I reached out through the website once and through phone calls 2-3 times. i got nothing back from them. i am disappointed that they made no effort to tell me they were booked or whatever. :-(

When my 5 years old Alfresco became inoperable close to the holidays I was not sure that it would be fixed in time. I called BBQ Repair Doctor and they did the job. They were fast and scheduled an appointment the next day. I am so happy that my family was able to enjoy a nice barbecue this weekend! Very reliable and convent service. Price was a lot less then what I thought it would be. Highly recommended service!

Brandons crew does great work with cleaning and repairs, but it comes at a cost and were it not for the crews performance, I would give the company a lower rating. When I called for a cleaning quote for my Bull bbq the owner, Brandon, provided me with a detailed explanation as to how Bull bbqs may not hold up as well as other brands and can be expensive to repair and given the age of mine (8 years), while I did not think there was anything wrong with it, I began to wonder if it wouldnt just be better to replace it rather than spend the $250-$300 to have it cleaned. I appreciated his information and honesty and given the knowledge I now had to process, expressed hesitation in proceeding at which time time he offered to waive his $60 consultation fee and run over to assess my situation as he was nearby. After testing my bbq he said it was in good shape and that with the exception of possibly having to repair a starter valve, all it needed was a deep cleaning. His crew came later than day and did an amazing job restoring it. When I later received the invoice, I noticed that in addition to the cleaning charge, I was also charged $45 for a valve and $90 for an hour of labor for the repair. When I called Brandon for clarification regarding the additional labor charge given the crew was already there for the cleaning and having watched the man make the repair, I knew it took 30 mins or less, he became indignant and defensive and proceeded to berate me, accusing me of trying to play him (or something along those lines) for the money and said he did not like to be played and added that he had previously told another customer he did not want his business when he felt he was playing him. He said he already gave me a break when he did not charge me a consultation fee, even though he was the one who made the offer. Brandon ultimately worked a bit with me on the labor charge, but not without making me feel I was in the wrong for inquiring about the charge.
