that some people will always just need a little help from a human to accomplish. No matter how many adorable organizing boxes you buy, you still have to think through your process and the way you live day to day in order to make a meaningful change. You arent going to pick up some new Container Store goodies and suddenly get everything in order. Sure these items can help out, but I think you can buy the same stuff for better prices elsewhere.Now if their products organized themselves when I bring them home by coming alive Beauty-n-the-Beast-style then Id give Container Store 5 stars. I mean, for these prices the stuff should organize itself.

Well laid out store with a good selection of boxes, storage, and even home office products. Prices are decent for the more basic options.

An awful experience. I came close to dropping the items I wanted to buy and walking out of the store. Both registers were taken up by customers returning a slew of items, while the line of customers waiting to pay grew. There should have been a separate counter for people making returns, instead of making all the others wait an interminable amount of time to pay. Bad customer service!!!

Service can be a little hit or miss in here, but great selection of goods, and smart people who work there.

Always fun to find more ways to stay organized.
