I felt unhappy while buying ice cream for the first time in my life this Sunday 10/10/2021. The ice cream i was buying to reward oneself has turned into ice cream that one takes to punish oneself. How ? Its simple, Go to H-D UTC Westfield location, order it “ to go” or “to take home”, the team will put your ice cream in a bowl but they dont have a suitable cover to cover it and they have a large closure on it. Well, they may not have a suitable cover, but when you verbally express that you are uncomfortable with the big cover they put on, they insist that No, that cover is that container? I try to show and explain the closure is not for that containers. They keep insisting about yes it is. I dont understand and didn’t want to argue. The reason why I didn’t left the ice cream on the spot and got my money back and walk away is because a 3-year-old child is waiting for ice cream at home. Someone should teach H-D UTC location how to serve to customers and prepare the product for takeaway. I cant explain how this meaningless experience Ive had has upset my nerves. I would like to thank the entire H-D team for this, I promised myself not to use your aisle product sold anywhere of your brand again.

I’ve been working here for about 2 months and already 3 people had quit ALL for the same reason “Alba” the manager. The store is very unorganized and the manager begs for you to come in even if you have a “family” event to go to. The training is minimal with no training on how to deal with Uber eats customers. The manager doesn’t even bother to show up when she is on the schedule. I was asked to go on shift 2 times when I wasn’t supposed and I went but the one time I said no I was told “sometimes you need to put work first”, exact words. Also the manager forces customers to taste samples, I was told to not ask if people wanted samples but to get a sample and tell them “HAVE” the sample. For example a lady came in and the manager was telling the lady to have a sample but she said no but the manager still applied to give her the sample, after many times of saying no her husband had to take the sample and eat it.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS STAY AWAY !! They hired my 16 year old son to work and because of the Manager ALBA not following covid regulations he decided this was not the place for him. She was not wearing a mask properly in the shop after coming back from a 2 week recuperation from covid 19. She was not handling nor taking the proper measures to protect others from this nasty decease. She was coughing all over the shop with her mask half way down her face. After my son decided not to work there she proceeded to call his personal phone and started threatening him and trying to force him to go to work and finish a shift. She text him demanding him to follow her direction even though my son was not working there anymore. The management is horrible and the ownership is no where to be found. I you want ice cream that is being coughed on by people that have covid go ahead and stop by. We will be putting together past experiences by both staff and customers to take further action. Love this shop. Staffs are great, they very friendly and more importantly they let you take your time to decide on what your orders are. They very patiently let you try the different flavors. Our current love is the pineapple and coconut.

Location was amazing. I really enjoyed there. They have nice sitting area. I appreciate their customer service.

The ride alone was worth the ice cream;) Lots of flavors, not just chocolate and vanilla as in supermarkets. And its so different from standard ice cream.

On a busy weekend like memorial weekend they had one person working there and ABSOLUTELY worked with speed of someone that had no idea what they were doing ... people in front of me left , the ones after that the kids were getting irritated and I must have waited there for 20 minutes and left ... very disappointing...

The ice cream was all melted so the 8 dollar shake I bought was like drinking chocolate milk pretty upset I wasnt even able to enjoy it

The staff was attentive, courteous and fast, while making a great shake all at the same time. My fav Hagen Dazs location.

Closed middle of the afternoon with a be right back sign. Waited and did not reopened.

Milkshake had so much milk in it, so watery.

Jimmy is the best; attentive to customers. Ice cream is delicious. Enjoyable experience.

Amazing Ice cream with variety of flavors. You can even taste test the flavors you like.

Expensive, but mango sorbet was good

I dunno. Its ice cream. Not cheap. But the staff is friendly and they have other presumably cool stuff.

Says it’s open until 9p on there website and google page - arrive at 8 after a half mile walk and they closed!! Waist of time - lame update your site and info. Lost customer

Definitely one of my most preferred brands of ice cream.

Just buy it from the grocery store, it was $17 for both of us to get 2 scoops in a dish.
