Liked looking at some of the new items they had. Was very interested in looking at the new themed makeup palettes!

One thing I liked was being greeted at the door and being told about the promotions going on. Everything was well organized and I was able to find everything I wanted in each section of the store.

Hot Topic is a great place where you can find items to wear, collect, and use that are just right for those who love Rock and Roll, Fantasy, SciFi. Anime and more! Fun gifts for youngsters, teens and fans, along with a good selection of Ts for adults and kids. Nice staff who are clearly fans.

Great pokemon things and the service is always soooo good .. they are never rude they take care of what you are looking for they alwats say hi when u come in and bye when you leave always in a god way we love goin and we will keep on goin.Aa and great deals on the funkos

The employees had such a great vibe. They were friendly and helpful. The merch was fun and reasonable. Overall, a great shopping experience. Disney fans definitely need to check this out.

A slightly small location here at Mission Valley. For whatever reason I was expecting it to be similar in size to other larger locations. There was a little bit of everything and a large Funko wall but not as much merchandise as I am used to.

Exactly what one would expect from a Hot Topic. Tchotchkes and knick knacks abound. T-shirts of Nicki Minaj and Led Zeppelin. Key chains and mugs with manga and anime characters on them. Ozzy Osborne. Harry Potter. Dark humor. A wasteland of treasures for the disenfranchised middle class, the socially awkward, and the young at heart. They should sell more bumper stickers and fewer Pickle Rick socks.

I’ve been shopping at hot topic for YEARS, this was my first time visiting this specific location and I wasn’t really impressed. They did help me with what I was looking for, but the employees didn’t seem very welcoming and were kind of rude. If it wasn’t for that they would have gotten 5 stars

Wow! I used to love coming to this location. Whoever opened up the store had a major attitude this morning. Worst customer service ever. Asked two questions and each one was a major inconvenience to her! This is the one time Im tempted to call corporate.What we have is what we got.Classic example of bad customer service.

The staff no matter the day or time are always so helpful. With a little hunting, I can almost certainly find something thats my taste. HOTcash wasnt a thing when I was a teenager, if it had been, I dont think I would of shopped anywhere else and bit certainly keeps me coming back now. My wardrobe thanks you! :)

Kind of cramped to get through the merch aisles. There was a lady in a wheelchair who did ok maneuvering her way through but if she would have been timid she would have had more trouble. The kids love this store and the abundance of t-shirts and other products.

Probably my favor hot topic in San Diego. The store is always organized well with good room to shop around. The employees there are always very nice and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. More organize than most other locations, not to mention clean as well.

The store itself was just like any other hot topic BUT the employee at the desk apparently could not help but talk down to a mentally handicapped man that came up to her to ask a question. She yelled everything she said as if his mental disability made him hard of hearing (which you could tell, he could hear just fine) and she treating him like a toddler.

The store is amazing they were very helpful and nice especially it being Christmas Eve youll rock

It has a ton of cool anime and nintendo shirt and cool little stuff from your favorite shows, they have cool little blind box figures but it is pretty expensive store but they have alot of cool stuff that might be hard to find other places.

Lots of great Tee shirts. Its for a younger crowd, but anyone of any age can find something to their liking.

Its a good store for fandoms and what not, the employees are always super friendly, but I really wish that they would bring back the obscure band shirts.

Prices are gone way to high, which is not too bad if the merchandise was good, Quality of the merchandise is trending into the mediocre section. Back in my days this was the place to get some cool rock bands shirts and stuff, now is just lame even the store music is bad.
