To anyone who is hesitating having their hearing checked and/or to wearing hearing aids, don’t put it off one more day! I cannot express my gratitude to Katie and the Connect Hearing team. I am now able to watch television at a normal volume and to hear people when they speak to me. Katie was incredible! She worked with me to find the correct hearing aids for my lifestyle and budget. Connect Hearing Rancho Bernardo office provides wonderful service!! My mom just moved 2 weeks ago to San Diego so we had to transfer service her contract. They have been so helpful as we have already had to go in twice for problems. Each time staff was pleasant and helpful. Solving the problem quickly and teaching me how to improve my moms hearing with her aids on a day to day basis. So happy to have such nice and helpful support!!!!

I recently brought in my autistic son who has a moderate/severe hearing loss and who didn’t want to have hearing aids. He was afraid of his friends making fun of him. After Kathleen spent as much time with him answering his questions and reassuring him that his life was going to be changed, he agreed to the aids. He is wearing the aids all the time and is realizing how much he was missing out on. And the best part is, you can’t really see them. Ive taken my mom (91) to Connect Hearing in Rancho Bernardo for about 2 years and have excellent service every time. They are extremely patient, helping her to learn how to take care of her hearing aids and in working with her particular hearing loss. Narly is always helpful with setting up my moms appointments and in handling the paperwork to get the appropriate approvals. Kathleen, Tiffany and Katie have all been wonderful to work with.

This place has taken care of my dad everytime. Very nice I dive him 35 miles just to go to this one place.

Each time Tiffany and Narly were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had a number of glitches at the outset: too much wax in ears to make molds, so we had to go to our dr. for removal. Next visit the molds were made and Tiffany did a great job. She was aware of my husbands comfort level at all times. Tiffany was very patient and able to work with my husband who has arthritic hands and shakes, so an accurate test first time through was not possible. Without asking, she went the extra mile and did a second test and was able to get a good outcome. She is great at articulating, making her easy to understand. I appreciate it so much when someone takes the time needed with a positive attitude with a person who has physical and/or health issues. Next visit, upon opening the box, the hearing aids arrived broken and assembled incorrectly. Had they been checked when they arrived, it would have saved us a trip, but Tiffany was very apologetic. Next appt. the hearing aids fit perfectly. Having previously had hearing aids, I know how a bad fitting can affect everything that follows. A few days later my husband said they were rubbing him, so we came in and Tiffany was able to buff them down in the proper spots the first time in the office. Adjustments are to be expected. Doing this in-house avoids returning them to the lab, which has also been our experience in the past. Our final visit was for a volume adjustment and the change was noticeable immediately. So Tiffany knows her stuff. We had no trouble making appts. immediately within our availability. Narly worked with our insurances and has kept us apprised of the process so we knew what to expect. All in all, I would recommend this particular branch of Connect Hearing. The only reason I gave this a 4 is because of the broken aids that were not QCd before our appt.
