I have had a Carvin SH575 since 2009.it is great for jazz and all kinds of rock. It plays easily, looks and sounds great.

I came here looking to purchase subwoofers for my home. I was greeted by Phil who was very friendly and helpful. I was able to demo many different products and I instantly fell in love with the SCX1118A powered sub. Carvin is a great company that sells quality products at an unbeatable price. If you live in the area or are able to drive here, I recommend that you stop by and test out the equipment before you buy. If the price and quality does not convince you, the in-person experience of their products will.Ask for Phil, he was very nice and helpful.

Just Bought a V69k bass from Kiesel / Carvin ... best instrument Ive ever played!

In the Carvin catalog 2012, page 27 they published, Proudly Built & Amazing build quality. I was ashamed of what they sent me on all three of my custom built guitars. After all the hastle & extra trouble I had to go through I finally got a very beautiful & powerful instrument. If you have the patience & the vigor to get Carvin to keep to their word & promise you will end up with a very fine instrument indeed. They seem to be plagued with poor service & quality control, yet they have the capability of producing amazing guitars. Dont let them pawn off onto you a Factory Second Instrument like they tried to do with me three times in a row. I must admit though, even if you accept the instrument & its defects you are still getting a sonicly sound instrument. Im only stating what actually happend to me & my personal experience with Carvin. It may be different with you but three times in a row? Give me a break.

Ive been playing guitar for over 45 years, so have had my share of Fenders, Gibsons, and others. Tried a few PRS guitars, and was duly impressed.However, once I bought a Carvin SH550, I was totally hooked. Amazing sound, build quality, feel, and looks. Ive since ordered two more, and am working on a fourth. Sorry that the other reviewers have had a worse experience than I have.The last time I was in SD, I visited the GC and was very underwhelmed. I decided that it was time to visit Mecca, and made the trek up to Carvin SD. Worked with Flock for several hours on a build for a new guitar (this was my third). He was totally patient, understanding, and helpful.When my third guitar came, it was gorgeous, and a joy to play. However, I just didnt bond with it- most likely because Im more of a set neck than a neck through kind of guy. So I sent it back within the ten day trial period, and Flock put it up on the wall. The very next day somebody came in, fell in love with it, and bought it.Flock then helped me on a rebuild. When it came, it was love at first sight, and its one of my three favorite guitars now.

Always treated nicely, free reign to play any guitar i choose, expert assisance & advisement. flock knows his stuff & is is a no bs guy. i play through a v3 micro stack & brought my tele in to get some help with settings. flock was amazing as he helped me define the sound i wanted to achieve. my next guitar will be built by carvin. great products, made in usa!
