DEFINITELY BEST PLACE FOR DESSERT!!It has been my favorite place, they have a wonderful nitrogen ice cream, we can choose from different flavors to toppings. They have so many options, great milkshakes, frappuccinos, smoothies, acai bowl 😍. Everything is clean, organized and pleasant. I had great experiences and I felt welcome. Highly recommend.

The strawberry shake tastes very fresh and most of their orders are made on the spot. Go here when you visit Old Town, you wont be disappointed. Also I think they use real milk so us lactose people be flexible.

I ordered before they close at 9 PM and I told her I’m coming back. I came back at 9:15 and nobody waited for me until that time. I called the restaurant and somebody picked up the line and said she will check if any employees in the area. But the person who picked up the call didn’t call me back to see what’s going on. And I made a review about it and all they say is I need to come back tomorrow but the owner didn’t call me back as they should.

Tried the interesting nitrogen ice cream peanut butter. The process was cool with nitrogen freeze coming out of the bowl. Unlike most ice cream that melts quickly after you get it, this stayed frozen the whole time. It is definitely in my top 10 beat desserts I have ever tasted!

I ordered a delicious vanilla nitrogen ice cream. With some additions of strawberries. I totally recommend. And I have great news for the lactose intolerant people: there are lactose free ice cream.You can choose the size: small, medium, large. You choose the flavour and the add on.And the customer service is great.And the experience to look how the prepare you ice cream is awesome.

One of the things I love about CA is seeing Persian food in mainstream places around town...like pomegranate syrup at the Westwood Ralphs, or rosewater ice cream at any Whole Foods. Well, that last one is thanks to the family behind Dr. Freeze Amazing Desserts, and you can thank him for it in person pretty much any day of the week here. Hell be there, offering warm smiles, free samples, and a palpable sense of pride in what his family has accomplished. The saffron rosewater ice cream is out of this world good, with pistachios worked in, and if youre lucky, a little faloudeh thrown on top just because hes a nice guy.For those who are looking for something fancy, this place isnt trying to be Scoops. Come here for the ice cream, not the furniture, and you wont be disappointed.

The nitrogen ice cream is fun to watch being made and is surprisingly creamy. The acai bowls are also really good. Fun experience. We visited many times.

This place is super awesome I had a great time with my family up until the point where this aggravated woman and her husband got nasty with the cashier. The woman was obviously mad but when the cashier tried to help her she wouldnt even let her talk. I always have a good time and the the girls are great. I guess not everyone can wait on great ice cream.

The portions were a bit off its $5.50 for a medium nitrogen frozen ice cream and the addition of each topping is $1. I got Reece’s on top and they put 1 peanut butter cup quartered and barely drizzled chocolate sauce on it. The spoons were flimsy and could barely even scoop the ice cream onto it without bending. This would have been fine but the ice cream had no flavor and the toppings were gone after 3 bites so I had to waste almost the whole thing.

Came here yesterday while we were waiting for sushi from harney. I had the mint nitro icecream- it was my first time having nitro ice cream and I wasnt too impressed. It has a smooth gummy texture to it but I wasnt blown away by any means. My hubby had the regular peanutbutter icecream. Once again, nothing special. The flavors werent that great and it all just tasted very synthetic to us. Much prefer cold stone- esp for the price as we thought they were rather pricey. But it is old town and rent is prob expensive- which I would be willing to pay again if I thought this place was good.What I will say is the place is pretty nice for kids- lots of colors and they seem to have an area for them to play.

It took a total of 40 minutes to get 5 orders of ice cream. They all came at separate times so the first people in our party were done eating before the last 2 received theirs. It wasnt busy either. There was one group of 3 in line that ordered before us.

Don’t take your kids here. The ice cream was good and prices reasonable. But they don’t have a bathroom. Or place to wash hands. So an awful place to go with kids.

It is an ice cream house that I came into by chance when I was looking for a coffee shop because I had a little time for the bus and I should have some rest while drinking dessert or coffee nearby. I was going to go to the kids because of the tempura chanpoon character, and I was overweight because the bag was too heavy and I just went in and it was the place where I made the nitrogen ice cream. Dessert types are also varied. I want to eat another one, I went to bed. The staff was friendly and seemed passionate about making ice cream. The bathroom is also clean. That parfait was really delicious with the regular ice cream.
