I recently had a hearing test, and my hearing aids needed to be reprogrammed to reflect the results. Emily Lecture was terrific to work with. Just two weeks on the job at this office after a move from the Midwest, she is extremely professional and friendly. She handled the reprogramming effortlessly and answered any questions I had.

I was greeted by Wendy the receptionist who was very polite and helpful. When I saw Julie Madeira, the hearing aid specialist, she was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the details about what she was doing and also about how the hearing aids work which was more than I had had explained to me previously. I highly recommend the Connect Hearing facility in Mission Valley for total and complete care for clients.

Every aspect of my experience was handled professionally, with caring and concern for the right outcome. I thank them.

I came with my 92-year old grandfather to set up his new hearing aid. He was really frustrated with his old one wasn’t overly receptive to wearing another hearing aid which he saw as a sign of weakness. I was really impressed by the professionalism, patience and bed side manners of everyone we’ve got to work with through multiple visits. Keep up the good work!

Francesca Fiorini the Hearing Instrument Specialist was attentive, informative and kind. She made sure that all my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the new hearing aid that I received.

My experience at connect heading at mission valley was awesome! Leslie the office manager was really helpfull setting up appointments and making sure I was taken care of. My audiologist, Adriane was great as well! I highly recommend.

I made an appointment at Connect Hearing to have my hearing checked. The purpose was because I had a hard time hearing Korotkoff sounds through with a stethoscope. I found out that my hearing is quite good and normal. Kristina Ormond Au. D set my concerns at ease with her relaxed approach. Thank you for that. Also, the testing experience was calming. Thank you Briana for helping me get checked easily too. Connect Hearing provides a free hearing test. It is well worth the time to get your ears and hearing checked. Kristina also had good suggestions for heaing care for concerts and swimming. It was a great experience and I am so glad that l checked Connect Hearing.

Dr is nice, office is disorganized and does not keep regular hours. Very difficult to get a hold of and they dont return phone calls.
